I highly recommend this chiropractic office! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the receptionist, Chantal (if I remember her name correctly), who is very friendly and accommodating. She makes sure you’re attended to while waiting for your chiropractor. Even when you call ahead of your visit or simply have questions, she is very responsive and answers the phone promptly. The office is always clean and smells fresh, including the restrooms. I also appreciate how they properly sanitize the treatment beds and benches before and after each patient’s use. It shows that they truly care about cleanliness and their patients’ comfort and safety. As for the treatment itself, this was my first chiropractic experience in about a year, and Dr. Jen has been the only chiropractor I’ve seen here. Even though I’ve considered going to other places covered by my insurance, I continue to come back because of her. That alone says a lot about the quality of care she provides! Dr. Jen makes you feel comfortable, listens attentively to every concern and complaint you have about your body, and addresses your needs during each visit. She is caring, accommodating, and genuinely makes you feel at home while under her care. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable explaining what you’re experiencing. Overall, the excellent customer service, clean environment, and especially Dr. Jen’s outstanding care are the reasons I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a chiropractic office where you feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of, I definitely recommend this place!

Staff was friendly, but overall experience was horrible. I spent a while filling out the extensive paperwork. I marked many areas of pain but when the chiropractor took me to the back. They didn't even ask where my pain was exactly so they can adjust certain areas. All they did was basic cracks that any chiropractor can do. 5 cracks and I was done. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The adjustment didn't do anything at all. I felt like I was just a number. I only did the one time visit. I had no relief of pain at all because the issues were never addressed. I gave them a try but never coming here again.

My husband and I visit many different locations for The Joint due to regular travel for work, but our homebase is the Redlands office, and by far is the best. We love the extended hours this office has including open on Sundays! Most others are closed on Sunday and close early the rest of the week, but not Redlands. We are always warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Chantel. She's always a pleasure to speak with. And our favorite doctor is Dr. Genelyn. With every visit she takes the time to understand our current needs and really does an excellent job addressing each of our problem areas. No matter how many people are waiting, no matter if it's almost time to go to lunch or call it a day, she selflessly takes care of her patients and makes it worth the 2 1/2 hours of SoCal traffic to get there and go back home. Went in On a Friday to get adjusted cause just got a membership earlier that week and the next day my back started hurting and by that Wednesday I was unable to stand and had to go to urgent care…. Nice place to get treatment if and when a doctor is there. They close early before their listed hours and I’ve even drove there 30 miles only to find out the doctor didn’t come in. Also when you call their voice mail is not even set up. At least they could leave a message stating they’re not open or had to close early so we know. I tried calling on sat at 3 pm Dec 13th and no answer! They’re suppose to be open till 5 pm. So best to make sure someone is there before you drive there and get disappointed.

I’ll start by saying that I travel for work and I had the opportunity to visit the Redlands location. I’m from Phx and I have a guy there who’s amazing shout out Dr. Burt. I wasn’t sure how this experience would go I have found there’s a difference with different people. So I was really taking a chance using my credit too?!?! Well, I was nervous about how things would go. I was welcomed warmly by the lady at the front desk. I was allowed access behind the partition the doctor was ready for me. Again I was welcomed warmly I told her I needed a good cracking I was tight. Wowzers she really cracked my neck Oh my it was soooooo good!!!! I walked out there feeling like I was made of jelly so light and tall and easy. If you’re in the area, The Redlands, ask for or wait for Dr. Kolbyann Carthron she’s DEFINITELY worth it. I thought, ok. Good thing I have an appointment. I tell the guy I am done, and ask is it an hour for me too even though I have an appointment at 11? He said yes, unfortunately. Why give me an appointment for 11 if I am smashed in with drop ins. I walked out. Very very disappointed. I would NOT try this place. I mean unless you want to sit there like a fool and wait when you have an appointment. I would expect a 10 min to 15 min wait... Not over an hour.

New patient just drove an hour to get to the joint in Redlands. Two doctors stood there and told me that they could not adjust me because their secretary didn’t show up today. Not a big fan of this place the way they adjust you is painful I went in for an adjustment and the next day I had to call off work because I literally couldn't get out of bed. I couldn't walk, bend over, or even wipe. They didn't even say "on the count of three" or the standard "breathe in ...breath out" and then Do the adjustment when you breathe out they just pushed down against you and hurt you.

I drove all the way from the Hi-Desert to this location (during working hours on a Sunday), just for them to have a piece of paper in the front door saying they weren’t actually open. Maybe it’s shame on me for not calling and verifying first, but seeing as their a chain of chiropractic places, I figured they had set hours they must be open. I recommend anybody and everybody to avoid wasting your time and money here because of their failure to stick to a simple, publicly advertised schedule.

Dr Golub does atlas correction among many other types of chiropractic care. Atlas correction is very hard to find and I usually travel over 1.5hrs for it. I’m grateful to have found someone local to assist with that when I need it. Dr Golub is very experienced and skilled with a variety of techniques. That is priceless. He works quick and efficient with laser focus. He was very respectful and it was easy to feel comfortable and relaxed in his care.

Dr walker is amazing. However Dr Golub has an attitude. The attitude is superiority, smugness and no real concern for the patient. He does the type of adjustment he wants and it's all about him. In the sense that he's helping you to boost his ego. I would recommend waiting for Dr walker if you must go here .

Make sure to read the fine print. I was told it was 79$ for two months 8 visits and two months minimum. Couldn’t make it for the first 4. When I got charged for again the following month, I called and was told they couldn’t refund or accept the first 4 visit. DO NOT GO OFF WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!! Just to get you to sign up. Total scam.

Had a good experience till you try and cancel it. They are difficult. You need to fill out a form and if you see the charge pending already they won't refund you for the upcoming month kinda sleezy if you ask me. I'm trying to cancel for oct month (it's sep30th) no refund on it.

It was OK sure they adjusted my back but they didn't really seem to care not much personality either. It felt like everything was scripted it was definitely a weird feeling. I'll come back if I need a quick adjustment but if you really need long term work done find a better chiropractor

Went in today looking for an adjustment to take pressure off my hernia, my back is out of alignment, the "chiropractor " working had horrible customer service, incredibly rude. I left in tears. She rudely asked me why I don't want surgery and chiropractic care isn't for hernias. I told her it wasn't to fix the hernia, just horrible!!!

Upon my arrival at the joint I did get a warm welcome. I don’t know if the receptionist is having a bad day but you can certainly do better than that. I used to be a receptionist so I know how things can be, but being on the receiving end of poor customer service gave me a bad vibe… I might return not too sure… Just keep in mind that first impressions are everything.

If ur considering this place please keep looking and don't sign up for any monthly deals. Read on and see why. Our regular chiro that we go to is amazing but unfortunately he was not available on a certain day. My girl was in a lot of back pain. she found this place open on a Sunday. We looked them up and found decent reviews. Unfortunately we should of read more of the negative ones as we soon found out. Overall the place is nice and clean. The staff for the most part is friendly, that is until you go to cancel. We signed up for monthly adjustments of 79.99 when we signed up we were told it was four adjustments monthly with no contract month to month and they even gave us extra appointment cards. We used the service for three weeks. Unfortunately the chiropractor service is very rushed and at times painful. My normal chiro. That I go to include shock therapy stretching and more. The actual chiro session takes about 30 min. Here it's about 5 min very rushed and sometimes u come out with more pain than relief. Not very good services. The drs are friendly but just not great. So after my third visit I was not happy with the service and we call in to cancel and some rude lady cut us off as were talking and said that it's a two month minimum. We advised her we were never told that when signing up. She states its on the paperwork. We told her we were told to sign here and it would be month to month to at least try it for the month and then cancel. We asked to speak to a supervisor conveniently they were on vacation. Had to file a bank dispute to cancel membership. Do yourself a favor and go to a better chiro and company that won't try to lock you into these shady practices with substandard service and rude customer service.

Can’t believe they take advantage of the COVID situation and has no consideration on other extenuating circumstances. I requested a refund for 1 month worth of treatment because we have moved to a different city. Our family suffered violence from another neighbor at our old place so we had to move farther. The manager told me no refunds, and I have to sign a cancellation form to stop the automatic payments. Additionally, I only have 9 days to use the 4 treatments I have paid for. I will never sign up at any branches ever and will spread word of mouth about what they did to me.

The receptionist said that I need to be at the office by 4 pm and I got there at 4:04pm forgot to put my mask on so I went back in my car and grabbed it. By the time I walk in it’s 4:06pm and she says she can’t take me. I drove over 2 hours to come here and be told NO! Wow.

I have been going to The Joint in Redlands for several years. My former chiro in Virginia heard about The Joint and based on my needs, recommended to me. Dr.’s Markham and Munro are both outstanding chiropractors in my opinion. They listen and care about adjusting you based on your input and needs. Since The Joint went thru the recent management change, my adjustments have been subpar. Went last week to find a new doctor who is now the main one for this location. While he was a very nice man, I got nothing out of the adjustment. He was unable to adjust my neck or back, which was very disappointing. I work a very stressful job and relied on the relief I found at The Joint. Will likely have to stop coming to The Joint if this does not improve.

The gentleman could not crack my back he half tried to push down on my back then tried one side crack and gave up asked me to come back next week to pay again.they took my money that I paid for on the walk in price on the first visit and didn't even align my back.... bad experience.

Went today for the $29.00 first time patient special. I didn't notice much difference after the adjustment because I guess I was so used to being stiff for a week, but after I got in my car , the difference was AH- MAZING I could actually turn my neck MORE than before when backing out a parking spot, so I'm DEFINITELY returning to get more adjustments to continue to help my range of motion. Thank you so much for helping me on my road to recovery!

It was a really great place, went there because of my neck pain and the doc did an examination and told me that I need an x ray before doing any treatment! Really honest doc and helpful, he didn't even charge me for anything! Need more people like that!

Our family is very pleased with both Dr. Rohe and Dr. Munro!! We drive from Hollywood out to Redlands for our adjustments as they are both very professional and very knowledgeable!! We have been to other chiropractors but they just don't compare to Dr. Rohe and Dr. Munro. Every time we work out in the Redlands area or whenever we drive through Redlands to work...we always build time into our schedule to stop off for an adjustment!!

This place is a scam i get a email from the corporate office saying i get a "free" adjustment with no requirement other then it being a Birthday promotion come to find out that even thought it is not said on the email they require ypu to spend money with them otherwise the "Dr" will not see you this is false advertising at its finest

Just received my first adjustment Dr. Munro is so nice. Got to my issue quickly and did a proper assessment. I hobbled (pain scale 9) in and walked out feeling stronger and taller pain scale 4. Now thats good work. The price is perfect and recommendation honest! if you need a adjustment this place is certainly one to visit. Also a great Christmas gift at the price.

My husband was having pain in his lower back. We arrived before they closed, the assistant said they stop taking patients at 6pm even though they didn't close until 7pm. We were given the paperwork for first time patient and told they open in the morning at 945am. Day 2 we were questioned about what pain he was having then told we needed to go get x-rays done before he could be seen. We could have been told this on day 1, we would have looked into different avenues of treatment. They are not upfront which is a very bad thing when you are in a lot of pain.

Iv'e gone there twice to get an alignment and both times it was done differently by two different doctors.What I didn't like was that my adjustment was like 5 minutes but afterwards the chiropractor would not stop talking like he went on for like 15 minutes. He reminded me of a car salesman just wouldn't let you go it was annoying. To make matters worse, after my last adjustment I went straight home and later on noticed that there was a pull in my neck. I wasn't able to turn my head right that ended up costing me another $50 at the doctors to get some muscle relaxers.

Bad Customer Service. The guy at the reception desk was short and unwilling to assist with information. The doctor was stoned face, aggressive and cold. I felt so uncomfortable and walked out. Don't go here. The males that work here have a chip on their shoulder and seem to be filled with anger.

Let me start by saying, that this place is a great deal if you need a quick fix. On the $49 a month plan, I get 4 visits which equals out to $12 a visit. I was paying $40-45 before at another chiropractor. But they don't pamper you here--so if you are looking for that, this is NOT the place for you! They crack your back and your neck and send you off. No X-rays, heating pads or massages. You do the cold packs and hot packs on your own at home. Both doctors are very nice, and they use slightly different techniques. I prefer the technique of the doctor that comes in on Saturday, he's a littler gentler (Dr. Rojas?), but Dr. Gallegos is ok too, and very talkative, nice and puts you at ease. If you don't want something done, like your neck for instance, BE UP FRONT and specific. I found both people up at the front desk to be amazingly helpful. Robert is especially kind and has gone out of his way to help me.

Do NOT go here! The doctor was so rude to me, and clearly did not want my business, therefore they shouldn't get anyone's. He actually told me I was waisting my money by going there. So you would be too. I told him I was having lower back pain, and thought it was my tailbone. Mind you, that was just a guess. I don't actually know what was causing me pain. He told me I should have gone to the ER instead, without even looking at the problem. I was so shocked by how he was talking to me, I forgot to tell him I have scoliosis. He did not even examine my back before the adjustment began. So he was unaware of my condition.

IGNORE the other bad reviews because there is a new Doctor in town at this location; Dr. Monroe is the best! Even if you have never been to a Chiropractor before, Dr. Monroe will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. This is a very nice office and they have an excellent electronic records system to keep track of your treatment regiment. They give you a little "loyalty card" like you get at the supermarket and you scan it when you come in the door. That way they know you right off the bat and you won't feel lost. When you go back to the Doctor he greets you with your name and he knows exactly what you are there to get treated for! Dr. Monroe is strong but gentle and he walks you through every step of the treatment so you are never surprised by what he does. He has done amazing work on my back in just a few treatments. It is VERY affordable so no insurance necessary and no appointment needed either. Do not worry about the previous reviews of this office, just insist on seeing Dr. Monroe and he will definitely get you back to good health. I only need to go in every month or two for a maintenance visit now. I travel over 100 miles to follow him from his old office area to this one in Redlands but it is totally worth the drive because he is that good! I feel better than my old self after his expert treatment on my back and neck. Thank you very much The Joint and especially Dr. Monroe.

Had a wonderful experience at the Joint in Redlands. I was turned away by my previous chiropractor in Grand Terrace because I hadn't been there in awhile, they were only taking patients that were going on a regular basis which is very disappointing. I called the Joint which I had also been to over a year ago & was told that walk ins were welcome. The staff were wonderful & extremely helpful. I was able to get in & out in 15 min on New Years Eve!! I walked out feeling so much better! I will never be returning to my old chiropractor again. Thanks again!!
