While this clinic used to be convenient for quick adjustments, it has turned into an unprofessional assembly line. On multiple routine visits, I was met by miserable, uninviting staff who didn't even bother to greet me. Worse, during my last visit, a blonde practitioner gave me a highly unprofessional, forced neck adjustment. It was done so poorly that my neck hurt for six months straight. Even though I paid for a full membership that day, I am never coming back. Your safety and health depend entirely on whoever happens to be working that shift, and the lack of consistency is dangerous.

I came here in a pinch(;, I am from out of town, I have never received an adjustment, I was pretty scared. I don’t remember the name of the young gentleman that did my adjustment but he was great. Was very thorough with question me, took his time, listened, and validated my experience. He walked me through the entire process, explained everything he was doing and what my body did. He even called over another person to help with an area he was still learning. I appreciate how respectful and competent he was. Overall would come back if I was in the area. Additionally the treatment helped with my pain and stiffness.

OMG! I cannot thank Dr. Smith enough. She is wonderful! I had lower back for a couple of weeks, I was taking medicine for the pain every day or else I couldn't move. Just after 1 session I was able to go all day without taking medication for the pain. She brought joy back into my life. The thing about the Joint Chiropractic is that you have to know the doctors. Most of them are unable to adjust my neck (which is admittedly difficult to adjust). But Dr. Wong at Springtown Center is actually phenomenal! He listens and works with me to make sure I get a proper adjustment. But it's not just listening, he has the skill and aptitude to back it up. I highly recommend him!

I gave a 5 star review because I love the joint. There are days when only 1 doctor is working and wait times can be very long. I absolutely love all the doctors I have seen but my favorites are Dr Smith who cares about her patients, listens, then remembers for later appointments. She is personable and knowledgeable! Dr Wong is also personable and knowledgeable. He has been the only doctor who has ever been able to adjust my upper back which has helped with chronic headaches. The only thing I would change is adding more doctors as this location is very busy. Preferable these two doctors!

Run (if you can), don’t walk to The Joint and go see Doctor Sergio! I had already accepted that I would have upper pain, but now I am glad to say I had the best adjustment! I finally now have some relief and Doctor Sergio sent me home with some exercises to help with my issues. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Dr. Wong is the best! Originally went to “We got your back chiropractic” and left in pain in more pain. A week later, barely able to walk, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Found “The Joint” and within 5min of meeting Dr. Wong, my pain pretty much instantly disappeared!! My only ask is for more days available at this location with him! Update 1/11: Please bring back Dr.Wong to this location! He was the reason I signed up for a subscription!

I was having terrible pain in my right hip and walking was quite difficult. My spine & neck also needed serious adjustment. I went to multiple Joint locations and tried numerous chiropractors. Finally I found Dr Wong! He not only does the best adjustments I have ever experienced including atlas adjustments of the upper cervical spine. He also educates and teaches you how to stretch properly. He has been a chiropractor for roughly 25 years He truly cares, and he will tell you the truth about the reality of where you are currently and how to correct the situation. It’s not just a passive adjustment and you leave. I went from not being able to walk much due to pain, to walking 45 minutes a day within 2 weeks!

I have been to this location several times and am always impressed with efficacy of the adjustment techniques used for any pain or discomfort I have. I had a visit today with Dr. Sergio Wong and he adjusted my neck in such a way that created so much relief from tension. And that satisfying “popping” noise did not hurt to hear either. Not to mention, he took his time making sure to help some of my very tense muscles relax so that he could do the most effective adjustment possible. I did not feel like he tried to rush with me. I will definitely be electing to see him as my primary chiropractor from now on.

I am very upset. I purchased a 2 month subscription. I used one session the initial day. I was told by the receptionist that what you don’t use would roll over to the next month. I love coming to this Joint location, everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have had almost all doctors work on my back, but the 2 that really stand out to me are Dr. Gebhart and Dr. Tucker. Both listen and aren't in a hurry. They take their time and are spot on when finding the painful areas that need the most attention. Most people walking in automatically ask for Dr. G to work on them, but the other doctors are wonderful as well. Dr. Tucker's adjustment yesterday relieved a lot of my upper back and neck pain, and if I can give any advice it would be to give him a chance.

I've worked with a chiropractor for over 3 years now, so I expected a bit more when coming here. The front desk staff member was friendly and professional, but she just assumed I would sign up by giving me a scan card. There was another gentleman on the computer when I came in and he never looked up or even said hello. May as well work in the back then. When getting called to the back, I saw 4 tables and someone was getting adjusted a couple of feet away from me. No privacy whatsoever. I did like the doctor I worked with, but he did have an odor. My biggest complaint is I am in a maintenance phase of treatment. When I leave my normal chiropractor, my pain is gone when I leave. When leaving here I was still in pain and told I needed to be seen multiple times that week, which to me is a money grab. This place is a profits over people type of place in my opinion. Very sales pitchy and heavy marketing. This place lacks privacy, and character. Warming a patient up before cracking their body parts is something I am also used to. The revenue, the joint brought in was somewhere close to 100 million. Now the franchise may not have had these numbers, but it is lucrative, so buying a heat lamp and adding just a small bit of care to patients is not asking too much. I do not recommend this place. 2 stars because I was able to be seen that same day.

If you see more than 2 or 3 people in the waiting room , you are 60 minutes delayed at this location. We walked in with 7 people in the waiting room, think it would be a twenty to 30 minute wait at most. 1:10 minutes later , 1 of our party of 2 was finally called back. While waiting 5 to 7 people came in and were turned away after learning of the delay as well. 2 doctors only. Don’t expect to be in and out quick at this location. They close 2:00 to 2:45 everyday.

I purchased a promotion via Groupon for $19. Upon arriving, I showed the receptionist the voucher and she stated that normally the barcode does not work. Dr. G-Hart cracked me back to where I could walk again! It's one thing to have my fellow soldier FAMily help crack me out at drill and a priveledge to have a sports medicine NCO female type help me at AT because what some people call hills are mountains to short/small people and rocks hurt. Or having ES hands take my breathe away by pushing ribs back into place. But after the past couple months of HOA critiqued/necessary jungle taming yard work as well as working with Juan and his son John to tear down and rebuild almost 300ft of fence (each post required replaceing with new post holes and concrete by hand), my whole body was damaged, pinched, swollen, hobling in pain and not even being able to sleep at night. I appologies if my attitude around/towards anyone was unpleasant please do not take it personally. But after my friend gave me the information and location of The Joint Chiropratic around the corner from my house, I limped my way in. I explained my history and profession (ARMY and civilian Firefighter Paramedic) as well as prior mentioned "home responsabilities" and specified the major problem/pain areas. Then I was made into a postictal piece of oragami play dough while I was educated on pressure points, muscle groups, and areas I didn't even know I had could pop or be released of so much tension caused in other areas like the neck (that one made me see stars but I can actually even see better!) So after only about 30min or so for the actual hands on adjustment, I can now walk, breathe, and move! The other thing that appealed to me the most besides location visual aestetics and professionalism I was greated with, was the variety of other visitors like myself. Just popping in in between errands, before sitting in the pick up line at school waiting for the kiddos, or on the way home from work, because appointments are available but not necessary. There's even a treatment plan offered for children which I would highly suggest for those in sports. So it can even be a family outing event after school or weekend plan. The availability, affordability, convenience, and time that was taken by Dr. G to actual listen, explain, and give me a second to collect myself and breathe (in between my rice crispy treat seizures/please for the love of Pearl do not take me seriously this is just my attempt at a little humor and I do not have a seizure disorder. Maybe just a little brain damage from having the innate desire to run towards bullets, into burning buildings, drive really big apparatus through austere environments, and do the things other can't won't or refuse to.) has now made me a visitor for atleast the next two months if not longer/for life! So if you are looking for a real way to "TREAT" yourself instead of that monthly mani/pedi, hair cut/styling, dinning out/dinner date, or fill up at the gas station (who are we kidding here unless you drive a GEO or Prius and yes I am Xanadu and roller skating rink old!), GO TO THE JOINT and fill up your own personal tank with some ME time for about the same cost but definately with a better rate of return on investment.

No one should ever make faces or laugh at a customer when they think they aren't looking. I was looking and I saw her look at the Dr. when I walked off and I saw the face she made and I heard the laugh. I cannot for the life of me understand why such a good company tolerates this behavior towards its paying customers. Stop judging people because their faces aren't caked with makeup. When I am off work, I am entitled to relax and wear relaxing clothes. I am a published author and I owe my own business in Houston. I do not appreciate being spoken down to or treated as if I am less than because I come in with no makeup, a t-shirt and shorts. Asking me if I used my debit card somewhere else is, like I told her, none of her business. You guys truly need to keep your staff in check.

Dr. Mike is an expert in his field! In the past, a first visit to a new chiropractor had been complicated and time consuming. His office had me seen quickly on a walk-in, and he was genuinely concerned about my current condition, and was able to tell what was going on with my spine after his examination. He has a very calm and warm approach, and I felt relaxed and confident when he practiced the course of treatment. He prescribed effective therapeutic modalities, and my follow up plan is simple and working great to give me some much needed relief! A walk-in chiropractic clinic that runs efficiently and has caring and knowledge staff and doctors is so much better than setting an appointment for the future when I need relief today! I won’t do traditional chiropractor visits ever again!

I love this place! I am feeling better by the visit. I came in for neck pain, and the doctor noticed that I also had one leg about 2 inches shorter than the other. It is amazing to me that I thought there were certain things I just get had to get used to, as in hip pain or headaches. I am so thankful I got a coupon in the mail. I am going weekly now and the wellness plan is so affordable. Dr. Gebhart has amazing skill and, you can tell, years of experience. I have also benefitted from the young doctors. I think the entire team of doctors and front office staff are great. I appreciate all of the info that I received on the first visit with no huge first time fees and no pressure. I have enjoyed meeting both Abigail and Abby at the front desk. I am recommending The Joint to my husband and friends!

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at the location on Kuykendall. The receptionist were very polite and helpful. They explained the services that were offered with great details. The first chiropractor Dr. R showed great concern about my condition and listened very well. I can't remember his name. The adjustment he performed fit my particular needs. Update: 5/17/22 (upgraded to 2 stars) billing issue got resolved at expense of being banned from the entire franchise. I guess that’s the price to pay for honesty and facts. I was going to update this review in a positive light considering issue got resolved but the fact we got banned doesn’t merit that. People should know what to expect when being honest. It is what it is. Despite this, I still maintain Dr. G is amazing I’m worth going to. Just know the stipulations of their membership when it comes to canceling if you do the membership. Orig. review 05/16/22 1 star ***DO NOT DO THEIR MEMBERSHIP HERE.*** Before I even begin, the 1 star is for their billing deceptive trade practices. It is NOT a reflection on Dr. G for his service. I give 5 stars to Dr. Gebhart known as Dr. G. He has angel hands and fixed up my husband who’s a police officer after a work injury. Fixed me up with misc. issues too. He is truly gifted. That being said, I’m so upset I even have to give one star to this business. Nearly three months ago, due to changes in schedules that don’t coincide with this location’s hours of operation, my husband tried calling to temporarily cancel our membership. The woman said it needed to be done in person which I found odd. There was no way that was even possible. That was my first red flag so I locked our FSA debit cards so they don’t charge us since we wanted to cancel. Fast forward to today, when I realized they DID try charging both of us for memberships for 2 months, I asked him to call again and try to cancel again. The woman who answered him pretty much said we needed to go in person AND pay the last two months we never even went to them. He explained he tried to cancel our memberships way back then and explained the schedule clashing but she said they wouldn’t even cancel it until we pay them those two unpaid months for both of us. $296 total! They’re nuts! Why won’t they allow a fax or email or written notice? Why MUST it be in person? Why weren’t we told this when the front desk tried pushing the membership to us? This qualifies as a DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE and I will make sure to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s office about it. A written notice should suffice as well. Imagine they have a client who became a paraplegic and can’t drive anymore. They’re going to make them go in person to cancel that membership? That’s simply ridiculous! This truly upsets me mostly because we absolutely LOVE Dr. G and was hoping once this clash in schedules got resolved, my husband could go back to them (even if paying per visit). So now we have to find someone else, and cancel our debit FSA because it’s getting annoying locking our cards and unlocking them when we need them because we are getting unauthorized charges to our cards. If you do go, ask for Dr. G. The other two docs we saw were “ok” but not as good as him. And don’t do their membership if you know you can’t go in person to cancel when the time comes. This whole situation just puts a sour taste in my mouth but you can be the ultimate judge to that. Take care and God bless~

I went in today since I saw a Facebook ad they had, best decision I have ever made. The tech Abby was super nice when we came in to the office with my girlfriend, she helped me to convince my girlfriend to get seen that same day too, office was really clean and modern, then Dr. Livingood came and greet us, he was very friendly, he did my adjustment and I felt so much better after the adjustment, all my stress and thoughts were gone after what he did, thank you so much to the Doctor and to the team, I definitely recommend this place, and will be coming back to continue with my adjustments. Sadly after leaving the office, I had a car accident, my stress came back immediately… but hey, accidents happens. Once again, props to the Team at The Joint Chiropractic.

I've been having a lot of nagging back/neck issues. I had been told about the Joint by a friend and decided to give it a try, as I'd never tried a chiropractor before Abby at the front desk was very kind and broke down all the options I had for memberships or packages, but also stated it was more then OK to just try it one time and come back if I liked it. Dr. Gebheart was friendly and professional, and broke down the whys and the hows of what he was doing each time he adjusted a different part of my body. Im going to stick with it as I noticed improvement after I left. Give them a try if you're curious about chiropractory - they're very kind!

I have been under Dr. Gephart’s care at the Joint since the opening of the Spring location along with my husband and daughters. He is empathetic and skilled. He encouraged me for a neck exray and orthopedic mri. He was able to tell me more about the MRI than than the surgeon (more time and details) all the other doctors here listen well and offer advice.

My husband and I love coming here! Every doctor we've had has been really awesome!!! Two of which we saw today, 3/3/22, Dr. Patrick and Dr. Mike are so sweet and know exactly what they're doing! We always come out feeling good as new! We love that they ask us how our day is and ask about our family. It's not just small talk and never akward, they actually care about our well being and our life. And they remember what we have told them the last times we saw them. The receptionists are so nice and sweet! And very beautiful! Inside always smells so nice and clean as well as they keep the place clean. The bathroom is always pleasant to use and always clean. Overall, we have a great time and a wonderful experience!

Friendly front desk staffs. Dr. Reynolds was knowledgeable and accommodating. It was my first time with a chiropractor, I’m sure I’ll see them again as I sign up for the monthly plan. The only thing I did not enjoyed is the lengthy paperwork (not a deal breaker) since I am a first time visitor but after that they’ll give you a card where you can just scan the barcode at check-in to any location. It was quick and easy. However, I did nit felt like I was rushed. Deserve a 5 star for my first visit/impression and hoping to be consistent. Keep it up.
