Not gonna complain about my experience, but I dont understand how you can do a proper adjustment without 1st taking x rays to see what is outta whack. My wife and I went in on a Saturday to be greeted by one of the nicest front desk personnel then met Dr. G. It was kind of hard to understand him at times due to his accent but he was thural none the less. He began adjusting my back and neck just fine I reckon, but he grabbed my right arm as I explained how I had injured my right shoulder and had tore some muscles in it but he continued pulling and twisting on it which didn't help and now it hurts like crazy. I went in, in little to no pain just for a adjustment and now I'm in more pain. Just cant help but wonder if they had taken x rays if the results would be different. I give them 4 out if 5 because there is always room for improvement in every aspect of life.

We tried a different location with my husband. And this time around is my 9 year old who has bad posture, well long story short I couldn't have made a better choice. As soon as I walked in the office I felt welcomed. The service was great! All my questions were answered. Dr. G is amazing working with kids, he was so patient, while he was doing the adjustment they were talking about soccer. My son loves soccer so that made him feel more comfortable!

I live a very busy life at the moment and I have no time to go in, when I did get a chance to go I was given comments by the chiropractor and made feel bad for not coming in on his recommended schedule. Not very professional. I paid for a month and couldn't come in, I called to cancel as it's a waste of money at this point and they're forcing me to go in. If I paid for a service and can't come in to receive the service, what makes them think I have time to go do a cancelation in person? There should be a way to do this over the phone. Definitely not happy with this.

Dr. G is the BEST! Brought me back as soon as I completed my initial documents. No wait. Very friendly, pleasant demeanor. Checked my alignment and then explained to me why I was in pain before he did my adjustment. Also gave me an exercise to do at home to help with correction. When my phone rang this morning I figured it was the receptionist calling to remind me of my appointment tomorrow. It was actually Dr. G calling me personally to see how I felt after my first adjustment answer any questions and find out when my next apt appointment was. It didn’t feel creepy or sales pitch-ish. He is passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to help people. Highly recommend!!! Prices are very reasonable too!!! Edit: He puts on a good front. But they never tell you you have to use all the sessions you pay for within 30 days or you lose your money. I feel like I was robbed. Do NOT recommend their business practices.

I walked in yesterday after going to the hospital for lower back pain (thehospital was no help) . They offered a same-day appointment depending on how busy they are. Doctor G helped me tremendously. I had very little mobility due to a herniated disc and my scoliosis. After only being seen once, I noticed the change. Dr. G personally called me to follow up. It meant a lot, especially because I was in a lot of pain yesterday. I went in today again, and I feel a lot better already. Thanks to Dr. G!

Dr. G in the Seagoville office is excellent. He is personable, kind and friendly, always address any needs or concerns. My neck stiffness and shoulder pain are managed. Being a nurse the stress is real, but my weekly visits control my headaches and stress.

I like that when I NEED to be seen, I can just go and know I will be ok in 30 min or less. I also appreciate having good doctors at the ready. They have great speed and efficiency but I don't feel rushed.

I absolutely loved my experience for the 1 month I was at the office. Sweetest staff and flexible with your weekly schedule. I always felt welcomed and comfortable. Gave it 1 star because I still haven’t walked in. I read the comments first and I see how positive the reviews are. Once I walk out I will give it the correct rating. I’m going in with unbearable lower back pain and also left leg pain which gives me issues to sleep and even wake up or walk. We’ll see soon?? UPDATE: Dr. G is such a great guy, he definitely popped a bone or 2. Explained my issue and the solutions. Very excited to go back and be back doing my activities asap! Definitely recommend. Update 3: my lower back pain became unbearable to the point my back upper leg felt as if it was burning and had fallen asleep which also made it get cold from the lower foot. Tell the pain was so intense I dropped a tear or two and laid in bed and hoped for the best. I woke up and I realized I can now lay in a mattress and not feel pain waking up. The burning sensation of my foot went away. HOWEVER I cannot walk because as soon as I stand up, I feel the pinch in between my buttocks on the lower part making me loose the strength. I pray I get better. Update 4: Back pain has been completely eradicated. Got a few little stiff nerves due to the after math or my Herniated Disc. I am so glad I got better. I for sure won’t lift ever again. Dr. G is a G!!!! Thank you guys for the support, amazing location❤️

I must be Dr. G’s and The Joint Seagoville’s biggest fan! I came to them with horrible, debilitating back pain that was keeping me up at night. After going to the first clinic and the lady having a party, there sent me out to the other clinic in Seagoville and waited there filled out all the paperwork then he told me couldn’t do nothing for me because I was on Medicare after I told him I was on Medicare. I don’t understand what kind of policies or what kind of business you’re running, but that is real bad business. If you can’t take Medicare patients put a sign in the front so they won’t waste their time, wasted all morning and all day to see a chiropractor and still in pain

Brought my 9yr old son in today, because he has been complaining about his shoulder and knee hurting. Dr.G first explained what was causing the pain showed him some techniques on how to play video games while at home and proper posture before he started working on him. I’ve seen Dr. Morales and Dr. Tanya so far and they have been wonderful!!! The price is awesome for the number of services per month, and my first month I even got 3 free adjustments because of how often they wanted to see me because of how long it had been since I had an adjustment. It’s so nice to have the freedom to just walk in and be seen immediately and walk out feeling better. The convenience of having a Joint location practically anywhere makes getting seen when you need to be no matter where you are so easy. Im very hard to adjust as i am getting older and joints dont move easily,plus im a large man so it usually takes a large man to adjust me...like he said,I shouldnt have a problem adjusting you. I told Dr. Morales it was probably going to be a waste of both our time. He said if i can't its free...needless to say he had zero problems adjusting me. I highly recommend.

Seagoville has a new Chiropractor in town and I couldn’t be happier. What an excellent addition to our city. That receptionist, Pricilla is wonderful, sends reminders, is friendly and always very helpful. My doctor is Dr. Martinez. It’s especially nice to have a chiropractor who listens to what you temp them and doesn’t hurt you. Their are things she can not do to me due to surgeries but she works around that to solve my complaints. She also opened my sinuses so I could breath. Totally above and beyond. I have to say that I was a little skeptical about going to a chiropractor but my sister highly recommended it and I saw the benefits she got and so I was having some severe issues some pain and as a last resort I went and am so happy to have seen by Valerie Figueroa. Not only did she listen to what I was going through and talk me through what she was going to do but she was able to give me some relief immediately by providing an amazing adjustment. I would say that my pain level was a 15 by the 2nd visit it was probably about seven. I have my third visit tomorrow and at this point I'm at about a 3. She has definitely made me a believer.

Dr. Martinez is the best! I recently moved to the Seagoville area and I was nervous about going to a different Joint location, but Dr.Martinez gave me the best adjustment I’ve ever had! I am 6 weeks postpartum and I wish I would’ve found her sooner. After my second adjustment with her my lower back pain is completely gone. 10/10 recommend

I’ve been receiving chiropractic adjustments for years - since I was about 10 years old. I’m visiting Texas for work and stopped into the Seagoville location with a colleague for a maintenance adjustment, and y’all, when I tell you Dr. Val gave me one of the best adjustments of my life, I mean it. She found my tight spots without me even pointing them out, and all of her movements were pain-free and fluid. It’s hard to describe if you’ve never had a really good adjustment ? definitely recommend though if you’re looking for chiropractic care! Dr. Val knows what she’s doing.

This location (seagoville ) is the best joint location I have ever been to !!! They are so nice always and always have toys for my 1 year old daughter to play with when I come. Both doctors are amazing and I don’t have to worry about getting a bad adjustment. They take their time to address your needs and I really can’t say enough great things about them. I go to different joints and I never regret going to the seagoville location !

Came in really bad shape barley able to move due to pain in back and spine.. I honestly never really believed in what chiropractors could do but desperate to feel some type of normalcy again I gave them a try..I am 100 % pleased with what they have done and are doing...Love the Chiropractors at the Joint

So after finally putting it off for so long i decided to go into today to get my adjustment and i was worried that i would leave with little to no relief and that was an underatand thanks to Valerie Figueroa Sanchez for getting me right because i have been suffering major back pain for a long time and now I feel WAYY!!!! better then ever definitely will be going back and taking my family with me because this is the best i have ever felt in a very long time.

Front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The chiropractor I saw was also very sweet and tried her best to help me. I left feeling much better. The results however didn’t last and I was hurting again within an hour. I’m sure my issues are beyond the scope of a basic chiropractic practice like this. No fault of their own but I will be returning to my chiropractor who has a wider range of services. I appreciate their willingness to help.

Dr Figueora was truly exceptional. I've had chiro experience and she was the most thorough in the prep of adjustment, during and afterward. She was also very charismatic and very chill to talk to you. In several years of on and off chiro experience, the time she took with me and a new adjustment t tactic gave me the most relief ever had during ever! Shocked and blown away at her methods..I will be returning for sure and obviously signed up directly after for ongoing treatment.

I visited the office in Seagoville to get My left shoulder looked at, they sent me to the office in Dallas for x-rays, I returned the next day for my first adjustment. My blood pressure is a little so I made a appointment with My Doctor to be tested.
