This is a difficult review to write because of the depth it requires. I was a patient here and did receive care from this facility. As far as the care itself goes, it was par for the course — decent staff and friendly receptionists. I have no major complaints about the treatment. What I do take issue with is the ethics behind how this business operates and charges its customers. At my initial visit, I was told I could either pay $30 for a consultation and initial adjustment or $81 for four visits, including the first. From the very beginning, there is an element of upselling. To my own fault, I agreed to the four visits and moved forward. What is not made clear is the catch: those visits must be used once per week or they are forfeited. They are not tokens you can use at your discretion. To me, that already feels sleazy. I used two of the four visits and felt that was fair, given that I had paid $81 upfront. What I did not know — and what was never clearly explained to me — is that I had actually signed up for a recurring membership that would automatically charge my account every month. I only discovered this after reviewing my bank statements and seeing another $81 charge. I called the office, frustrated and admittedly rude, because in that moment I felt scammed. Management later emailed me stating that they could not refund my money because doing so would violate the contract. The problem is that I did not knowingly agree to a recurring contract. I believed I was paying upfront for a defined set of visits, not enrolling in an ongoing financial commitment. I was charged for services that were not rendered. I noticed the charge within days of it posting and immediately reached out, yet a refund was denied. This raises a larger philosophical question: what kind of moral framework allows a business to profit from services it knowingly did not provide, especially after a customer admits to a genuine misunderstanding? This “contract” seems less about mutual agreement and more about insulating the business from accountability. It relies on the hope that the average person will not notice a recurring charge until it’s too late. That is not transparency — it is exploitation. I will take this loss and move on. But I believe people deserve to be warned. Ethics matter, and businesses that rely on technicalities rather than honesty should be questioned openly. They will probably reach out with an automated reply to this, and i will update if i ever recieve my refund.

By far the BEST chiropractic care I've ever had. Every doctor listens and is very clear on what they are doing/why when they explain it. First time ever going to a chiropractor after being stuck in bed for almost 4 days! Dr. Ian was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. He explained to me the issues I had going on and what I could do to resolve the problem furthermore. For the first time in days I can stand up straight and sit up without pain and the pain I had before hand not even pain killers helped. 10/10 will definitely be going back. I started having lower back pain on my left side on a Saturday. By Tuesday, I had a hard time walking (felt like my body was tilted to the right side), sitting, getting up out of a chair or bed. My body literally was stiff and could not lift, bend or pick things up. On Wednesday, I saw a promotion on Facebook and stopped by for a consultation and adjustment. The staff and doctor were very pleasant, explained their program and listened to my concerns. The doctor tried to be as delicate as he could on my adjustment but it really hurt. The doctor recommends a few more adjustments should help me. Later the next day, I started feeling a little better, especially the stiffness. Thanks for helping me feel get some relief.

Went for my 1st visit, and honestly first time to ever go to a chiropractor, after suffering many years with leg pain that is constant and always guessing it was sciatica. Never had good insurance or money to get checked, so I just live with the pain. But for the first time, now I've found out it's not even sciatica but something totally different. After an exam, a one on one chat with the Doc, an adjustment (according to your problem, everyone's different), they educated me on exercises to do, basically a personalized treatment plan. They offer an extensive menu of services and amazing prices and plans that are so low, no insurance can even beat them. Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff. No insurance, no appointments, open on weekends. I WILL absolutely be going back!!!!!!! P.S. - afterwards I felt some relief for the first time in years literally. I still have a long way to go, but now I know how to get there!!!!

Heather in the front was so welcoming and explained the wellness package and when told we cant right now, she did not pressure. She said she understood. She was up front alone and handled the traffic well. Dr. Blake did an outstanding job inquiring about my work and daily life to better understand my needs. She was so through with a great personality. Even though I didnt purchase a package I am looking forward to when I can to get the experience she offers. I knew I was tense and tight but to hear everything pop I felt a bit looser walking out.

(The Joint is an AMAZING company!!! My husband and I started their monthly plan a couple years ago, but when we moved to Victoria we were so sad there wasn’t a location here. Well now there is! We even decided to take our little son to get adjusted too cause there’s a doctor who specializes in children (she’s there a couple days of the week so call ahead to know her schedule) ? The Joint doesn’t do appointments so you can walk in as needed! Such a big plus for when my schedule changes every week. They also have hundreds of locations all over the country so even if you’re traveling there’s a great chance you can still get adjusted. Plus the price you pay is way cheaper than traditional chiropractic care and you don’t have to deal with insurance companies. We love them so much and recommend this company for anyone looking for flexible, affordable chiropractic care. ? (FYI I was not asked or paid to do this review, I just love them this much)
