When I signed up I was told of two different packages. Package A, you got X amount of visits per month and had to use them before the end of each month or lose them or Package B, you pay more per month but they don't expire. It seemed obvious to me that the young kid talking to me was new, because the lady next to him had to keep coaching him along, which wasn't a problem, "at the time". I verbally told him, that the second, package B, was the option I wanted.
I start getting calls, the message was the you have until the end of the month to use your visits. So I visit and tell them I hadn't been in because I had an accident and was injured, the person told me something like "that's okay, they don't expire". A month later I get another call, "you have until the 2nd to use your visits" and I talk to her about my concern, I have been injured and can't come in but was confused as my package shouldn't expire. The person tells me I am not on that package, I'm on the one that expires. I am told she doesn't know why they put me on the wrong plan but I have to go in to that location to cancel the plan and sign up to package I wanted. At this point, I'm out of town, she emails me a blank document to put a temporary pause on my account until I can go in and see them to cancel.
I liked Dr Brown, but I am now out of pocket for their mistake. I would have gladly continued to pay the additional amount to just swap the plans but that would be too simple.

I never got to see a Doc! After being asked a 3rd time to provide email, phone number and address but a receptionist who admitted their ipad was crapping out, I asked her to do it. She rudely says No. So It won't let me complete my intake a she won't do it??? I had no choice but to leave. Unreal. No Hello, No smile, no "Welcome" just rude, unwelcoming & unhelpful.

Not happy with this location. I’m a pretty die hard The Joint fan, but the receptionist started turning people away 30min before closing. There was quite a few people, but regardless it’s understood the business hours are until closing not that they can leave by 4. Her actual response was “we close in thirty minutes so that’s why we aren’t taking patients”. Disappointed in this location, but I will still go to others.

I came in with at times severe coccyx and low back pain. I was almost hopeless and thinking I would have to change my preferred method of exercise since some movements seemed to have aggravated it. Although it took several visits (which is to be expected) the plan laid out by Dr. Isaac worked and I'm so grateful! I'm no longer in pain and have learned what is a trigger for my low back pain. Between this and maintenance chiropractor visits, I'm feeling soo much better.

Very attentive staff, price is also a plus specially because when you go to a chiropractor for an specific pain more likely you will need more than one visit so the monthly plan covers up to 4 visits and first timers get 3 extra visits for free, also all of the chiropractors are very professional, knowledgeable and pay attention to the details of your injuries. Never have to wait more than 5 min to be seen or treat, basically in and out they always have someone available to attend you. Love this place !!

I have relied on drugs and injections for osteoarthritis and left side sciatica for years, but now that sciatica has developed on the right, I thought I'd try chiropractic.
I really thought my first visit would be information gathering, an assessment, and a follow up appointment, but NOOOOO!! Dr. Roth twisted me in some awkward positions, and pressed in places that were a little uncomfortable, but I went home in less pain, and woke up this morning with no sciatic pain at all!
Yes, I may be a little biased towards drugs and chemicals, but I'm gonna try chiropractic for a while.

Had a great experience.. UNTIL.... I should have never signed up for the monthly thing.... I had asked them to pause it due to the money would not be on the card the month they wanted it. That went fine. UNTIL I had to move to take care of my Mom in Hospice in Wickenburg AZ. Found the charge this morning on my card and that is when I realized I had forgotten all about the monthly membership. Got hold of them and they allowed me to cancel BUT the $66 I have to eat... I was supposed to cancel 2 days prior to the 5th of the month not to be charged... They were gracious enough to offer to escalate to a manager who did approve the refund but the system will not allow it to be refunded so they said that I can use the 4 visits in the future... Sad thing is there is not one within a reasonable distance to where my Mom lives in Arizona and I have no idea when I will be back in Texas.. Long story short it is a GREAT place and they do a great job BUT like any contract you sign READ EVERYTHING and don't expect any refund

I can’t say enough good things about Anabel at the front desk and Dr. Isaac! I had been dealing with new back pain for the past few months, and after making an appointment with my PCP and he suggesting chiropractic care, I immediately started researching providers at The Joint in Alamo Ranch where my husband has been a patient for several years . After reading all the reviews I could find, I made the decision to see Dr. Isaac, and learned she works on Sunday’s at the Alamo Ranch location. When Sunday came around, I first called to ensure I had everything I needed and Dr. Isaac was there. I got the most pleasant and informative lady at the front desk named Anabel. She was absolutely wonderful and gave me all the information I needed, and told me to come on up. After arriving, she greeted me and handled my entire visit as if I were a long-time friend, things couldn’t have gone any better. Even with several folks ahead of me waiting for Dr. Isaac, the wait was not bad at all. Then I met Dr. Isaac, and all I can say is WOW! She was absolutely incredible, so easy and pleasant to talk to, and obviously an expert in her field. She took her time with me, went over everything and answered all of my questions, and I absolutely never felt rushed. She then did my exam, and she was able to tell me areas she saw “off” and what was going on, prior to my even letting her know the pain I was feeling, which happened to be in those exact areas! After she completed a very thorough exam, and stated it would be safe to do my first adjustment, we then moved forward. It was as though she worked magic from my head to my toes. I had never experienced anything like that in my life, and was completely impressed. Afterward, I completely understand why she has such an enormous following. After finishing, and wishing to sign up for the monthly plan, I was taken back to Isabel who again was an absolute joy. She took care of and went over absolutely everything in great detail, getting me signed up. Kudos to these two wonderful ladies, what an incredible team!

I have been going to this location for over a year now. When I find myself on other sides of town, I’ve stopped in to those locations but I have to say, I will always come back here for the doctors and care I receive. The doctors are absolutely fantastic. I try to see Dr. Azzam, Isaac or Marshall as they all have been great to work with and make me feel new again.
I’m currently training for a marathon and the weekly visits have been a lifesaver for me to help with my running. They are all great listeners when I explain the current “issues†I have and they take their time to do a thorough job during my visit.
I often have my children with me, and the whole office is amazing to them!
The hours are pretty convenient. I do wish they stayed open until about 8/9 so I could come after I put my kids to bed. This location gets very busy and I have often had to wait 30+ minutes. Worth it for the doctors!

The Joint Chiropractor is like the Chic -Fila of chiropractic clinics. Dealing with constant Lower lumbar pain, I find that their excellent staff always have solutions, and a great care plan. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a warm embrace. You are then escorted to the back where you are treated better than a lotto winner in a poor family. After treatment, the same warm faces embrace you as you exit the facility. I felt like I was leaving with a to go plate at a Texas barbecue.

So thankful for the staff for making the process for signing up for plans as easy and painless as possible. They were so good that I had to call this location specifically to sign up even though I am currently stationed out of town. I spoke with Jianna and she navigated me through the whole process over the phone, which I’m sure was a little bit tedious. Either way, we took care of everything in less than 10 minutes and I am very pleased with the efficiency of this office.

5 stars hands down. Every time I visit, the ladies at the front greet me by my name and are quick to update me and other visitors with the wait times. Even when it looks like there is going to be a long wait, they are always hustling and seem to handle and manage patient flow well. All around a great team and the prices are 100% worth it.

Can I leave no stars because the customer service is horrible. It’s supposed to be convenient with no appointments necessary. They wouldn’t even see a new patient because “ they want to give the doctor a break”

Love this place so much! I never knew how much I'd love chiropractic care. I'm so glad I found these folks. I've always had trouble with my back and neck as that is where I carry all of my tension and stress. That and a lifetime of being a mechanic plus doing siding and roofing work have taken there toll. I've never had a long wait for an adjustment and walk out taller!

Thank you so much to The Joint at Alamo Ranch. I have been hesitant about chiropractic work for personal reasons, and some horror stories I’ve read about but, this honestly has been an eye opening experience. A friend referred me, their testimony and ease of work was noticeable when asked what they were doing differently. Back and shoulder pain is commonly come across in our line of work. Unfortunately. I can happily say that I’ve found relief in this visit which I why I’m writing so earnestly.
From the staff in the front for check-in, to the Dr. who worked on my nervous-self for the first time. Everyone was polite, professional, and courteous. The ease of check-in was incredibly easy and safe. The staff are on their A-game for sure, keeping newcomers such as myself safe by following recommended guidelines. Hand sanitizer and masks were fully being implemented and I myself felt safe being in their office. Dr. Taylor, being the chiropractor that worked on me, made everything well understood and safe for my visit. By addressing all my concerns I felt very safe in her hands. I will definitely be returning. Thank you again to The Joint, for your professionalism and attention to care.

Rude front desk staff. They are so unfriendly I felt very uncomfortable last time I went. I’ve worked at a Chiropractor office for 4 years and they definitely need to be trained in hospitality. The Bandera location is so much better. The front desk staff there is so friendly and they don’t cycle through doctors.

This place is very misguiding about informing you on the last day of your membership that it ends the day before!!! And then charge you $40 for a visit that you had remaining left on your membership! Like why did I pay for it in the first place??!! More so, why did you not tell me this immediately when I walked in! Please do yourself a favor and Do not sign up for membership!

I enjoy going weekly to see the doctors to get adjusted. Every time I go in, the doctors are attentive and listen to what I’m sayin is hurting. As a local business owner and operator, my work is hard on my back. I took a day off to walk in here and be treated like dirt by two completely unprofessional front desk girls and their attitudes of not wanting to be there and hating their lives, you are losing business because of terrible front desk service. I didn't believe the other reviews that mention this front desk attitude but I strongly suggest you find better help that wants to be there if you want your business to grow at the rate that it could be. A bull ring nose piercing should not be allowed at the front desk of a doctor's office. And neiher does the kid wearing it. A customers experience starts once they walk in the door, always remember that.

I'm 60 years old and thought I'd never go to a chiropractor. Through the years of sports, work, and old age, I began suffering from chronic lower back pain. After surgery, physical therapy, epidural shots and medication, a friend convinced me to see Dr. Seidl at the Joint. Balance is the word! Not only do I appreciate knowing this treatment keeps my body in balance, I like the ease of coming on my own time frame and always in & out quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the convenience and affordable care of The Joint I have been able to maintain my regular lifestyle. Before my regular visits to The Joint my life was filled with a regiment of ibuprofen, ice and heat packs. Due to regular visits my pain has been minimal and the regiment of pain remedies have all but stopped. The Joint has proven to be affordable care that I would urge you to try. Per my initial visit, I had trouble walking- discomfort and sharp pains. Since I started the Wellness Plan Program and stayed steady with my weekly visits, there have been days that have been completely pain free.
There are a lot of locations, and I was even able to find one in Vegas, that have made traveling more convenient. It's money well spent, and I don't see myself stopping.
