Foods You Should Eat Each Day

These vitamins help to keep your immune system functioning well and can improve the look of your skin, too. Eggs

Cold Water Fish

They’re also less likely to contain mercury, which can be a problem in some fish that makes eating frequently not recommended. Try adding these fish to pasta or salads.

Nuts

It’s OK to go nutty every day! Nuts are high in antioxidants and healthy fats, including those awesome omega-3 fatty acids that help to promote heart and brain health. Nuts also happen to be a great source of fiber and protein, two things that work together to help you satisfy hunger. Keep some nuts in your desk at work or in your car so you have a snack to help get you through your morning or afternoon.
