Winding down at night is one of life's great pleasures. There's something about a glass of wine, a comfy blanket, and a good book that is soothing to the soul. But how can we enjoy this process if we know it's not good for us? We should be cramming in work, right? And wine? We know that's not healthy! But what if we're wrong? What if the wine down and wind down process is actually good for us? Good news for the wine lovers: Red wine is good for the heart! This dark, rich beverage is full of antioxidants, which can improve overall health, but especially that of the heart.
