Whether you use it fresh, dried, powdered, or juiced, it can be the solution to many of your issues because of its powerful medicinal properties.
The underground part of ginger, known as the ginger root, is the part that is most commonly used. It has a long history of being used in many alternative forms of medicine for nausea and to help fight common sickness.
