Specializing in sports injuries, Dr. Day holds a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) certification and is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals heal, perform, and thrive. His journey into chiropractic began after a weightlifting injury left him frustrated with the conventional medical approach, which focused solely on masking symptoms with medication. A friend introduced him to chiropractic, and the experience was life-changing—it addressed the root cause of his issue, not just the pain. That powerful experience led him to change careers and dedicate his life to chiropractic care.

Dr. Day strongly believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the right tools and support. While he acknowledges the value of allopathic medicine, he firmly advocates for chiropractic as the first line of care before turning to drugs or surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Day has cared for patients across the lifespan—from a newborn less than 24 hours old to seniors in their late 90s—proving that chiropractic can be safe and effective at any age.

A native of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Dr. Day has seen his community grow and evolve. He considers himself fortunate that one of the best chiropractic colleges—Parker University—was right in his backyard.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Day is a percussionist in a 70-piece concert band and a passionate music lover who enjoys catching live performances of classic rock, country, jazz, and classical music. He stays active by lifting weights, mountain biking, and hiking, and he’s also known to be a bit of a “foodie.” Whether he’s whipping up something delicious in the kitchen or adventuring outdoors, Dr. Day enjoys life to the fullest with his life partner, Debra—a gifted cook and artist.

Dr. Day is also a proud father of two sons and values family above all. Though his sons live out of state, they remain closely connected and gather often throughout the year. After that, follow-up visits are usually just five to 10 minutes. Because our doctors focus on the specific adjustments your body needs at each visit, care can be streamlined without losing its effectiveness. To allow enough time for a thorough new patient experience, new patients should plan to arrive more than one hour before lunch hours or closing.

Your first visit includes a consultation, exam, clinical assessment, and adjustment with a licensed doctor of chiropractic. My experience was quite disappointing due to a lack of clear communication. Although I arrived shortly before closing, the receptionist assured me (using a translator to ensure accuracy) that I could be seen and even had me fill out forms in Spanish. However, after completing the paperwork, the chiropractor came out and stated they were not comfortable treating Spanish-speaking patients. While I respect a professional's personal boundaries, the business needs to be transparent and consistent from the start. It is unfair to have a customer waste time filling out documentation if the service cannot be provided due to a language barrier that was already disclosed. I am sharing this so other Spanish speakers are aware and to encourage the clinic to improve its internal coordination to avoid wasting people's time.

Depending on The Joint location you visit, your adjustment can either be great or meh. This location in particular with Dr. Clint Davis falls under the category of a great adjustment. He takes all the time necessary to find the source of your pain, and solves it week after week. I highly recommend signing up for a plan that allows for 4 visits/month, as you’ll really see the effect after repeated visits. When you arrive, be sure to ask for Dr. Davis!!

Disappointing. I was recommended to come here and, based on the reviews, was looking forward to my first visit. I arrived on time for my appointment only to find a crowded waiting room with not enough seating. Several people were even waiting outside. After an hour of waiting and watching apparent walk-ins being seen before me, I grew frustrated. The doctor briefly came out, mentioned that I was a new patient, and then disappeared without addressing me further. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn’t been seen, I was told they “try to alternate new patients” with others. That explanation didn’t make sense, nor could they provide me with any estimate of when I would be seen. To make matters worse, I sat in the waiting room listening to the doctor pitch a follow-up visit to a walk-in patient who had been taken ahead of me. It really left the impression that repeat customers are prioritized over new patients. Overall, one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I’ve had at a medical office.

As a client of the Joint Chiropractic, on and off for years, I would highly recommend a visit if you're in need. I put off pain and discomfort for weeks when Dr. Davis had those issues worked out in a few visits. If neck adjustments make you nervous, ask for Dr. Davis. He has a special technique that's not as anxiety-filled as a typical neck adjustment.

I have been coming to The Joint Chiropractic centers for years. The Willow Bend location is my favorite and the one I frequent the most. I usually see Dr. Davis, but if he isn't available, I also enjoy seeing Dr. Molina. This is absolutely the best The Joint, Clint Davis has consistently kept chiropractor with his high skill set together at one location. I moved to West Texas a year ago and have returned to the area for six weeks. I have been visiting weekly and I am so glad that the care is still excellent, just like the many years I went there will living in Carrollton. The people of Carrollton are so lucky to have wonderful care, seven days a week and if you have not gotten a chance to visit this The Joint, then you should it is worth it even if you have to drive a little further, I did for years because they are that good. Any time that I have neck, back or other joint pain. I go to the Joint Chiropractic at this location. I always receive pain relief and better range of motion from the Chiropractors on duty. They really care about giving the best possible care every time. The receptionists are also top notch and always friendly. I highly recommend this establishment. Came in with lowered back pain and pretty nervous too. They were very informative. I wasn’t able to bend over or bend sideways without wanting to cry and left able to twist and bend without hurting. began coming to the Willow Bend Joint location in June of 2015 to address my headaches, chronic back issues due to spinal stenosis and to help ease the wear & tear on my body from High Flying Martial Arts, Boxing and MMA. I can honestly say without the care I received from Dr. Davis, I would not have achieved one of the honors my life - Black Belt at the Shaolin Wu YI Institute. Additionally, the professionals at the WB Joint allowed me to postpone serious back surgeries for 7 years. Fasting forward to today, It is now 2025 and I am still a patient at 50 years of age recovering from a 360 fusion of my lumbar spine with neck and arm issues. People said go get a massage; well this provided little to no relief. However, for the same price of 1 massage, I got 4 visits with Dr. Davis and Dr. Eric and much needed relief.

Dr.Goodson gave an amazing adjustment today. He was very thorough and addressed areas which I didn’t even know could be adjusted and felt so much relief, which helps with the type of work I do. I felt so relaxed afterwards as he relieved a lot of tension in my upper and lower back and shoulders.

Terrible...I have given this place all the chances possible..Owner assured me things would change as he and I are both busy professionals I was told that my valuable time shouldn't be waisted, well it was again and my money.. I went back after previous poor service from the Dr they let go, first time back ok, this visit I went in ,nobody waiting but a patient being seen.I ask the now apparent incompetent clerk if it would be long, she said No you'll be right in, I wait 20 minutes, I can here the Dr giving the new Patient speech and trying to up sell packages, so I patiently wait, two other newbies come in and sit. AFTER now 30 minutes the Dr calls the guy after me back to be seen.I ask the receptionist what happened and she shrugs her shoulders at me..I had to leave, now running late for work and still in pain. DONT WAIST YOUR $$ & TIME HERE. GO to Douglasville. I will not return and canceled my membership, I spent another months money with ZERO service . Douglasville ( A PROFESSIONALY RUN BUSINESS) kindly refunded my monthly and I started a package plan with them . I TRAVEL all over the states using The JOINT, mostly quick and competent. Carrollton will ONLY love you when you sign up, after that you are treated like 2nd Class and NO Mr Owner you didn't crack down on your Lousy business practices, so the scaving review will STAY.

Dr. Wilson was really solid. My neck stiffness gets so bad it sometimes not every doctor is able to get it to release, but he did a great job and my headache started to subside immediately. Very pleased with this location as they are also open on Sundays as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Davis at the Hebron location for almost 3 years. Although there are other locations closer to me, I truly drive for him, just like another reviewer wrote below. I don’t have enough words of praise. He is professional, kind, listens carefully, and always gets the job done. I tend to have pretty difficult adjustments because of a combination of body dynamics and pushing my limits through my fitness workouts that make me constantly sore and stiff, and he always always always realigns me and helps me feel better on the spot, no joke the difference is real as soon as I leave the place. Excellent adjustment. My husband had a great experience with the male doctor. I was unwilling to have the female doctor adjust me initially since most of them previously didn’t offer any relief. Melina is so good. I came in with really bad knee pain and i could not squat, lunge etc.. Plus some other issues. I listened to her advice and i come in for adjustments and my knee is starting to feel better! I feel like i have better movement in my whole body including my knee. She hears me out on my issues and TAKES THE TIME to give her advice.. I went to different locations but Melina will always be my go to!

If they have a really good Dr to adjust it’s amazing but if not the experience is not great (which I’ve experienced the last few times I’ve been to this location). If they are busy they rush and barely adjust you. I came in today with a back problem and left with one. She didn’t even tackle my back. I canceled my membership and most likely will not be back. If you can’t afford others go here but if you can afford a little more please go somewhere else with good reviews.

The Joint was my first ever chiropractic session and it was so nice. I’ve only been twice now but both times, there was very little waiting and the two chiropractors I’ve been with have both been so nice and understanding. They are very good at explaining the whole process to you and making sure you are comfortable. After just two sessions, I already notice a huge difference in my movements and a decrease in aching. They don’t accept insurance but that just means they’ve made it affordable to still get taken care of. For just under $100 a month, you get 7 sessions and can cancel at anytime. And probably the best part about the membership is that you can go to any of The Joint practices, so no need to worry about missing out on sessions because of travel or moving.

Not so friendly staff and did not address the concerns or adjust the area that I called and requested. I don’t recommend this location. In response to the comment below, I was able to be seen at another location. The doctor there even mentioned that he thought it was weird they didn’t adjust the concerned area. I get it doesn’t fix in one visit, but she did not seem like she wanted to adjust my area of concern. Or felt like she didn’t want to work/be there. Or it was just money at that point. There were so many walk ins, they lost two patients one on customer service and the other on not addressing the affected area.

I have been a joint member for well over 4 yrs. I went to this place tonight and was told I had to call IT support myself and then the African American chiropractor who clearly has no business dealing with the public took it upon herself to come to the and tel me to start calling several different joint franchises in order to fix my account instead of letting the front desk lady Raquel fix it. She said she was too busy. I was the only patient there…. Raquel was doing a great job helping me but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere due to the unprofessional chiropractor.

So, have to change my review... The actual service is great BUT (there is always a but) my schedule has recently changed where I haven't been able to go in for a visit for a WHILE. I have called, left messages, even sent an email. This was upwards of a week before my membership renewal was due. Never received any call back or email explaining you have to come in to cancel a membership. Now, after being billed, I was able to get through to someone and inquire about canceling my membership. Turns out, you HAVE to come in and physically fill out a cancelation form etc. I guess I could contact my credit card company and dispute it, chance facing retaliation, and never be allowed to be seen again... but lesson learned, never wait for someone to return your calls/emails/voicemails... Call every few seconds until someone picks up and FORCE them to speak with you.

This place is full of cheating people. I had back pain one month back. So I had to take 4-5 session. So I took their month memebership. I completed sessions in 2 weeks. At the time of last session, I requested to cancel my membership from next month. That day , they had some problem in system or person sitting on front desk was not known to the process of cancelling. He told me that he noted down and will do it. But I noticed charge on my card again. I went to this place. Talked to them. They straight told me that they will not refund. I should go there in person 5 days before. When discussed about it, one male staff and receptionist threatened me that you leave otherwise I will call the cop. They just kept my $73 for no reason without any service. So beware guys!!!

I’ve been going here for 2/3 years and It’s been the best decision for my life-long headaches. 8/27/21 Disappointing and wasted visit. The guy didn't ask me a single question and seemed rather tentative in his technique. My last visit was 8 months ago and I was looking forward to leaving there feeling aligned. Instead I felt like a training mannequin for a student who was unsure of what he was doing. Was very skeptical of chiropractic care but due to my pregnancy I was desperate for some back relief and had been recommended to see a chiropractor multiple times. I finally caved and did not regret it! From the receptionist to the chiropractor everyone was very friendly and informative. ASHLEY at the front desk (of Willow Bend), has been the TOP customer service representative and receptionist I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the last-- ...Well, a LONG time. Not only is she incredibly friendly with a big, beautiful smile EVERY time a customer walks in, she is ALWAYS equipped (that I've noted) with the MOST useful and updated information and EAGER to provide it in any situation, be it over the phone or in person! One of the things I ESPECIALLY appreciate about Ashley is that any time their office seems busy or the waiting room fills up, she continues taking the appropriate amount of time with EACH guest and making them feel that their time is just as important as the next? I've suffered from back problems since an early age, along with the other 95% of all American's. Every doctor I've been adjusted by at The Joint has been incredible and their strategic hours plus MULTIPLE locations gives me the flexibility to "swing by" before, after or during work hours. This gives me the added benefit of health-care maintenance ACTUALLY being convenient! I've been regularly attending the Willow Bend location now for about 6+ months which has been MOST fortunate for my well-being and overall neck, back & joint issues. Mainly, because it has allowed me to: 1- Develop a more accurate & updated medical catalog for myself, 2- Grow with a primary Chiropractor who is privy to my environmental pressure points (vs. historical, hereditary, etc.) and 3- Has the ability/advantage to treat my specific adjustment needs on a week to week basis. DR. COLE has definitely become my primo resident doctor at the Willow Bend location, doing an INCREDIBLE job with my individual joint issues while also offering a wealth of KNOWLEDGE on overall health including practical daily tips, information on vitamin/supplement(s) relevant to my age/lifestyle, and some EXCEPTIONAL strengthening exercises which I'm able to actually incorporate EASILY into my daily habbits & routine!! He is ALWAYS attentive patient, calm and willing to answer ANY & ALL questions or concerns, even when he is the ONLY attending doctor with a waiting room FULL of people. **Which is typically ONLY the case at this location on FRIDAY's, when/if center is short-staffed? Prior to my initial visit today, I was recommended to The Joint by various chiro friends. However, I've read various reviews which were either "hit or miss" based on the location and ultimately the doctor. Before visiting for the first time which ended up being today, I read numerous great reviews about Dr. Clint Davis, several of them were impressive. As soon as I met Dr. Davis, I could tell he's extremely knowledgeable and shortly thereafter, I became a huge fan of his work. Dr. Clint is also very efficient and more importantly, genuinely concerned about your overall well-being. Before my departure, Dr. Clinton gave several recommendations in order to improve my physical condition. All in all, I shifted from someone who didn't know what to expect, to an individual who'll more than likely become a regular.

Me and my wife were looking for a good chiropractor for her because she has been having back pain after starting her new job as a nurse. Tried to set up an appointment and the lady on the phone was being completely rude and unprofessional. For example, my wife asked when she could set up an appointment. The lady on the phone shortly replied “when it fits in with my schedule..” in a rude manor and no further response. Then refused to give us her name and hung up when we asked. This happened this morning around 9:30-10. I was completely shocked and will not be going to any of these businesses.

I’ve been a regular at the Willow Bend for the duration of my pregnancy, and I’ve had a great experience! Not trying to sell anyone but i can say that i came in with bad sciatic pain and got my back adjusted and within 3 days my pain left and hasnt returned. Usually people have to return for more sessions but my pain was honestly cured in 1 session. Was a scary pop but it was the pop of a life time.

2018 I would come almost weekly to this location, it was great. 2019 I only came as needed, but everything has gone downhill. Ashley at the front desk needs a serious attitude adjustment. She’s rude, loses paperwork, and seems to never smile. Not inviting or friendly at all when she used to be in 2018. I came multiple times in 2019 and they had me fill out new paperwork every time because “it had been a while” according to them between my visits. Now in 2020 they keep losing that paperwork and asking me to fill out more. Say they have no record of my visiting all 2019 (this is the ONLY location I’ve ever been to), and now they also have a essential oils diffuser in the front seating area that smells awful and makes me want to cough. I have allergies and asthma, that diffuser is not positive for people like me and as long as they have one, I’ll never step foot in there again. It makes it hard to breathe in a place that I’m coming to for relief.

I was suffering for 2 months with pain in my lower back that went all the way down to the bottom of my leg. I was feeling relief in just two visits and with in 4 visits i was back to running, no pain while sitting down, laying down or anything. The chiropractors are very professional and nice. I’ve been to TheJoint twice. First in Austin. Great 5 Star experience. I could actually go the day without any pain in my upper back and shoulders for the first time in months. BUT the one on Hebron was so different. First and foremost he never made eye contact with me as we talked just stared at the wall when speaking to me. It felt like he was rushing to adjust me. There were no other guests waiting. My neck is quite sensitive and he didn’t even really feel around my vertebrae which I found a bit unsettling. I was asked to flip over and as I did that I felt my vertebrae shift around in my neck. Ever since my neck and back hurt as much as it used to. I’d the TheJoint one last shot after I go see the chiropractor I’ve gone to for years. I like how you can just walk in and is a very reasonable price instead of making an appointment and paying a decent amount of money. I just won’t be visiting the Hebron location again.

Place is very friendly/clean. Was greeted by a very nice receptionist and was seen quickly by the doctor. I recently pulled a muscle in my back to the point I could barely stand up. After the adjustment I felt immediate relief! Of course, the regular soreness followed the next day but cleared up fairly quickly. I'll definitely be returning!

I feel better everytime after leaving the Joint! Great chiropractors that know how to get you adjusted properly! This location is very clean, the wait is usually not long. They keep a record of your previous adjustments which is helpful in tracking your wellness history. I have a membership and get adjusted every week!

The receptionist at this location is always so rude. Never says hi, barely looks up or acknowledges you, acts like you're an inconvenience. This is the third time I've come to this location and never a welcoming experience.

The receptionist wasn't welcoming at all. My wife had been going and she was pregnant, she said they did more harm than good and didn't try to really take care of her at all! My wife bought a package of 5 visits and didn't even want to use the last 2 because the service was so bad, and then I tried to use the last two on the package and they said because of "Medical reason" they couldn't let me... Which is some bull crap, they are all about selling and just want people to buy their packages

I have been meaning to write this for months. I have just been busy with my back injury. I went to the joint for about a year. Often times they where able to help my back feel better AND talk about bang for your buck. I am unfortunately hurt beyond their care, but they did recommend some amazing professionals to help me. A slipped disc and arthritis is not something they can fit.... its a way more expensive healing procedure. I am now being seen by MD's and Spinal care specialist. Their service was great and their front desk was amazing as well. For those slamming her, she does read these and they do hurt her feelings. She was great with me, maybe its because I treated her like a person and not the help? Treat people the way you want to be treated. Thank you all for everything you did.

The cancelation policy is completely predatory which requires you to pay in full for the next month after you cancel. As if the cancellation reason permits you using their limited services for another month. Completely dissatisfied with the measures I had to take to cancel the membership, every different person that answered the phone gave me a different hoop to jump through to cancel

Went yesterday on a friends recommendation after I was walking around in pain for the last week. I've been under tremendous amount of stress with a divorce, finishing my degree, toddler and a elderly mother I care for on top of full time job. After my first adjustment I felt tremendous amount of relief. Went in the next day to stick with my treatment plan and felt even better. The prices are beyond reasonable! I have been under a chiropractor's care over the years and the process here was much easier and faster. I don't need all that one on one time when all I need is an adjustment so if you prefer to sit and chit chat with your doctor about the weather and go on and on about your pain instead of getting right to the point then this is not for you. But if you have a busy lifestyle and limited free time then give this place a chance.

So disappointed!!!! We have been using this location for about 3 years. Today we went in after my son had a minor car accident. There was a different doctor, Mandy, who came out and her response was "Nope, we can't see him. Not without paperwork from the insurance company releasing him." How would I know that? How would the average person looking for some relief have a clue about bureaucracy? It could have been handled kindly and professionally but as he stood there in pain her response was ridiculous and unfeeling. There are a million other ways that could have been related to us. Terrible customer service. Which has not been our previous experience at all. Very disappointed.

I've been using The Joint at Willow Bend for approximately a year and a half. As an avid long distance runner I had to go regularly to keep things in alignment to prevent injury, Dr. Davis is great! I am now pregnant and continue to go almost weekly because my hips and shoulders hate having to sleep on my side, Dr. Davis has been able to change the way he adjusts me so the I am comfortable during the process. Dr. Davis is the tape that holds my joints together with all the stress I put them under. I love how this clinic is so easy to get into, never much wait, and no appointments. I've recommend this location to a few people and they have all felt better afterwards.

Dr. Davis and the other chiropractors are wonderful. There are no appointments so you come when you need to. They have a great monthly plan that includes 4 visits so you can maintain everything and feel great.

After my back went out and spasms after, The Joint really helped me be able to just walk again. I first went to the Allen location but went to the Carrollton location as its closer to my work. I've seen four different chiropractors at this location and they each have helped me to improve. I love their bedside manner and their compassion to help me feel better and not just offer surgery or more pills. I like that it's affordable without having to make an insurance claim.
