Choosing The Joint was the best decision I could have made for chiropractor care for myself and my family. We absolutely love our ‘regular’ doctors and staff at our local offices, but we absolutely love that if we are out of town and need care, we can find a Joint location close by and go for an adjustment. When you are sleeping on beds that you aren’t used to, having an adjustment really helps. We normally visit the Summerville, SC office, but have also used the Westcott office frequently. We have found offices in Myrtle Beach, SC, Greenville, SC, Evans, GA, and Pigeon Forge, TN while on vacation or out of town for work.

Everyone was extremely friendly. They listened to my concerns and genuinely seemed concerned. I went in not being able to properly breathe without severe pain. Two visits and I was good as new. Will keep the membership for maintenance and regular adjustments! Love the walk-in and it's cheaper than going through insurance after two regular visits.

Came in without an appointment and was able to be sent right after I finished my new patient paperwork. Dr. Smith made me feel comfortable and explained the process as well as what he would be doing. I barely was able to walk in I was in so much pain. I walked out standing straighter and feeling much better.
Jenna at the front desk was absolutely helpful and friendly. I selected the wellness plan because it was a great deal for what my body needs and for what I can afford. She explained everything to me and walked me through the plan sign up. It was all very quick and easy!
I’m looking forward to continuing care with Dr. Smith and The Joint!

I love this place, always feel better after an adjustment. I’ve never had a bad experience and they all are pretty amazing but today I was in much pain for the past couple weeks with my back and the doctor truly listened to me and he found that spot and I felt the pain leave my body with the adjustment. He was wonderful and I appreciate you all so much. Dr. Jenkins is amazing and was on of the best adjustments I’ve had in years. Not saying the others wasn’t good but I just feel like he really listened to my pain areas and corrected it. Very impressed.

Ive dealt with chiro here in Walterboro to be charged almost $1,000. in x-rays and so called "my personal well being" chart and no avail. By the time they did the fist adjustment I could tell they did not know what they were doing. I arrived skeptical to Dr Cassetori to find her vibrant and always in a good mood. Fast and immediate relief each and every adjustment for a low monthly price. Have been going to her from Walterboro to Summerville now the 3rd year. So worth it. Thank you!!!

My experience has been great until as of recent 2 of the last 3 visits were handled by someone who doesn't listen to the patient.
She didn't adjust anything but was confident she had even when the patient said nothing moved.
I have an outstanding injury that's on my chart and both times she started with pressure and adjustment right in the area of a herniation.
So again this Sunday morning the only time I can get there I was extremely disappointed.
Guess I should have just left and came back when she wasn't on duty.
But I gave her the benefit of doubt.

For years I avoided getting an adjustment because I didn't understand chiropractic care or liked the previous doctors... then when I threw out my back and could barely get back to my basic activities, I happened upon a Groupon for The Joint in Summerville and met Dr. Cassetori and thought I'd try it just once.
After explaining it all to me, and talking to me during every step of my first adjustment, I knew Dr. Cassetori really cared about what she did and her patients. My back was immediately improved and kept on getting better with each weekly visit. WOW! I cannot imagine how I would have been able to get back to normal without Dr. Cassetori and her staff. I look forward to visiting with them weekly and have even recommended more of my friends to her practice.

Wow, just wow! My wife and I have been going to The Joint every weekend for just over a year now for regular maintenance and it has now become a tradition in our household! Dr. Cassetori and the Summerville staff have always been hospitable and attentive during our visits. As have the Westcott team when we are in the Dorchester Rd area. A very relaxing and "family/friends" type atmosphere, both teams truly care about our well being, and have always adjusted accordingly to ensure a pleasant experience for us! My sister and brother-in-law are also patrons, as are a number of our friends. I LOVE getting my weekly adjustments. Dr. Cassetori is great and the customer service is wonderful. Very laid-back atmosphere. I starting getting adjusted for migraines and mid-back pain. After a few months, my migraines are significantly less frequent and my back pain is almost non-existent. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cassetori and her staff. They are just wonderful! :D

The place is always super clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the care is superb. Dr. Dominique's care throughout my pregnancy has significantly reduced and almost eliminated pain, swelling, and discomfort. I'm so glad my friends recommended this place to me. It is a weekly ritual. I find it very easy to relax during the adjustment as Dr. Mapes always seems to find just the correct amount of pressure. She was very understanding of my concerns following a herniated disc injury and has been very helpful in my rehab process. I have degenerative disc disease and used to get really bad tension headaches 3-4 times a week. These are headaches that lasted all day, if not several days at a time. Since going to The Joint, I seem to get a headache about once a week - right when its time for me to be seen again. This is my second month going & my husband and I are on the monthly plan to go 4 times a month. I just went today and as of this week I haven't had a headache in 2 weeks! I love the team of Doctors & friendly staff and cannot say enough great things about The Joint!

I have everything great to say about the joint clinic. The Summerville, SC location has a excellent staff. I came in with chronic lower back problems and that had me depressed and anguished. In a short period of time I was back to normal activities.
It your suffering then see the staff at the joint.

It was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and it was a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the chiropractor really knew what he was doing. I’m really bad with remembering names but I’ll never forget the my first visit to the chiropractor.

Very happy with the first visit. Receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome.
The Dr I saw was very attentive and helped with my back issue.
I expect several more visits to correct my problem.

I was a first-time patient and it took a little while to get in and be seen but that is to be expected and my experience was awesome I can't remember my doctor's name but he was a younger gentleman with a beard very friendly very professional and he did an amazing job on my back I feel a hundred percent better than I did when I walked in there. It's very affordable which is what I need beings I don't have insurance I would definitely recommend the joint to anyone having severe back pain or even just minor back pain. My back pain was making me feel physically sick I have no energy I just wanted to sleep all day. This adjustment helped me tremendously! Thank Y'all!!
