I love the care that the Hiram location provides. They are always friendly and ready to help. I have been going for almost a year now and I love that I can come in whenever I need. I’ve went to the chiropractor on and off my whole life. Both of my kids have been in the chiropractor world since babies. It’s can be very expensive as a family! What I love most about The Joint is they don’t try to sell you on a year plan and come 2/3 times a week. (The reason I stopped going) I couldn’t afford a whole family going multiple times a week. I came in here crying in pain and have been scared of chiropractors a majority of my life. But the day I came in here Dr. Ari changed my life.<3 She takes care of me every time and hasn't failed me yet. She focuses on my neck and back, which my job is long hours of sitting, hunching over. And Recently Dr. Mercedes has been adjusting my hips. I’ve had aching lower back pain for weeks and decided to get it checked out. Upon arriving I was impressed by the design, cleanliness and overall aesthetic. I was promptly greeted by Amira and walked through the initial enrollment process. After completing my forms I met with Dr Roland. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable… he explained that he doesn’t actually do any back cracking but uses techniques to release gas that may be trapped between vertebrae. My adjustment was amazing and instantly relieved my pain and pressure. Of course I’ll have to come back for routine adjustments but it was awesome and effective. I’d recommend anyone young to old check out the team at The Joint Chiropractic Potomac.

I would NEVER go back to this place again! They charged my card for Two months, after I spoke to the lady at the desk, about ending my membership.. not once did she tell me to sign anything to quit the membership. My intentions were that she, took care of it In The system. As I noticed of the charges , I called and talked to the manager, VERY rude and Unprofessional. Telling me that she can’t help me that they cannot give me my money back. That I needed to come In The office and sign a paper, that I was not notified about the first time. This place took almost $200.00 from me, and would not refund it back into my account. I just found out the same day that 2 other people, were tricked into this same situation.

I have had 3 back surgeries and I wanted to keep up maintenance, but the costs at other chiropractic offices made it hard to keep up as much as I liked. Now that I am a member of the Joint I am able to get weekly adjustments at a reasonable cost. The staff is awesome and make it fun coming in for adjustments.

I've been experiencing sciatic pain for some time now. Coming to the Joint has greatly helped in decreasing that pain and with overall health in general. I'd definitely recommend them as they have been helpful and very friendly at each visit. Very clean and the ease of being able to just walk-in and be seen within 3 to 5 minutes is a major plus!

I went to this location on October 19. The doctor that worked on me actually made my neck and back worse. In fact both still hurt. She was to rough on my neck and when she needed more pressure on my back there was none, it was like she was afraid to touch me. I highly doubt that I will be back to this location. I will continue making the drive to Acworth.

Dr. Eichman is awesome. She ask questions, hears what you are saying, and attacks your issues. I have only been twice but already feel much better.
The system they use is unbelievable. Makes so easy to go in, get your adjustment, and get back out to life with no sitting around waiting for your name to be called.
