What kind, friendly, attentive people! Seriously think this place is one of the nicest customer service experiences I've had in town. And in general. A very weird chiropractic. Went to a joint here in Abilene and waited 20 mins to tell me I was flagged in the system due to canceling my subscription 4 years ago in San Angelo at this place. Had to due to moving and work. Mind you I did everything in my part for canceling the sub but they forgot to submit the paperwork imagine that. I noticed after they were charging me for another 4 months! Called and finally they decided to reimburse me the money they took. For that they decided to black list me from using another joint for a mistake they made. After getting some food I saw an ambulance at the joint I was about to go to glad I didn't go saved my spine lol.

I was in a lot of neck pain. I was out of town visiting my mom, and told my husband that I needed to go somewhere to be seen. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous about going. I am very active and have a few spots on my back that cause discomfort. To say that I felt renewed after my first appointment with Dr. Storey would be an understatement. I had a rib out of place that he instantly corrected which relieved so much of my pain. I felt like Dr. Storey truly took my lifestyle into consideration and helped me learn exactly what it will take to be in the best physical shape to do the things I like to do! I highly recommend Dr. Storey and the team at The Joint. I can’t wait to go back and hear some more cracks and pops! And I will mention how extremely gentle he was with my body. I'm not the best patient but when I go in to get adjusted all the staff and Doctors do not make me feel that way. I try to go at least once a month (even though I need to go more often). Dr. Hayden is the best as what she does. I have overcome an anxiety thanks to her and the staff. I refer all my friends & family because I know they will get treated very well. Highly recommend.

As a long-term member of The Joint, I am accustomed to excellent care, but my visit to the San Angelo location today was disappointing. The adjustments performed for my lower back were ineffective, and the provider's bedside manner lacked the professional communication I expect. I am now facing a 250-mile trip home before I can get an effective adjustment to resolve my pain. I urge the San Angelo leadership to review their staff's communication protocols so that patients consistently feel supported, not alienated, during their treatment."

Dr Moore I believe it is. Relived the pain I was experiencing from like 1000 percent down to I don’t maybe 20 percent on my first vist. You're never waiting long and the chiropractors are thorough but quick with your adjustments. At your first appointment they'll do a mobility check and then periodically update it. Couldn't recommend more.

I just started a membership here, but am so far thoroughly impressed. I went in with a very limited range of motion and severe neck pain, and was setup as a new customer, evaluated, adjusted, and on my way in about 45 minutes during the busy part of the day. Came back the next day and scanned in, walked right into a bed, received an adjustment, and was back in the car in 10 minutes. The first adjustment relieved about 50% of my pain and the 2nd was almost instantaneous better range of motion. I am following the recommended frequency of adjustments set by the first chiropractor, and am very happy to see results so quickly. This facility is very efficiently ran with super friendly staff. Also very happy with the flexible hours and not needing to schedule an appointment especially with weekend availability, and the ability to seek an adjustment from other The Joint facilities while traveling.

Best experience I've had at a chiropractor. The initial set up was so easy and I was a walk in. My chiropractor was awesome, she explained everything to me and listened to everything I said. i have been a great deal of pain from a dancing injury in 2019 in my shoulder, and i’ve always been super scared about getting anything popped in my back.. they made it really easy to understand everything about their processes multiple times even. they are all over the place so once you are in their system you can still manage your body other places! which is so convenient for me with all the traveling i’ve been doing lately. So I was reluctant for sure, we’ve all seen crazy videos about chiropractors, never thought I’d actually go to one. I’ve had the worst headache for 3 weeks where I actually went to the ER because I was worried something was seriously wrong, all imaging was normal. Was referred to The Joint, first time. They listened, did a few adjustments, neck is a little tender but, WOW. Headache is gone!(for now). Can’t thank you all enough, I will be back for maintenance.

Then after going my paperwork, I was called back by the Dr and after just a few mins of talking to explain my history, Dr Kyle Lawson was absolutely AMAZING! The only bad thing about this place is the paperwork you have to fill out when you first sign up. Other than that it's a great place. I went in barely walking due to what felt like a pinched sciatic nerve. I explained to Dr. Lawson what I felt and he was like a miracle worker. I left a little sore and woke up a little sore as well but within 24 hours I was walking without any pain or discomfort. Thank you Dr. Lawson. ??

It took 1 trip to get adjusted and I could tell this team was the one i definitely want to stick with. Everyone on the team is super nice, and helpful. In the time I did my paperwork I seen at minimum of 15 maybe 20 customers come and go, they have a very efficient system. And treated every customer as a family member. The adjustment provided instant relief since it was my first time ever getting adjusted, im excited to go back so I can feel like a million bucks again. One week ago today I visited a chiropractor because three days prior to that I slipped going down some stairs. I got talked into a "GOOD DEAL" by the lady at the desk. Well during the adjustment, the chiropractor fractured my #4 rib ? on my left side and compressed my T4 vertebrae. I spent all last week out of work due to this. I contacted the chiropractor and informed them of what was going on and requested a full refund. They told me they would send all my info to the owners and I would be contacted soon. Well they contacted me today and informed me that I would NOT be getting a refund and that I still had 4 treatments available to me up until November 23rd ?? Seriously? I told her WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD CONTINUE TO BE SEEN AFTER HAVING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY INFLICTED ON THEM FROM ONE OF YOUR "DOCTORS"????? I informed her I will be getting legal help of some kind!! She didn't seem phased at all nor did she care that I had been injured. DO NOT GO TO THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC ON SHERWOOD WAY.

Recently moved here and this place was recommended by my husband's coworker. They have a few locations here and in other towns. They are walk-in based which is awesome. Also, they offer a monthly payment plan and you can be seen x amount of times each month. If you go more, it's way cheaper for those extra visits than without the membership. There's a key card you use and you can go to any of their locations which is convenient for my husband to come here and in the town he works in. They have great customer service and are knowledgeable.

I walked into The Joint after battling a lower back injury for the last 2 months trying to tough it out, receptionist was immediately very helpful, I got seen in a matter of minutes, full exam asking in depth questions about how I hurt myself and what I do for work trying to figure out best treatment plan, I was able to walk out standing straight and in considerably less pain than I walked in with, immediate relief! So impressed with first, all the many recommendations from other school teachers! Hannah, up front to check us in was knowledge of what the Joint could offer for services for my teen daughter who suffered a knee injury in track. Dr. Cordel was amazing and knew exactly what he felt was honestly the best treatments. Which went as described to us at the first initial visit! We were given options of what would be financially the best way to handle the upcoming recommended follow ups and it saved us hundreds of dollars following their suggested plan and impressed with the sheer honesty of if we felt we no longer needed services for that incident told when and how to cancel the draft which most would not even mention in hopes of money coming in ! We will use The Joint San Angelo Tx for all our needs in the future whether one or two treatments or recommended amount as needed. I highly suggest the Joint and see now why all the the teachers suggested the Joint bc of services, knowledge and ownership's known business ethics !

I am a CNA and had back issues that extended from mid back to up through my neck. I was initially a bit skeptical of any chiropractic service but was curious if it would help. With constant back burning and headaches and spasms I entered looking for help and everytime I left i felt 100% satisfied with their care. They had a full explanation for my treatment, always had a great doctor there ready to see me (even if my favorite wasn't there), and definitely made me feel like they all have genuine consideration for my health. All for a great cost. 10/10 would recommend.

I saw Dr. Cordle and was very impressed by my treatment. He explained everything he was doing as he went along and made it easy to understand. He also taught me a few things to relieve pain myself. I felt so much better after my adjustment. He is very professional and good at what he does. Will definitely be back!
