They hardly have time to listen what you’re saying about your spine issues, always seems to be in rush and it was painful a few times when Dr. Michael does because he want to finish just in few seconds! So I started going on weekends, always see a different Doc, and have to explain every-time about my spine background . Update: I am changing my review as Scott started treating me, and he is the best! And I go every week, other than him, the rest of them are not worth it.

Dr Sean helped me with some acute sciatica pain (quads/hip/lower back). It was difficult to walk as my hips were getting further out of alignment. While I still have soft tissue pain, I was able to walk out normally instead of limping and hobbling my way in.

Amazing! Been going for about a month and it has solved my pain issue. Even tho the pain is gone I am going to keep going to make sure it stays that way. DrSean has been knowledgeable and helped tremendously. I trust him entirely! I had tingling going down my neck to my arm and it was so painful all the time. A few neck cracks later by DrSean and pain has been consistently gone. He’s very gentle but gets the job done. The cracking noise has always intimidated me but he helps me feel at ease. The first couple of times I went I still had pain, but minor relief, but as I have become adjusted consistently, the pain is gone. Highly recommend!

I went to see Dr. Sean 6 months postpartum via c-section with what felt like a tug in my upper right back. Update, I also want to call out for a great chiropractor, Dr. Drew is! He is usually there on Thursdays which tends to be my best day to visit. I go to this Joint location because of Dr. Sean Savedoff alone. He is the only chiropractor that can effectively adjust my back. I highly recommend him. I recently had a particularly unpleasant catch in my lower back that was causing me extreme pain. Dr Sean took me from a 10 in pain to a 3 after just one adjustment. He gives me great aftercare advice and is just a very kind and nice guy in general. I do routine appointments for best results with my back and neck. I have been going to Dr Sean for quite some time. I am such a huge believer in chiropractic care,…. but finding a great doctor is key.

I love The Joint. I was skeptical but they have adjusted me a few times now and I feel better and better each time. Dr. Sean Savedoff performed one of the best adjustments I’ve ever had. I’m a tricking patient as I have a rod, cage and fusion in lower back from an Army injury. He listened and adjusted accordingly. Dr. Scott is amazing but the other chiropractors are not as good. I went in today and she barely adjusted anything. She did crack me once but the rest of the time she was just feeling around. My youngest when with me and he experienced the same thing. Dr Scott is always the best.

IT'S my 2nd session with Dr. Michael today. He's one of the best I would say, if a patient goes limping to him, can walk back with ease with just One visit. That said, every patient's health/ condition might be different, but with Dr Michael's First session itself we can see the difference. I'm confident that with My remaining sessions I should be back to pavilion with the adjustment in my lower back.

The first time I came here my experience wasn't that great. I met with the chiropractor and before she even assessed me she was selling me plans. which I didn't appreciate it because she was too aggressive with it and she didn't even put her hands on me before she started recommending stuff. She did the bare minimum with adjusting me and tbh I left disappointed. I went in again for my 2nd adjustment with the intentions of cancelling the plan I had signed up after i got adjusted... Then I met with a different chiropractor this time around. He was awesome! oh boy he really worked my entire spine and I left there feeling like a mill bucks! He is the only reason why i decided to keep my plan i signed up for. I forgot his name but I think he mentioned he had over 20 year experience and he liked Bruce Springstein. Anyways, he was polite and caring and walked me through the entire process. I appreciate him. He's the reason I am going back.

Zero complaints about the quality of care... my feedback centers more around the "support". The front-end system needs to be modernized. No one wants to fill out reams of paper. The chairs in the waiting area need to be thoughtful of the clients that visit with musculoskeletal pain... firm, with proper support. It's the little things that can make a HUGE difference.

Doctors are always great! The facility needs work though. Flashing light in lobby is nearly stroke-inducing. Chairs so uncomfortable that it almost nullifies the chiro. In winter the heat didn't work and they had to have space heaters. Fix these things and it would be 5 stars!

Both my sister and I went today. We are from out of town but needed to be seen. It was clean and nice inside but the chiropractor didn't read either of our charts and did the same few simple adjustments for both of us instead of putting more attention into certain areas like the neck and upper back. I have been getting the notes for each visit for my insurance but they said they have never done that so they refused to even try to print it. They did give us both recipes, but this was after the front desk lady said neither of our cards were active when a moment later they were... The entire experience upfront especially was like talking to people who didn't want to try and help with specifics that we are use to. It was very frustrating and felt like they were new to their job. ?

I never recommend this place, they over charged me for 3 months without any service even after I called & canceled my service. They didn't even bothered to remind me about this, but happily deducted my money which is highly unethical. I never saw such unethical practice so far & a good lesson for me. If at all you choose this place, be careful about your money & keep track with evidence for all your phone calls. They simply neglect phone calls & later put blame on you.

I have had 3 visits, seen 3 different docs and met 2 front desk ladies. All have been very professional, prompt and very nice, too! This has been an affordable option (since my insurance coverage is of no help) and super convenient to just drop in when I’m able, not having to work around an appointment. And knowing they’re there 7 days a week, is reassuring, too.

I signed up for 1 month. I paid over $100. I had no idea I was signing a membership and I have no memory of that being explained to me. I moved from the area and didn't even use what I paid for fully. Then I was charged $80/monthly with no idea. I contacted the store to terminate and try to get a refund since none of it was used. At first I was told I had to come in to sign papers but when I said I moved from the area I was told I could sign via email but had to hurry and return the email so I wouldn't be charged another $80 on April 5. 24 hours later with no email or update I called the office twice. Then I was told I didn't have to sign anything and they would just terminate ?? So now I have no proof that this happened and I am not getting a refund ?? This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I am so embarrassed to even be writing this. I have never written a negative review but BUYER BEWARE. The Joint sucks. Terrible customer service

They have several great doctors that rotate through the week so no matter your schedule you are sure to catch a good one. Dr. Sean, Dr. Keith and Dr. Anthony are some of my family’s favs. Denise at the front desk is always happy to help. The value is unheard of! 4 monthly visits for one low price and if you have an injury, a few extra bucks a visit is well worth it to get you back up and pain free. We go weekly to keep our health in tip top shape (kids included). I highly recommend the joint to everyone.

Unfortunately... I and my son joined. First couple visits were great. I did buy him a package. Every time he went on his own the service was horrible. He has been adjusted since birth he knows a good or bad adjustment! 19 years... I felt when I went in the front desk person was always trying to up sell!! We had one adjustment together with a visiting chiropractor from kennesaw..Dr. Shawn amazing!! Anyways I told my son you only have 4 left use them up ... he went last week and a women adjusted him worse one yet he said!! He works in concrete he needed to be properly adjusted. All being said we will not be going back. As a a patient that uses chiropractic as my main stay for health I will not recommend any of your facilities.

I was enjoying Dr Kieth. Over the last month or so every time I went in Dr Kieth wasn’t there. I kept asking where he was and never got a straight answer. The other Dr’s were ok but certainly not as detailed as what I was accustomed to. I have tried a different location and so far I have had a much better experience.

Let me say first that the actual chiropractic care was great. The reason I’m reviewing is because within hours of my first visit where I was told I had to sign the part agreeing to any and all marketing promotions, I’ve received four spam calls. I just don’t believe this is a coincidence and I believe they immediately sold my information, which is extremely frustrating.

My husband is military here on vacation and needed a quick adjustment. Because he put “10” for pain but was not actually in extreme pain the chiropractor wouldn’t see him. Even after explaining to her it wasn’t extreme. No service for service members, what a shame. She was unfriendly, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The guy that saw me was not able to adjust everything and seemed very unsure of what he was doing. When I started to experience severe pain in my entire back with in 24 hours I called them and asked what they could do for me. I understand that they are a business and to be honest the first visit was incredible, but the fact I was expected to pay for another adjustment really made me feel like my pain was none of there concern. No one was rude to me, except when the gentleman one the phone said "We are not miracle workers", I just felt like some of the people that work there either do not know what they're doing or have little experience.

Always happy with adjustments here. After reading some reviews I will throw out that chiropractic, like any form of physical therapy, is not a one and done thing. If you want to keep your spine (or your weight, or your heart) in good form, it takes some attention. Good news is adjustments are often cheaper than doctor visits.

I've been a huge "The Joint" customer and fan for years, however the inconsistency in service based on the chropractor working that day has become unbearable. I hate to punish the great ones that do their job, but when you receive absolutely horrible service one out of five visits at an establishment and management does nothing to address the issues, it's warranted.
