Keeping a solid exercise habit is one of the best things you can do for your health -- both right now and in the future. Exercise keeps us flexible, strong, and balanced. Of course, because exercise takes work, we often make excuse after excuse about why we can't commit. While the excuses vary widely, they often come down to one basic thought: not having what it takes to be successful. Whether we lack time, energy, or resources, we blame it on what we don't have. But here's the truth: You don't need much to be successful at exercise. If you're ready to tackle this obstacle in your life, take a look at these three things you need to find success in fitness.

A Good Attitude

A good attitude is important no matter what you're doing in life. After all, perspective is everything. If you keep a good attitude during our workouts, you'll get more benefit from them. You'll also be more likely to follow through with them. And the best part? A good attitude is free. Though it might take some work to improve your attitude, doing so will make one of the most powerful impacts on your workouts and your life in general.

Support

Support comes in many forms. First, there's literal and physical support -- back braces, solid shoes, etc. These might cost a bit of money, but they'll protect your body from injury. The other kind of support is emotional and mental support. Do you have people who believe in your journey? People who will help you as much as they can? Surround yourself with supportive people, and you're more likely to find success.

Determination

Working out isn't always easy. It's not supposed to be. But in order to make it through the harder moments, you need a little determination. You need an intrinsic driving force. Put simply, if you don't have the determination to see it through, then you won't. Make sure that you really want results. Make sure that you really want better health.
