I’ve been seeing Dr. Brad for about a year-ish now. I’ve been to quite a few chiropractors in Washington, so I’m a little picky, and this is honestly one of my favorite places to go because the treatment is always reliable and consistent! I used to go to the Bothell location before it closed, and I was a little nervous about the switch since I’ve had some not-so-great experiences elsewhere. Wow. For anyone who wants to try chiropractic for the first time, this is the place to do it. Before coming, I felt very intimidated by the idea of getting adjusted. I had no idea what to expect or if it would be painful. Now I understand why people do it, and I'm telling all of my coworkers to try it too. I work an office job so I spend a lot of time sitting. My back and neck get really tight. Massage is expensive and it doesn't always help. This adjustment was instant relief. I went in the evening and I slept like a rock afterwards. The chiropractor was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. Nothing like what I had feared. The girl at the front desk was very kind as well. You can tell that she takes customer experience seriously. She answered my million questions with patience and enthusiasm. All in all, I will definitely be making this place a part of my routine. They're right next to Target so it's easy for me to stop in before or after my grocery run.

I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff never verbally explained that the wellness plan requires a minimum 2-month commitment and is an auto-recurring plan. If they had clearly explained that, I wouldn’t have agreed to the contract. I honestly didn’t need that many sessions. I only realized later when another payment was automatically charged. When I asked for a refund, they just said “our staff probably explained it,” without any proof. It’s frustrating that there was no clear communication or transparency before taking payment.

First off, the office location is perfect, near the Target shopping Center here in Woodinville...ample parking in a clean and safe area. The office itself is clean and well lit. All the equipment is well taken care of. It has an open concept which allows for a comfortable experience. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get on the table. Treatments last ~15 minutes and I go in on Saturday. The front office staff is awesome. They are professional, compassionate and caring. Dr. Brad is the best. He is professional, caring, humble and empathetic. He is truely a consummate professional in his field. I really appreciate the Joint Chiropractic due to the walk-in service they provide. Trying to make an appointment with a regular Chiropractor can be tough as most often appointments can be scheduled out up to a week. With many of us who need an adjustment now and on our schedule, we can't afford to wait. Pain is pain. I need relief now. Finally, since I travel and can be hundreds miles away from home, if there is a Joint Chiropractic office nearby (and once you're in the system), you can use any office. I pay for the monthly plan and I'm not stuck paying for adjustments just because I'm outside of my home office. For me, this is a win... Thanks Joint Chiropractic and Dr. Brad.

Not only was the care I got fabulous during my time having the wellness plan, but they also made the process when I had to cancel seamless. I had to leave the are unexpectedly and the closest Joint to where I am now is over 100 miles away. I called to see about cancelling. While they usually make you come in to fill out the form, they happily emailed it to me so I could fill it out. Great experience!! I came in with the worst back pain and we are on a plan to get me feeling better. Staff was patient kind respectful. So pleased The Joint Chiropractic opened up a Woodinville location, with their very affordable monthly plans. No appt needed works perfectly for me. I just love seeing the "Real" Doctors of our society who don't give out drugs but always seem to make people feel better, and in the moment too. I recently started going to The Joint in Woodinville a few weeks ago for lower and mid back pain. After just one session, within a couple of hours my mid back was pain free, and by the next morning my lower back felt great. I love love love this this place! The atmosphere is like a mug of cocoa, so kind, warm and full of love! Maddie at the front desk is awesome. She is extremely attentive to all of my mom's extensive questions every visit. Maddie and Dr. Jenna are always smiling and greeting by you first name which feels so personal and amazing! As a childcare provider and homemaker, my mom is always playing and taking care of kids or cooking and cleaning around the house which can really tire out and stiffen up her neck and back and english isn't her first language, nonetheless, Dr. Jenna took the time to really understand my mother's concerns during the inital visit and makes her feel right at home with engaging her in comfy small talk. I, myself as a student have a really bad back and wrists but Dr. Jenna saves the day with a quick adjustment, I usually swing by after classes because they give you the option of walk-in's which is so convenient! My mother and I feel super comfortable and at home in this friendly atmosphere, Dr Jenna is professional, kind and very efficient every visit while Maddie is attentive, welcoming and friendly. An overall 10/10, I highly recommend Dr.Jenna for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring chiropractor.

I love this place! The staff I've met, from reception to the doctors, have all been really incredible. They do a great job of creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that always makes me feel well cared for. The clinic itself is nice and bright, conveniently located and accessible, always clean, and I love that I can walk in any time. I try to go twice a week and my back pain and posture have both improved since I started coming here. I suffered from very severe pain in the lower back and my movements were limited. I searched for an open chiropractor clinic and found The Joint Chiropractic in Woodinville. The work injury turned out to be a herniated disc. It is a very painful experience that can lead to long absences from work, which I cannot afford. Fortunately, I met Dr. Timothy O'Doyle, D.C. whose expertise and professionalism pleasantly surprised me. A few treatments and exercises that Dr. O'Doyle had me do at home resulted in success very quickly. I was able to go back to work the following week. Now, after three months, I come for treatment at least once a week and feel great despite the hard construction work. After a few visits, my wife decided to get a membership, and soon her mother will too. I have recommended The Joint Chiropractic to all my work colleagues.

Experienced issues with my right buttock for 3+ months, thinking it was from overuse from pickleball. Tried many stretching/strengthening exercises for sciatica and piriformis but they only gave temporary relief. Took time off from pickleball and the buttock issue subsided enough to notice something in my lower back, a holdover from an injury I sustained about the same time my buttock issue started. I suspected the back and buttock issue were linked and the buttock was a symptom of the back issue. After two visits to the Joint, the pain in the buttock was reduced to less than 25%. Progress has slowed, but when I do have a flare up in the buttock the severity has remained much reduced and recovery much faster. I am hopeful that when the back issue is fixed, the buttock issue will fixed as well. The Joint is convenient with the hours they operate and the many locations, and their prices make their services affordable for me.
