    My 87 year-old mother with COPD was having severe pain from sciatica and misaligned hips. I took her in for an adjustment, and Dr.Hill was so patient and kind!     My first visit to this clinic but have had several adjustments elsewhere. The staff were very kind, very welcoming! Unfortunately I felt like I was being judged after telling the doctor what I do for healthcare. I’ve been an avid cross-fitter for 12 years, needless to say I’m well aware of the risks. I’m also that much older and wiser when it comes to my capabilities. When it came time for the adjustment the doctor was very aggressive. I’m 4’11 so having what felt like the full weight of a grown adult adjusting me was scary. When it came time for my hips during the adjustment I let out a yelp due to the pain and pressure. Post session, I noticed the doc breathing a little heavier after adjusting me. This was purely an observation that may have been brought on by other factors. It took 9 days for my body to overcome the soreness from the adjustment. I just never felt that sore after being adjusted even when waiting several months between adjustments. As much as I enjoy my adjustments this experience scared me a little.

    I’ve went to this place for years anytime I’ve had a rib pop out of place or had a disk act up in my back and had a lot of good chiropractors never had a complaint about the services provided and still don’t. My complaint today is how the chiropractor acted and what he said after I told him I couldn’t afford and didn’t want a wellness plan or a monthly subscription. I’m no doctor and I understand you want people to come in regularly for proper care and I also understand more sales means you make more money, I come from sales I get it. But I can’t afford to be locked in for months just because it will make all the other visits cheaper, for him to say “enjoy your pain, good luck with your back” sarcastically and walk away pissed off is absurdly unprofessional considering I told him it was because i couldn’t afford and didn’t want to sign up for monthly subscription.     I've been having "a little hitch in my giddy up" (severe lower back pain) the last couple of days, so I did what all geniuses do.     I am so grateful for Dr Josh!! I tweaked my mid-upper back/neck at top golf, if I could go back in time I wouldn’t have waited 2 weeks to come get adjusted.     After a few months of using their service I had to cancel my membership. While I felt the care was good initially I was hurt badly on a recent visit. The chiropractor, while adjusting my lower back, put all of his weight on my knees and thigh, so much so that it injured my hip. I have been seing a physical therapist for treatment for the past few weeks to help me recover. According to the physical therapist the only way this specific injury could happen is from the movement the chiropractor did. I am a large guy, 6'4 and 280 lb and I am not sure there is anyone in that office who can safely adjust someone my size.

    The joint is great and low cost. Where I work a desk job I find myself with bad posture and needing corrections. The best bang for my buck is getting a 10 pack and using an hsa card.     The Joint is beneficial for maintenance through regular visits. The adjustments are good, however, each patient only receives a small amount of time. The doctors at the Joint are friendly and seem to really care about their patients. For more severe issues it would be better at a dedicated Chiropractor facility.

    I had been having some lower back/sciatic pain so I went in for their first time customer special and ended up doing the monthly subscription. The process is super fast and the facility is really nice. I’ve always enjoyed getting adjusted and the people here are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been back a few times now and they have remembered me and what my issue was so that’s been nice. My pain is subsiding but I’ll keep going back just because it feels good getting adjusted and I do a lot of sitting for my job. I travel quite a bit too so it’s nice knowing they are nationwide and I can go wherever I happen to be.

    I LOVE this place in Spanish Fork. They're open later than any other chiropractor that I've been to which is huge for me since I'm working all day like the rest of you. Dr. Josh and Dr. Queen are absolutely awesome! I also like that there is a discount model for payments that allow me to pre pay at a discounted rate. Everybody that I've spoken with at the Spanish Fork location genuinely seem to be interested in making it the best it can be through their customer service, which says a lot to me.

    I'm glad I got a membership so I can get regular sessions. The self adjustments were just not working for my issues or pain relief.     This place has phenomenal customer service!! I am a regular Joint customer in another part of Utah, and stopped by this location on my vacation, heading out to the desert. Both Dr Chad and the office coordinator were very accommodating, professional and kind, even though I was eating lunch around the corner and hurried back in 2 more times to tweak my adjustment. At the end, they gave me an ice pack and sent me on my way. So far, no back issues, and you just don't see this level of customer service much nowadays. Keep up the great work!

    I tried a different chiropractor and didn’t love my experience, so I tried The Joint. It’s more casual than other offices, but I liked that. The girls up front were friendly and the doctor was nice. Nobody was sales-y at all; I felt no pressure to buy a plan or to come back. The adjustment didn’t take long and I felt like the doctor focused in on exactly the spots that have been bothering me. I’m excited to go back. And the prices are great!

    It’s so nice to have a Chiropractor that you can just show up & go see when you are all jacked up and need an adjustment. No hassle of making an appointment show up when you’re hurting! The chiropractors here are friendly and have a system that works without messing up your schedule. I love that I can swing by when I have time and they get you in quickly, they have a clean, nice facility and it always makes my day better coming in for a tune up and off I go! They have different packages you can buy to save money. This is the smartest way to run a Chiropractor business, just show up during business hours and you can get in and out and on your way to feeling better!     I've hesitated to write this review because so many people obviously benefit from going there but I've had chronic issues after going there about a month ago. Before I go into that, I will say that the front staff were so great! Super nice and helpful. The chiropractor I had was awful though. I went it for a simple hip realignment and the man who did my adjustment was dismissive and abrupt. When I told him at the end that something didn't feel quite right, he told me everything was perfectly aligned and that I need to come back once a week. By that evening I was in a lot of restless pain and had to go to the instacare the next morning. Since then I've been dealing drop-foot, numbness, and pain in my leg and foot. My symptoms have improved bit-by-bit, but working with my usual chiropractor and my doctor we're still trying to figure out exactly what happened. All I know is that I went in for one thing and came out with a host of problems. My advice would be to find a chiropractor who actually listens and tries to be helpful. They're out there. The in-and-out method of the Joint is convenient but not worth the risk.

    I’m a cosmetologist and always have back and shoulder pain after ending work. I’ve tried using heat/ice packs, pain relievers and nothing was helping it improve. One visit and my back pain went from an 8 to a 2!!! Incredible experience. Highly recommend!!

    Dr Arbuckle at this location was a great doctor, but sadly he is no longer there. So I had to change my review. Me and my husband tried out the new chiropractors at this Spanish Fork location and was greatly disappointed and in pain! We could feel that they did virtually nothing to adjust us. Just pressed lightly as if they were doing something. Then my neck got popped in the most uncomfortable position, I just knew it was going to hurt I was so scared. And in a few seconds after leaving started the discomfort and then pain for both of us! We definitely know we got messed up! We regret going. Literally driving to another location to get fixed right away!! They have to be bad to know you have to go get fixed that same hour!

    I’ve been going to The Joint in Spanish Fork now for a few months to get some care for some issues I have/ was having and I’ve felt very welcomed by the staff and providers. The building is clean and sanitized. I had a specific issue to work on that involves chronic pain and the main chiropractor (Dr. Arbuckle) really listened to me and made such effort to help find ways to help with the major issues I was facing with the chronic pain. The other chiropractors have been amazing too.. including showing me follow up stretches and etc. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen which has really worked for my schedule. I would recommend the Spanish fork location and Dr Arbuckles team to anyone!

    Great place. Super friendly. Monthly subscription is definitely worth it. The only thing I wish is that they had tens units or other types of joint care such as a decompression table. But the chiropractors do do a fantastic job! I've had a subscription now for 4 to 5 years.

    I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. I was told by my Doctor that due to high levels of certain hormones my body will need a chiropractor or physical therapy. I chose the chiropractor and all the men at the office have been a great help that have worked on me in the Spanish Fork office. So far I don’t need the physical therapy. I go to the chiropractor once a week and if I don’t go walking becomes very difficult. The chiropractors are very gentle and patient with me. On the financial side I love that they have a monthly plan that is affordable and if I go over my visits the price is still very doable. Can’t leave out the front office. I love them and have no complaints with them!

    The Joint is the fast food version of the chiropractic world. I didn't really see any personalization in the treatments for myself during my time there and for others as they came in. Also your appointments that you pay for can expire. Life gets busy? Too bad. If you need chiropractic help go to a real chiropractor. The Joint ain't it. 0/10 would not recommend.

    I would not recommend at all. I reached out proactively letting them know my situation and that I would not be able to use my membership anymore. I was told I would be getting a call back. Never got a call back. I gave them another call and was told "there is nothing we can do to help you."     Warning: Do not expect that the staff will help you understand your contact. I highly suggest reading every detail in whatever contract they convince you you need. I ended up getting charged a bunch for a new month because apparently you have to pay for at least two months and you can’t ever cancel unless you come in in person. I will not be visiting any of their establishments again. My pain hasn’t really improved more than it would’ve if i I hadn’t done anything at all and some of my pains are much worse than when I first came to them. I was also dissatisfied with how little time was spent with me. Most of the chiropractors spent very little time assessing me or giving me help knowing what I could do on my own to improve. I’m sad to say I can not recommend this establishment, I wanted to like them, because they seemed affordable, seemed being the key word.

    I could walk in but walking out was the struggle, they say sometimes things get worse before they get better. I hope that's the case because I feel like I was thrown into a dryer and left on spin. My back was sensitive before going in and the Dr pushed and pulled me like a rag doll Im still waiting to see the results time heals all wounds? I'm afraid to go back.

    I am thoroughly impressed. I had been recommended by some neighbors, I had a pinched nerve in my hip that had been bothering me for a few weeks, and it kept coming and going away, and it got bad enough one day I needed to see someone ASAP. My family recommended Office was closed the day I needed to get in, so I gave this "Joint" a go, because I needed to get work done to relieve the pain and discomfort. It was extremely quick getting set up and in and out. My first appointment I was in and out within 30 minutes or less. It's extremely affordable, and if you sign up for the offer online for the $29 special you can't beat it. They also have affordable plans for adjustments, as a college student, this was perfect for me seeing as I would need to come in several times to get my nerve un pinched. Dr. Arbuckle was thorough, went into detail about the treatment I would need to get feeling normal again. Once the adjustment was done, I felt better than I did in weeks, and was excited to go to my follow up adjustment. It's nice because you do not need an appointment, both visits I have done so far have been around my work schedule, so I just stop by when it's convenient for me. You are in a room with 4 tables, and other patients are in the room when you get adjusted, but it's because they get you in and out super quickly. I love the convenience of the key tags as well. You can just scan your barcode, and go to the back to wait for your turn to get adjusted. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. I signed up for the $69 Monthly plan after my first visit. It will save me a lot of money in the long run. It's definitely worth the cost. I am someone pretty cautious about trying new places, especially when it comes to health care practices, and I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Arbuckle is awesome, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend The Joint Chiropractic.

    5 stars from me. The staff is always so friendly, they greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. Dr Arbuckle has great knowledge beyond just "cracking the back". He has helped my family with back tweaks, arthritic knees and strained abdominal muscles. The value we get from him is far greater than the small amount we pay each month.     This place helped me SO MUCH! I had lower back pains for over 3 years. It prevented me from moving around normally and exercising. After coming here regularly I for so much better. I have experienced little to no pain the past couple of weeks. The doctor pinpoints the exact source of pain, ones that I wasn't even aware of, and helps to relieve it.     GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! For years I have gone to a chiropractor that costs $69 for a single visit. I heard about The Joint and they were more local so I decided to give it a try. The quality was just as equal to that of my prior chiropractor and so much easier to get in, as it is a solely walk in clinic. They are part of a nationwide company so even on vacation I can stop at any location to get adjusted, if needed. It is only $69 a month for 4 visits and adjustments. I couldn’t be happier with the results of getting in weekly, as I sit at a desk all day for work. The Spanish Fork location is top level quality both in staff, location and cleanliness of the clinic. 100% going to The Joint for the rest of my life. ??✌???????

    Absolutely no sanitation between patients, you sit in the back and watch other people get adjusted which I've never experienced before in a joint location, the whole experience is very strange. I normally visit the Orem location which is wonderful, but ran into this one because I was in the area. Just go to Orem, even without covid being a need for extra sanitation, I would want sanitation of the tables between patient anyway. Kinda gross. The man who adjusted me was very nice and did a good job, but unfortunately I will never return here. Also if you have a cup of pens that are supposed to be sanitized and you just "don't get around to cleaning them" don't put out two different cups of pens? You're not that busy just do your job. Also if you're working the front desk wear a mask. It's not that hard.

    Unfortunately my back still hurts after my visit. They also just want to get you signed up for more visits and spend more money. I don’t like places that pressure you into anything. The Dr never felt around just did a routine crack of everything and called it good. My pinched nerve is still killing me. Waste of money and time. Also way too much paperwork.

    I got pressured into buying their “wellness plan” spent $90. Didn’t use it at all. Was told I could cancel it within 72 hours. I called the third business day and they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was over 72 hours. I’m not gonna use this service and am stuck paying for it. Don’t be conned like me. Horrible customer service.

    Mind blowing miracle! Dr Arbuckle is amazing at fixing my problem! All I can describe is, its a mind blowing miracle! On the 4th of July I broke my foot and tore my tendons that go to the two little toes, up to the ankle and up to the side of the knee. After two long months, Finally got my boot off and able to start walking but the tendon pain was much more than I could stand. My foot doctor thought it was a blood clot in my leg. Mentioned it to Dr Arbuckle and he did a few test, moved the back of my calf in a few spots and the swelling in my foot went down and there was no pain in my tendons anywhere! What the heck? That is mind blowing...and this is instantly! I get off his table walk like it never happened! Thank you Dr Arbuckle, your the best!

    Terrible experience! Bedside manner was good but besides that nothing good to say... Went in with one problem and came out with more. Instead of what was out being put in place, the lower back was popped out of place. Found no relief from pain and left in more pain then when we walked in.. will not go again and would not recommend!

    If I could give them a zero I would. I am so disgusted in the way I was treated by one of the DRs. He had the nerve to laugh at me over the phone. This place just wants to sale their packages to get more money. I don’t think they genuinely care about their patients. The one Dr we worked with was amazing but when I called back I spoke to another Dr. I asked if he knew why my husband was still hurting and if he had any other suggestions to help he just laughed at me. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. Why would I ever want to go back to a place that treated me like I was stupid. I’d suggest going elsewhere if you are really hurting and need some help. Go to a Dr that genuinely cares about you and your health

    If I could give negative stars I would. They alluded that I could have 3 free adjustments with my $70 payment. But when I showed up the system was “frozen” from non payment and I was unable to use my free adjustment cards. The chiropractor wouldn’t even look at me, while he knew what he had discussed with me. He knew I was a single mom with not a lot of money and he took it to his advantage when he convinced me that the $70 plan would be best for what condition my spine was in. They let me waste my time, while I stood there telling them I was in severe pain, not willing to help. Don’t waste your time here. Find a professional. I will be contacting corporate since I’m now being forced to find a clinic.

    Had a great experience at the Joint. It's nice to have the option to stop by on a whim. My family was in town from Nebraska and visiting relatives, and after my initial visit, I brought my wife & son back the next day and then another son the next day.     UPDATE: This is to replace my original review. I had originally posted a negative review based on my first ever visit to the Joint. The owner of the Joint in Spanish Fork reached out to my wife and I and honestly listened to our concerns and resolved each and every one of them. I sincerely believe that my negative experience was a one time fluke and I will be re-visiting this week and I will post another update based on my second visit. I have increased my star rating to 5 stars based on the caring and personal phone call I received to resolve my concerns. The owner of the Joint seems to truly care about his customers and he confirmed that by the way he explained what happened and the way he had researched the situation before calling me. I will be posting another update in a week or so after I visit again.
