Lovely staff for today’s visit 6/1/26 at 5:15. The receptionist was so polite and the doctor helped me become less stiff in today’s new patient appointment I had terrible inflammation in my lower lumbar and terrible sciatica down my right leg. He applied pressure to the inflammation and then proceeded with an adj. before I walked in I could not move with urgency now I’m somewhat mobile and couldn’t have thank him anymore for helping me during my breaking point. I embarrassingly started crying and the doctor was completely professional about it and understood my discomfort. I will be returning!

This has been a game changer for me. I have suffered from a pinch nerve for years. Ortho doctor was unable to find the issue (pinch nerve) and kept telling me it was muscle spasms. Pain pills, muscle relaxers (which I don’t like) and physical therapy didn’t help. The past few months my pain got worse. I felt pinching nonstop in my shoulder blade, severe pain in my neck and shoulders, fire/burning sensation in the area and my arm occasionally going numb. The pain got so bad that I was unable to walk without being miserable. Stretching stopped helping. Heat made it worse and ice helped only in the moment. I finally went to the Joint Chiropractor and saw Dr. Brash. She confirmed that I in fact had a pinch nerve along my spine. After one visit my pain went from a 12 to 3-4!!! I felt immediate relief. Still tender but no more pinching or burning sensation. I will continue going as I know it will take a few more visit to completely heal. Very polite office staff and Dr. Brash not only explained things to me that made since but also provided me with an aftercare plan. I can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend!!!!

Took credit card information for a one time charge. Have been charging me $69 a month for months on end. Every month i call them and ask them to stop. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Their response is untrue. For four months we called about the charges and each month they said they would stop. Never once did they mention coming in and signing anything. Additionally they specifically told my wife there would be no subscription and only a one time charge.

I'm not trying to bad talk this business, but I would do your research and visit each location that offers services locally first to get an idea of what they offer. The Joint chiropractic made me feel like I was in a "drive-thru" business. The time I spent being seen was far less than I spent filling out paperwork. The room I was seen in has several tables where multiple people can be adjusted together at once. Waiting chairs are also in this same room for people to sit and wait, and watch you be adjusted. It all adds a sense of urgency and a less than personal touch. I had to nearly interrupt the woman who saw me, just to explain my concerns because she kept going on about what she could "see". I guess she has X-ray vision and could see my spine? The adjustments made were many I make simply by stretching properly. I went once and haven't been back due to a lack of effort at proper diagnosis, failure to explain a treatment plan, and a lack of after care instructions in between visits. I also left with some of the same tension in spots that needed adjusting, all of which I explained in person prior to going on the table. 2/10 would not recommend.

The services are excellent. The staff is very professional and friendly. My physical complaints and needs are addressed in every session. My only issue is that none of the chiropractors are wearing masks. I have seen no tables being wiped down after one gets up from the table. As the pandemic rages on, I feel healthcare providers should be doing their very best to insure that all of their patients are safe from cross contamination of surfaces and airborne contact through sanitary practices such as wiping said surfaces with approves disinfectants and wearing masks. I hope to see changes in your facility so that all feel more comfortable and safe. Thank you

Do not for any reason give these people your payment information and steer clear of this business. I have not been to the Joint in over 2 years and they have been draining my account for 60$ every month, even though I have called and tried to explain that i live out of town, they tell me i have to “come in to the office to cancel my membership.” They know very well I dont have the ability to do this and are just stealing my money left and right and have basically explained that theres “little” than i can do about it. This business is a money hungry scam. Do not make an appointment here.

I had a slipped disc in my lower back that had me down for about a month. I went into the Joint and within 5 adjustments they had me back to work and feeling 100%. I love my weekly adjustments! I sit all day at work and my lower back always hurts but Dr. Nix has helped relieve that pain. I also started taking my 13 year old son for weekly adjustments. This place is great! I'm used to the sitting and waiting, and waiting.....and ..... waiting. Doesn't happen at the joint. . NixI've Drnever waited for more than 10 mins. Dr. Nix and Dr. Humble are the best in the biz. Just remember, if you are new to chiropractic care, there's no telling how long your body has been out of "whack" so it may get a little worse before it gets much better.

First came in with severe hip/lower back pain. First visit made a huge improvement and within just a couple more visits no pain at all!! I go once a week now and have noticed it helps stay where I need to be to achieve the weekly miles I run. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the north LA area!

I’ve had constant back pain/issues since 2013 from a deployment overseas. I’ve been treated and seen at the VA, given medicine for my back pain, and have even been referred to Physical Therapy. None of this has come close to the relief of pain I’ve had since coming to the Joint Chiropractic here in Monroe. The Doctors are awesome, and professionals at what they do. By consistently making the suggested number of visits each month, I have been able to go from taking pain medication from twice a day, to once every 2 or 3 days! I wouldn't say it was a bad experience but I never got any relief from my pinched nerve. I'm still in pain and it's been over a week since this occurred. They are nice there I hope others get what they need being there. They're always packed with clients waiting it's almost like going to a dr's office.
