Meet The Doctors
Dr. Amber Romano, D.C. is a new member of your team of Chiropractors at The Joint Chiropractic in Concord. Dr. Amber has worked in many Chiropractic offices over the last few years and has learned many strategies to help you. Dr. Amber is from Chicago, IL and has lived all around California since childhood and is currently from San Leandro, CA. She graduated from The University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in intensive psychology Sum cum laude and with Dean’s highest honors.
In her own healing journey, she realized holistic healing could not happen without care for the body and the mind. After recovering from an injury through chiropractic she realized she was healthier in every way imaginable even compared to before her injury. She knew the power of chiropractic and felt her calling and purpose to help others on their health and wellness journey. She received a Doctor of Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West where she offered sound healing and meditation healing group sessions for the school once a quarter through their mindfulness program. While in school Dr. Amber earned certifications in sound, voice, and music in the healing arts through California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and is currently working on a Chiropractic extremity practitioner certification (CCEP) at Life Chiropractic College West (completion est. Spring 2024).
Dr. Amber has served for many years in an empathetic therapeutic way in the psychology field and for the last few years in the Chiropractic field and this translates to an open listening ear, kind words, and a caring touch. Dr. Amber has studied a variety of chiropractic techniques emphasizing in Advanced Chiropractic adjusting and can provide effective chiropractic care to you. She cares deeply about your health and well-being as well as providing you educational tools to empower yourself on your health journey. Dr. Amber understands that the power that made your body heals your body and is determined to help remove interference to your nervous system and alignment of your whole body so your body can do its amazing healing work and you can jump into a brighter life and future for yourself, your family, community, and for your impact on generations to come.
