The spring and summer are both great times to spend time outside. Sure it's getting hot. Sure the sun is blazing and the temperatures are rising. But the benefits that can be had from time outdoors are too much to pass up. In our modern world, it can be hard to get outside enough. It can be hard to find the time and energy after a long day's work to go outside for fresh air and exercise. So what can we do? If you're ready to improve your health by getting outside, take a look at these three easy ways to transition to the outdoors this spring.

Join a Friendly Sports Team

The weather is getting perfect for pick-up baseball, soccer, or football games at the local park. Get a group of friends together to make this happen. It's easy, it's fun, and it's a good way to get exercise while outside. If you don't have friends who might want to do this, check out fliers at your local gym to see if there are any groups looking for a few more bodies to fill up a roster.
