Meet The Doctors
Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Drake earned his Bachelors of Science from Texas State University. Dr. Drake then went on to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic and graduated with honors, summa cum laude, and was valedictorian of his class at the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida in 2019.
His first experienced chiropractic as a teenager after an injury while playing baseball in high school. “After over a year of dealing with a baseball injury and two failed surgeries based on incorrect diagnoses, I finally sought care from a chiropractor. They were able to get me back on the field for my Senior year after only two months of care.” Even then, as a high school athlete, he recognized the importance of a conservative and comprehensive approach when addressing injuries and taking proactive measures to prevent future recurrences. Now as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Drake recommends treatments based on these principles while being always mindful of when a referral for alternative or invasive measures might be suitable.
When asked about his experiences at The Joint Dr. Drake says, “I love working at The Joint Chiropractic because I’ve been able to help far more patients at our clinics than I would have in private practice clinics. Being part of this nationwide network of clinics means my patients have access to convenient care at rates that they can easily afford.”
“The best thing about practicing chiropractic is being able move patients past their pain and truly improve their health and quality of life,” shared Dr. Drake. During his interview he also disclosed that the second-best thing about being a chiropractor at The Joint is being able to get adjusted himself on a regular basis.
In his spare time, Dr. Drake enjoys being outdoors, working around the house, watching sports, spending quality time with his lifelong love and wife, and confessed to being a consummate student of the profession, constantly researching and reading about the latest in developments and clinical research impacting chiropractic care.

The one must have thing in Dr. Drake’s fridge is lime seltzer water. "It’s my way of avoiding drinking any soda, and I find it’s almost always refreshing."
Dr. Anthony Nguyen joined The Joint in January 2022 as the Associate Doctor for our Market Street location. He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2021 after earning his Associates Degree in Kinesiology and Chemistry from Johnson County Community College.
For Dr. Nguyen, the most rewarding aspect of being a chiropractor is his ability to heal people by using a natural and holistic approach. “Being able to help patients improve their quality of life without medication or surgical intervention is absolutely the most satisfying thing about what I do.”
Dr. Nguyen says, “I love the welcoming atmosphere and environment provided at The Joint, I look forward to helping the community for years to come.” At The Joint, Dr. Nguyen is best known for being deeply invested in his patients' care during and after treatments.

When he's not practicing chiropractic care, Dr. Nguyen enjoys cooking, exercising and watching a variety of sports.
Dr. Nguyen expresses his greatest adventure was visiting Vietnam for a whole summer. “I got to experience a different way of life and really appreciate the beauty of the food, people and culture”.

Dr. Jametra Frank joined The Joint in January 2023 where she is currently an Associate Doctor at the Market Street location. She earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in December 2022 after receiving her Bachelors in Kinesiology from McNeese State University.
It was while interning at a chiropractic office when Dr. Frank witnessed first hand the positive effects and relief provided through chiropractic care. “I knew chiropractic was my calling after shadowing a doctor and seeing the progress patients made. Patients would come in feeling awful, and in pain, yet after just a few weeks of chiropractic treatment, they were so grateful and happy about their progress!” Her experience shows how the body has a much better chance of healing itself from the inside out when it is aligned properly through chiropractic adjustments.
According to Dr. Frank, “The best part about being in the chiropractic field is my ability to help others live with less pain, and get them back to living a better quality of life.” Her goal is to keep the spine in good health, ensuring the whole nervous system is working well. “If your spine is not able to support your central nervous system as it should, then a lot of problems can pop up.”
Dr. Frank tailors treatments specifically to the needs of each patient while educating patients on living a healthy lifestyle through chiropractic care. Her understanding and knowledge of how this holistic type of healthcare treats and benefits over other types of treatment has been invaluable as a healthcare provider.

In her spare time Dr. Frank enjoys spending time with her family and being outside in nature. “I have two dogs, a poodle and a maltipoo, who are both sweet angels.”

Dr. Heather Hanley joined The Joint in 2021 where she has been the Associate Doctor at our Magnolia location. Dr. Hanley received her Bachelors of Science Premed Degree from Western Michigan University in 2015 before earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2019 from Texas Chiropractic College.
Before joining The Joint, Dr. Hanley has previously practiced in the Sugar Land and Katy surrounding areas.
According to Dr. Hanley, the best part of being in the chiropractic field has been her ability to heal patients holistically with her hands alone. With a passion for holistic well-being, she is committed to not only providing routine chiropractic care, but also educating her patients on the benefits of living an overall wellness lifestyle. Her unique ability to connect with patients goes beyond the physical adjustments; it extends to creating a space where individuals feel heard, understood and supported on their healing journey.
Thrilled to be a part of The Joint Chiropractic team, Dr. Hanley emphasizes the importance of routine chiropractic care as a cornerstone of overall well-being and is dedicated to making quality care accessible to the community.
Driven to make a difference, Dr. Hanley achieves such by improving lives in both professional and personal activities. As a volunteer for the Salvation Army and supporting the training of Special Olympic athletes, Heather knows the value of time invested in worthy causes. As a dedicated mother to her toddler daughter and the proud wife of her firefighter husband, family is Heather’s preeminent cause.
