Release Tension, Release Stress With These Tips

It's no secret that the better we feel physically in our bodies, the better we feel about daily life. When the body is in pain or suffering in some way, each day is a little harder. Each day is longer and more burdensome. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon to experience a bit of pain in daily life -- especially in the form of tension.
