Amazing experience and professional staff - I have been to TheJoint one time and would desire to come back again however I don’t want to have to experience the process if I wi have to be completely naked each occurance… it was an awkward experience however I know the doctor had to give me a physical examination before the adjustment and I wish it wasn’t painful but that guy was so bad giving me the prostate portion of the exam and he used almost all his fingers! WHAT THD HECK WAS THIS CONDUCTED FOR? please set me right if I can maybe wear my bathrob if I come again ?

utstanding....Joint practices the "old fashioned" manual chiropractic which, for me, is the ONLY protocol. I wrecked my back in 1978 moving heavy books and manual chiropractic was the only effective solution -- tried several MD's before finding Chiropractic. Chiropractic saved me and allowed me to have a successful working career. Now only need very occasional adjustments to keep me pain free and active in my retirement.

For 30 years. before I switched to the joint a couple years ago my appointments would take at least an hour of my time (including some wait time), usually I am in and out of The Joint in 10 minutes and I really love the care that dr Mc knight and Nicosia deliver. I have been to several other Joint locations and I just prefer these Drs method at this particular location (bandera/1604)

Dr. Mark Nicosia was amazing! He listened to the myriad of issues with my spine (born with a genetic defect), felt for areas that may present a problem with adjustment, then formulated his plan of attack. When he was done with the adjustment, there was a little discomfort in the muscles of my back (this is normal), but felt the difference immediately, as the pressure in my neck had subsided and the headache I'd had off and on for months was gone. Their prices are extraordinarily reasonable and are only a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere... the best part?? Their network of Chiropractors is extensive... I could be visiting family in California and go to the location there without any additional charge. Their care plans cover not only their location, but the many others throughout the country... it's absolutely amazing and I can't thank them enough for what they did and continue to do for me!!

I recommend trying out The Joint prior to taking medications or surgery for issues that may be neurological. I have had neuropathy for several months from a medication, I was offered a different medication to band-aid my issues and told not to read the side effects. I find that a ridiculous request. I looked elsewhere to chiropractic care at The Joint and changed my diet as well to heal. I happy I found them. I have never waited more than 30 minutes for those who do not like to wait.

The receptionist was super sweet and explained everything thoroughly. The dr was amazing. He paid attention to the problems I was having and explained what the possible causes and how everything worked. The appointment itself took maybe 5 minutes but it gave me instant relief.

Dr. McKnight is amazing! I had been afraid of chiropractors for a long time which is what kept me away from trying it for a long time. An extremely efficient operation. I did a walk in when my back was out with a pinched nerve and sciatica and my regular chiropractor was unavailable. They literally got me in within five minutes (it helps to download the new patient paperwork and have it completed). Dr. McKnight then fixed me up like new, painlessly I might add. If you have a chiropractic problem that needs to be fixed NOW, including Sunday, then you should strongly consider this place. It's my new emergency go-to.

I got into an accident back in 2010 and have had to see a chiropractor ever since then. I have been coming to the joint off and on since 2014. I have to say it's much cheaper than anything I would pay with my insurance, especially with the wellness plan only being $69/month for 4 visits! I am very impressed with the docs there. Nicosia and McKnight are very informative about stretches I can do at home, which have help significantly. I have gotten so much relief since I've been going this last time, I can actually lay on my back again which I haven't been able to do in years. THANK YOU GUYS! I will definitely continue going to stay out of pain and discomfort.

First time visiting a chiropractor. Overall good experience. My neck problem still exists but was told it will take a couple of visits to work out the stiff muscles in my neck. Doctor was very personable and educated me about the different bones/muscles in the neck area. Fairly inexpensive (25) for the visit. I will give it a few
more visits to see if this chiropractor thing really works. I'm a bit skeptical still but willing to give it a bit of time. Btw - nice facility, friendly staff.

This isn't your usual chiropractic office. You don't have to wait for ever and they do walk ins. If you join the plan you get a card and scan it every time you go in. Makes check in fast and easy. Doc adjustments usually are less than 10 min unless there is an issue they are addressing. Office is always friendly and clean. Doctors are knowledgeable and get to fixing the issues at hand. Would recommend to anyone

Idk which I love more them being open on weekends or no appointment necessary. And weekdays open til 7pm and only $29! The chiropractors are kind, caring, and fix me up each time. Overall really really really great service and convenience.

There are numerous locations around the city, yet this is my favorite. Both Dr. Nicosia and Dr. McKnight are great and attentive. Dr. McKnight has this awesome ability to center in immediately to what every ache or tightness I'm experiencing. I cannot recommend The Joint more highly, especially this location. Drs. Nicosia and McKnight are highly skilled chiropractors who are also good listeners and for me, that's important, because I have a lot of trouble with my neck, and they've both been great at getting my neck back in shape. I've been going to chiropractors for thirty years, and these folks are some of the best I've known. I also love Dr. Dudson at the Alon location, but he's on a medical leave right now. Check this place out - they are open every day, even Sundays!

Dr.Mcknight! My dog amazing work was in and out in less then 45 minutes (I was a new patient also) he knew exactly what needed to be done. He even called me today 24 hours after my appointment. I had been having terrible low back/hip pain for over a week. I had been to a float, gotten a massage and been to yoga/Pilates to help stretch everything out but by the middle of the day my whole back would be tight and the hip,pain would become much worse. I knew I had to go to the chiropractor but my regular chiropractor is not close to my home and there is construction by their office which makes it more difficult to get to. I had seen the signs for The Joint by HEB so decided to give them a try. Receptionist was great, explained all the different packages and was very engaging and polite. Went in to see the Doctor and he did a few quick tests (bending, twisting etc.) and then explained what was going on to me. He then started the adjustment and I have to say that I have been going for regular chiropractic care for over 15 years and this was one of the best adjustments I've ever had. My regular chiropractor can never get my low back/hip area to adjust but here it adjusted perfectly. Doctor warned me that I may be in some pain and yesterday evening I was but this morning I feel so much better and I will definitely be going here on a regular basis. It is more convenient than my former chiropractor and even without using insurance it's much cheaper. Highly recommend after just one visit! Doctor was fabulous! Can't wait for my Husband and Son to try them too!

I suffer from neck pain and need regular treatments and I can honestly say this is an excellent place to get an adjustment and maintain an overall healthy body with their convenient schedule and affordable packages. I highly recommend them, if you don't want the hassle of appointments and insurance and can appreciate doctors that take their time and don't make you feel rushed through your sessions this is the place. I like how they always make sure they have addressed all your concerns before you leave. They even honor veterans, what more can you ask for? Went in today with bad lower back pain. Heather the receptionist was very pleasant. The doctor seemed knowlegable and trustworthy. He collected all the information needed through the evaluation to figure out just what I needed. I received an adjustment that relieved some of my pain and a logical treatment plan. Im looking forward to the progress.
