Golf is good for many reasons. The sport has been used for centuries as a way to blow off some steam, relieve stress, and enjoy some friendly competition. It's also ideal for leg strength and exercise. Use the good of golfing to your mental and physical advantage and add it to your hobbies list.

Golfing counts as exercise like most physical activities. You'll be burning calories as you walk the course, line up your shot, and take your swing. Your lower body will especially benefit due to all the walking you do. Whether you're playing on a regular golf course or taking your kids to play mini-golf, you'll still have to make your way from one hole to the next. Use a step tracker and see how many you rack up.
