He pursued a Chiropractic degree at Logan University in St. Louis, MO and graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2017. While at Logan University he attended numerous seminars in spinal and extremity adjusting, functional medicine, nutrition, soft tissue mobilization techniques, and rehabilitative exercise. He has also completed a 300 credit hour post-doctoral program in Neurology towards becoming a board-certified Chiropractic Neurologist and believes proper brain health and function is fundamental to the health of the body.

For the past 18 years, she has used her extensive training and wealth of experience to help all her patient feel their best. She is gifted in treating sports-related injuries, and work-related injuries. She is truly zealous and passionate when she treats all her patients who suffer from muscle and joint pains.

Dr. London believes that most muscle and joint-related pains are due to misalignments of bones that compresses the surrounding soft tissue. She stresses the importance of treating joint and muscle-related pains early rather than later. Dr. London is very detail-oriented with her examinations and her adjustments. She dedicates her time in educating her patients about their condition and how they can alter their activities of daily living, work environment, hobbies, and exercise routine to help alleviate their pain.

Dr. London was born in the Virgin Island. She earned her Bachelor of Biology from the University of the Virgin Island. Dr. London also earned a Masters Degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is married and has three wonderful children. She is dedicated to her family and her patients. Dr. Alexander Auli, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Bradlee Center

“I grew up watching my mother battle with crippling migraines and all I could do was to watch her suffering. This feeling of helplessness motivated me to learn about the human anatomy and causes of pain.

My journey began in 1994 as I became an athletic trainer. In 1999, I started massage therapy. After 12 years of massage therapy and helping athletes and others to achieve some pain relief, I still felt inadequate and had thirst for more knowledge, education, and skills. So I decided to further my education and I received my doctorate in chiropractic in 2011. Now, after almost 11 years of practicing as a chiropractor, I am absolutely grateful and happy that this was the path I chose!”

Dr. Demond Roland, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Bradlee Center

Dr. Demond Roland was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended Prairie View A&M University and earned a degree in Biology with a minor in chemistry. He later attended Parker University where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree as well as a Master's in Functional Nutrition.

After receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he started practicing at a personal injury clinic in the DMV area. He then joined The Joint in November of 2021. The best thing about being a chiropractor is the ability to help people realize their healing potential. In his spare time, he likes to work out, eat at new restaurants and live music.

In case you didn't know

The one thing that Dr. Roland cannot live without in his refrigerator is strawberries and blueberries. The first meal of the day should always include fresh fruit. His perfect dinner party would include Malcom X, Beyonce, James Baldwin, and President Obama. All of these individuals are important to Black culture as well as American culture and are major civil rights leaders from different eras. The coolest thing he has ever done is participate in Junior Olympics. It laid the foundation for his love of health and he was able to travel the country meeting people of different backgrounds as well as compete at an elite level.

Dr. Elliot Armstrong, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Bradlee Center

Dr. Elliot Armstrong is a former football player and enjoys treating sports injuries. He also enjoys treating traumatic injuries, including auto accidents and work-related injuries. He is dedicated to helping his patients achieve a “pain-free body.” Dr. Armstrong received his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and his doctorate from the Sherman College of Chiropractic Medicine. We look forward to your visit!

Dr. Megan Lade, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Bradlee Center

Dr. Megan Lade, DC was born in Cincinnati, OH and raised in Milan, IN. She received her undergraduate degree of Exercise Science from Indiana University. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida Campus and earned her doctorate of chiropractic in 2013.

After receiving her degree, Dr. Lade began practicing in Bloomington, IN before meeting her husband Mike who serves in the US Army. After marriage, they were assigned to Schofield Barracks on the island of Oahu, Hawaii where Dr. Lade practiced at both a chiropractic office and a multidisciplinary practice in Honolulu. Practicing in multiple clinics has given her the opportunity to treat a broad range of patients, from newborns to 90 year olds, and experience in providing care for various injuries. She and her family have recently moved to the northern Virginia area, and she is excited to be joining the team at The Joint.

Dr. Lade understands the importance of all aspects of chiropractic care including rehabilitative, maintenance and preventative care along with proper nutrition for optimal recovery and performance. She highly values the chiropractic philosophy of finding the root cause of symptoms and treating without drugs or surgery. She is able to help patients with migraine relief, sciatica pain, neck pain and lower back pain through the use of manual manipulation.

Dr. Lade says the best thing about being a chiropractor is building a strong rapport with patients. “Patients seek chiropractic care for various reasons. I take the time to understand their concerns and symptoms before beginning a care plan so that we can address why they came to the office, their expectations and my prognosis for their care.”

In her spare time, Dr. Lade enjoys spending time with her son Harvey and her 3 large dogs (Moose, Maverick and Zelda.) She also enjoys Crossfit, reading and playing video games.

In Case You Didn’t Know

The one thing you can always find in Dr. Lade’s refrigerator is Frank’s Red Hot sauce, and her perfect dinner party would include Taylor Swift, Simone Biles, Ali Wong and Natalie Portman. The coolest thing she’s ever done was skydive over Oahu’s famous north shore. “Jumping out of an airplane at 12,000 feet and seeing Hawaii and the ocean unobstructed from the sky was incredible. There’s no feeling like it.”
