He grew up loving outdoor activities, hunting and fishing with his father and grandfather, as well as being extremely active in sports. He was actively involved in swimming, baseball, soccer, karate, and any outdoor activity he could find.

It was at an early age that Dr. Keith developed a love of community and a passion for helping others.

His first experience with Chiropractic and natural healing came when Dr. Keith’s father developed severe low back pain and sciatica shooting down his leg. His father spent months in and out of numerous Doctor Offices, taking multiple medications and receiving injections for the pain with little to no results. After months of pain Dr. Keith’s father went to a chiropractor for help and that is where he found the results. Within two weeks of specific chiropractic adjustments the pain decreased and after 2 months of corrective chiropractic care he was pain free.

After high school, Dr. Keith began undergraduate school and ended up at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg SC where he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduation, he moved to Dahlonega GA where he began practice. While practicing in north Ga Dr. Keith became involved in many local charities and civic groups. He also volunteered at a free clinic to help people who could not afford health care. While in Dahlonega Dr. Keith met his soon-to-be wife Erin and they have been inseparable ever since!

In 2010 Dr. Keith and Erin moved to Savannah Ga to continue their life together. While in Savannah Dr. Keith practiced at the largest natural health care clinic in the region and he honed his skills as a principled chiropractor. Dr. Keith treated thousands of individuals from pregnant women and young infants to senior citizens. He has treated Olympic athletes, retired NFL and professional athletes and given hundreds of natural health talks to corporate groups, small businesses, churches, hospitals, and community organizations.

In 2013 Dr. Keith and Erin were blessed with a son, Lucas, which received his first specific chiropractic adjustment at 20 minutes old!

In March of 2015 Dr. Keith and his family moved to Nassau County to start Costal Community Chiropractic in Yulee FL. Dr. Keith and his family fell in love with the beauty of Nassau and Duval County and has served this community since.

Dr. Keith and his wife welcomed a second son Charlie in August of 2017, who also received his first adjustment after he was born.

Dr. Keith’s children currently attend Yulee Middle School and Wildlight Elementary School. They participate in various sports year-round in the area. Dr. Keith volunteered as a youth soccer coach at Amelia Island Soccer Club and Callahan Soccer Club where he is currently on the Board as Head Referee. Dr. Keith has participated in numerous health fairs and community events in Nassau & Duval County to give back to his community his family now calls home.
