Vitamin C is a worthwhile vitamin to have in your daily diet. The antioxidant powers it brings help to fight off illness and keep your immune system thriving. Just one kiwi provides a hefty dose of the vitamin. Eat some when you're feeling under the weather and see how quickly you can bounce back.
It Reduces Your Cholesterol

Due to the dietary fiber found in a kiwi, you can work to reduce your cholesterol. Your risk of heart disease also lessens when you have plenty of high fiber foods in your diet. Eat more kiwi and gain these benefits for your heart and overall health.

It Boosts Eye Health

The carotenoids within kiwi and similar fruits work to boost eye health. It can help to prevent eye disease and ensure your vision remains intact. The antioxidant power ensures this.

It Reduces the Risk of Blood Clots

Blood clots can be especially dangerous if they break off. Eating two kiwis each day can help to reduce the risk of blood clots overall and prevent this from happening. Kiwi and similar fruits are ideal for lowering fat content and eliminating blockages of fat built up in the bloodstream.

It Aids Sleep

Kiwi is also said to aid sleep. If you're struggling to get enough rest each night, try enjoying a kiwi or two before bed. You may be able to get the sleep you need, and enjoy a more beneficial rest overall. It's better than taking medication to do the job. It's always wise to find a natural way.

The green fruit with the brown, hairy shell is beneficial to have in your daily diet. Eat just one kiwi per day and you're bound to gain a slew of health benefits that will help you feel your best. If you don't care for the taste of kiwi, you can still get the benefits by adding it to a smoothie and mixing it in with other options you do enjoy.
