Dermatologists advise that wearing sunscreen with at least 15 SPF (but you should probably use higher) can help protect the skin and keep it beautiful. Start applying sunscreen to your skin before you head outdoors and teach your children to do the same.
Always Practice Good Hygiene
Good hygiene is part of keeping your skin beautiful. While you may have plenty of evenings when you are too exhausted to wash your face. However, it is imperative to wash your face morning and night to help prevent blemishes and premature aging, among other things. Another practice of hygiene necessary to promote healthy skin is exfoliation. This helps remove dead skin cells from the surface of your body which can otherwise build up and cause drab and dry looking skin. Start tonight making sure you use good hygiene to protect your skin.
