Implement SMART goals into your weight loss plan. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. These goals will give you a path to follow. As you review your progress, you might need to set new SMART goals. Maybe you realize you need to revise something to achieve success. Or you need to incorporate more workouts into your schedule to achieve your desired outcome. Review your short-term goals once a week. Revisit long-term goals at least once a month. Regular goal check-ins will help you stay motivated to take the next step.
