    For several months I've been coming here, I've been a regular for Dr. Luke. For the past 2 weeks he's been gone, and no one has given me or my roommates any closure. We've been coming specifically for Dr. Luke because he is very knowledgeable, and he knows us well to the point that he knows exactly what we need (i.e: medical issues we have.)     I felt much better after my treatment yesterday. However, I rolled over in my sleep last night and the pain came back like gangbusters. It woke me up out of a dead sleep.     On a quick notice they got me in with 30 min to spare before closing. I was in major pain with a dislocated rib at vertebrae & R shoulder. Brad worked on me 3 different times until he knew I was better before letting me leave his office. I will definitely be back for a follow up. I have 2 very well known current chiropractors I go to and they are also good ones. However it has been increasingly hard to get in and out on their schedule and my fluctuating schedule. I own my own business in a Heavy Duty Business. I am at customer demand and a lot emergency related service. My schedule constantly changes so I need some spontaneous service at times.     Never seem to be in office they closed half the week and I end up having to go to a different one because they always seem to be out the office. Update your hours of operation to 2 days a week so people know and can plan properly. I choose this place cause it’s right by where I work so I can get in and out. Now I gotta drive to 12st across town cause no one wants to come to work or get more doctors so you’re not closed all the time. Update went again still closed take your hours off the door and put when we feel like it cause you don’t hold up to those office hours at all. Now it’s back to 12 th street which is completely the opposite side of town I work on. Close this office and save money so we can get a better discount on services cause you’re wasting money on that office never being open.

    Other chiropractic people I've seen somehow think I'm a 300 pound man and just use their body weight to try and help. Dr. Mcdonald understands that I'm little and adjusts accordingly.     I've never really believed that chiropractors could make a huge difference in how I felt. I was wrong! By the end of my first 2 visits, I've experienced 0 headaches and my range of motion in my neck has already improved!     I visit The Joint on Riverdale Rd in Ogden Ut. I went in not even able to stand straight & moving very slowly. Check in was easy, wait time was next to nothing, and Dr MacDonald is amazing. He evaluated me, explained what was going on advised me of the plan of action & adjusted me perfectly. I am pain free, walking erect & back to better than normal. I had talked to Dr MacDonald about anterior shoulder pain I had been having. I am a gym junkie & it was really affecting my workouts. He also checked out my sore MCL. The Dr adjusted my shoulder & my elbow, told me it was tendinitis of my bicep long head & gave me some stretches. In 2 weeks, I am pain free (after a misdiagnosis from a sport Dr who said it was impingement issues.) He helped me with proper technique to help scar tissue in my knee & good stretches, I am back to trail running without pain. Dr MacDonald is the bomb. Very personable and compassionate. Thank you sir!

    Terrible place, drove 3 hours to make it, I called 5 mins before closing and they ignored the call ? Then they saw me walking towards the door and ran over to lock the door in my face. It was literally 6:59 they hadn’t even flipped the closed sign yet. It would have took them 2 mins to adjust me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good customer service! If you want a great doctor, Doc Greg at the Farmington location is by far the best! I’ve gotten there last minute also since I work 3 hours away in Idaho and they gladly stayed 2 mins over to help me! ❤️

    After several years of back pain, sciatica and Dr scheduled me for surgery but I decided against it I came into Joint Chiropractic. I was in so much pain from shoulder to toes.     This location needs another doctor. Every single time I have come in the wait time has been close to an hour if not more. There seems to be a constant influx of new patients, sometimes back to back. My other complaint is that there is not a consistent receptionist. Most of the time the doctor is running everything himself. Great doctor but he definitely needs more support.

He is able to tailor the adjustment to any specific needs in a given week, which is not something that every Chiropractor is good at.     Dr. MacDonald is amazing chiropractor! I followed him from his last practice because he could help with my knee pain and he the only chiropractor that has ever been able to help with that pain. He has watched me go through my weight loss surgery and go from 463 pounds to 263 pounds. Every time I go to him he helps me with all of my pain. Because of him I able to postpone knee replacement surgery longer because he helps keep my knees healthy. He treats his patients like family!!     Dr McDonald and Kelbee are amazing. We choose to bypass several Joint Chiropractic locations, which are closer to our house, to receive care from these two people. Kelbee is always happy and upbeat. She knows our names and usually has us checked in before we get through the door.     Dr. MacDonald is the best chiropractor I've seen. After years of pain, MRI's, CT scans, muscle relaxers, never ending pain meds and physical therapy; I came in with tears to try a chiropractor as a last resort. I am SO glad that he was the one I went to. He was able to diagnose that I had slipped, none of the other specialists/physicians I've seen could do that. He also helps me a lot with my other stiff areas. Years of debilitating pain, turned manageable and some days not painful at all thanks to him!     When I moved to Utah from Arizona in 2018, I left behind a fantastic chiropractor. At that time, I was able to hold my alignment for long stretches of without needing adjustment. But since moving to Utah, I have developed more health issues and have not had consistent, beneficial chiropractic care. This time last year, I was paying up $65 per visit to see a chiropractor 2+ times a week. The drive was far, I struggled to make appointments when I needed them, and only felt relief for mere minutes afterward (I quickly ruined the adjustment by straining my neck to see over the steering wheel on the drive home. I am only 4ft 10in on a good day...). I have been feeling progressively worsening pain in my joints, muscles, and bones due to these cold utah winters. I am very particular when choosing practitioners and weary of the majority of chiropractors because they can easily cause more damage if not careful enough or precise. Plus, I have always had anxiety about trying new things. But I realized very quickly that Dr. McDonald is one of a kind! He is able to release my joints and alleviate built-up pressure. He can even pop my stubborn elbows and while actively engaging with me. Though The Joint is a walk-in office, I never feel rushed. He takes the time to address my [many] areas of concern and is even willing to discuss the underlying anatomy and physiology with me. It is always such a treat to visit him at the office. Kelbi is so sweet and seems very competent. They are a great team and just amazing human beans! If Dr. McDonald were to leave the practice, I’d probably become a groupie and follow him on the road...     Very good doctors and quick, efficient care. Much better than worrying about setting up an appointment with a regular MD or physical therapist and waiting weeks, dealing with insurance, etc. I always feel better and have significantly less sciatica pain after getting an adjustment at The Joint.

    Dr Mac is AMAZING!!! I have been to 3 other locations in the Salt Lake area and he is the ONLY one that can adjust my neck, hip and back 100%.     Mislead. Could not cancel "The Joint" program after it was over. Went in for an adjustment and signed up for a monthly plan. Didn't think I was signing up for a subscription - but okay I own that one. Their services were not working and I requested to cancel. Even AFTER fulfilling their obligation, they continued to charge my card. It made it even harder that I had to fill out a form and their was no formal number to call and cancel. The process was overcomplicated and it took months to cancel! After doing some brief research I was dumbfounded when learning that my experience coincided with several 100 pages of SEC investigation filings about "The Joint" customers who were uphauled over the same experience.

    A friend recommended this particular office of The Joint. After dealing with some neck pain that felt like nerves being pinched for a couple of weeks, I finally came in for my first chiropractic visit ever. Dr MacDonald took the time to listen to my issues, discuss some things that might be impacting the pain, and then walked me through every part of the process as he realigned my neck, back, hips, and ribs. Very quick and easy visit. I wouldn’t expect a miracle cure to take away all the pain of multiple weeks in just one visit but I can now move my neck so much more freely than I could just this morning. I’ll definitely be back to continue working through. He even gave me some instructions for at-home stretching that can help in between sessions. Highly recommend if you’re tired of being stiff and in pain.

    Dr Macdonald is great, effective and gentle. He doesn't pound over and over in the same spot trying to get movement and making you sore. Because he is so gentle he actuality ends up getting more movement than most of the chiropractors I've been to and no he didn't pay me to write this. My husband doesn't like adjustments and he said he'll go back to him anytime.

    After going to the same chiropractor for years, I was extremely worried about going to somebody new. After going a year and a half without an adjustment, for fear of going to somebody who would only make it worse and just add to the severe pain in my neck, hips and back, I took a chance with The Joint Chiropractic simply because they happened to be open on Saturday. I'm ssso glad I went and that they were able to see me on such short notice. Dr. McDonald is an absolute miracle worker. He was able to adjust a place in my back and and in my hips that my old Chiropractor just couldn't ever quite get.? I'm already feeling about 10 years younger instead of 50 years OLDER, like I was.     Dr MacDonald may be new to this location, but he definitely knows what he's doing. Stiff neck? Gone. Tight back? Revitalized. Even had a spot on my knee that would hurt when I would bowl and it's like it never happened. Never been to a chiropractor, however, now I'm a regular. 10/10 would recommend!

    Dr. Mcdonald was the doctor I saw today. He was very personable. He took interest in what I had to say (not just what had to do with the adjustment). He gave advice on things I can do at home to help with the issues I am having with my spine. He was attentive to the areas in my back that are causing discomfort. He knows what he's talking about and explained everything clearly, without making me feel "small." The only thing I didn't like (and it had nothing to do with him) was that it was an open floor, there was no barrier or anything between the adjustment tables. There wasn't privacy, so other people waiting to be seen by a chiropractor could hear what you were saying. But that's the only issue I had with it, and that's a layout issue.

    Dr. MacDonald just started at this location and he’s absolutely fantastic! Not only was his work great, but he’s also very kind to make small talk to. I get horrible back spasms due to scoliosis, and I can already feel so much relief from just one visit with him. I don’t think anyone has ever adjusted my lower back like he did.     If there were 5+ star option it’d choose that! I saw a different chiropractor last year after a bad car accident. I felt more relief, and help in one visit with Dr Hunt than months with the other chiropractor that was recommended for I just cases! Super efficient, quick, and had a lot of knowledge!     I’ll admit I do not know how good of a job the chiropractor actually does once you get in because I never was able to get on his bench. After filling out seven different forms just for a non-insurance type of an adjustment And being told it would be about an hours wait, an hour and 40 minutes later they took someone who came in after me. I will say however if your Spanish-speaking the chiropractor does tend to spend more time with you at least that’s what I observed.. There were people who came in after me (and the other two people who were also waiting) and the front desk person told them it would be 20 or 30 more minutes. So if she was accurate then that meant I was going to get less than 10 minutes after waiting as long as I had so I walked out. If you have all day, maybe this would be a good option to scheduling with a traditional type of chiropractor? In my case, I’m worse for the wear.

    Just got back from a deployment with lower back pain. Went in to get seen, he popped my back a total of 3 times NO EXAM no questions other then after the few cracks he asked did that fix your problem? After months of pain he expected 2 neck cracks and a back crack with no exam or questions or follow up exams to fix the problem. He didn't offer any advice or medical insight into my issues. Complete waste of $40. really wish I never even stopped in. I thought doctors were supposed to care about their patients but he just cared about making a quick buck. Never will I go to another The Joint and I suggest other people dont either.

    I went in thinking I had a simple muscle pull in my back from me being an idiot. Turns out I had a dislocated L4 and the doctor was insanely informational, kind and helpful. I was not uncomfortable with him or his treatment in any way and I have learned that with the damage I had done, I will need follow ups. Most people would think the follow ups are just them taking more money, but I had it explained to me very wonderfully, that follow ups are needed because after damage like I had, you need to reteach your nerves and muscles where everything should actually be sitting. I'm still in quite a bit of pain, as was expected and explained to me, but I was able to get some sleep in, and I felt so much better leaving, than I did when I went in. This is a wonderful office to visit, and the chiropractor and receptionist were absolutely wonderful, kind, caring and very helpful when it came to teaching me about what I did, and what I need to do to help myself heal.

    It was fast and easy. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I set up a plan to be able to get my pain under control and keep it under control as well. I have a lot of ankle discomfort due to a surgery and they were able to do some slight adjustment to that. Had I know it was possible to get some relief so easily, I would’ve done this sooner.

    The staff was very warm, welcoming, and comforting. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is no privacy while discussing issues and adjustment and while others were being adjusted. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

    I personally have only been treated at this establishment once. I have been to similar places throughout my adult life, and I really just didn't feel like I got my money's worth. I didnt feel like we had a consultation at all, yes I know I filled out all the paperwork with my medical and physical history. But how was I to know if they actually read it. I do no remember who it was who adjusted me, but I do remember that it was a very quick adjustment, maybe 2-3 minutes. No prior questions about my work or lifestyle. (I am a hairdresser and a new mom) which I thought would be important information to know, and other places habe asked me prior to every adjustment. Besides the fact that I wasn't super impressed with the service it self, we made it very clear from the start that I was just a 1 time walk in, and would not be interested in purchasing a plan. But they proceeded to put on the sales pitch.. I understand its a new establishment and they need to fill up to make money, but we made it clear from the start I was a one time walk in. So I guess in summary I believe there should be more of a consultation and service, and less sales... Just my two cents.

    I've been quite skeptical about going to a chiropractor for help. I knew I had some issues with my back, but I learned the seriousness of then upon my first and so far only visit. The facility is clean, comfortable, and quite convenient in several posatice aspects. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the doctor was absolutely professional and very respectful to say the least. I look forward to my next visit

    Not happy with the results. Developed lower back pain on a Saturday. Drove seventy miles for an adjustment. They adjusted my neck which didn't hurt but made no attempt to adjust my lower back. Said to come back in on Monday. Sure I'll go back in, but not to them!

    Don't go here if you can help it. We were told 9 visits to fix my husband's back, which we did. But no one told us (because our initial visit there was a receptionist that was new) that there was a 30 day notice on closing your account, so they tried to charge us. We had to freeze our account and will jump through hoops to avoid being charged $70 of chiropractic work we do not need and will not use. They were unwilling to work with us and were not sympathetic. Most companies try not to lose a customer, but this place could care less, and that is very frustrating. We will not be returning.

    I've known Dr.Huseboe for close to 10 years and I can attest he is a very kind and dedicated chiropractor (and human being). He is always professional and eager to get to the bottom of any issues I am having. I am someone who suffers chronic headaches and also have an old back/hip injury and he has helped me immensley over time with regular adjustments. I can't recommend him enough!

    Recently moved to the area. Shannon the receptionist was unable to answer any of our questions. Came down and turns it despite being open there was no Doctor on staff (you would think they could have mentioned that when we called). We'll continue to make the 35 min drive to the sugar house location. Much better customer service and you can check in with the joint app.
