I've been coming here about a month now and I can't emphasize enough what a difference the care I've received here is making in my life. Dr. McKee is highly skilled. Some chiropractors have a hard time adjusting my mid back area especially if they are smaller than me (which most are I'm 6'3"). ⚠️ Beware of misleading sales tactics at the front desk. They reel you in with a deal, then trap you in a contract. I went to this chiropractor’s office with the intent of getting care, not drama. I was in pain and honestly thought I’d caught a blessing when the front desk clerk explained they had a special — $45 for 4 sessions in one month. I was excited. That sounded like the right deal at the right time. I specifically asked if this was a contract because I did not want to be locked into anything. She told me straight up, “No, it’s not a contract. You can cancel before the 19th of next month so no money will draft.” That made me feel comfortable. I asked her what exactly I was signing, and she told me it was just paperwork for the auto draft from my account. Based on that reassurance, I signed. She also said I could cancel at any location across the U.S., which was perfect because I live in Fort Worth and that would be more convenient for me. Now here comes the problem. On September 19, I went to a Fort Worth location to cancel. They told me I had to go back to the Dallas location where I originally signed up. Okay, inconvenient, but fine. I called Dallas and spoke to the very same clerk who signed me up. Suddenly she changes her tune — telling me I couldn’t cancel until after the 20th because I signed a two-month contract. I told her absolutely not, that’s not what she told me when I signed. She insisted she sent me an email showing the contract terms. I never received one, so I asked her to forward it. When I finally got the email, it did show a two-month contract. My heart dropped. I felt lied to and trapped. I reminded her, “You told me to my face this was not a contract. That’s the only reason I agreed.” She tried to brush it off as “miscommunication.” But let’s be honest — that’s not miscommunication. That’s straight dishonesty. If I had known it was two months, I never would have signed. She didn’t show me any paperwork during the process. It was like signing a credit card receipt — quick, hidden, and misleading. At that moment, I felt taken advantage of. Here I was, a single Black woman just trying to get help for my pain, trusting that this business would be honest with me. Instead, the clerk misled me, withheld the truth, and then tried to justify it by saying she sent an email after the fact. I felt scammed, disrespected, and honestly hurt. I work with people daily and I’m constantly working on my patience and professionalism, so I tried to stay calm. But inside, I was heated. When people are vulnerable — in pain, stressed, and just looking for help — that is not the time to play games with contracts and misleading promises. What really gets me is that she apologized but still stood by the excuse of “miscommunication.” No. If you tell someone it’s not a contract, and then lock them into one without showing them the actual paperwork, that’s not a mistake — that’s intentional. It felt like a trap. God don’t like ugly, and I know I’m covered. You reap what you sow. Businesses that treat customers this way should be ashamed. Honesty and integrity matter, especially in healthcare. When you’re dealing with people who are already hurting, the least you can do is tell them the truth. I will never conduct business here again. I’d rather spend my hard-earned money with people who value transparency and treat customers with respect. If you’re considering this office — please read this carefully. Don’t let them take advantage of your pain or your trust the way they did me. This whole experience left me in tears, feeling used and betrayed at a time when I was already hurting.

Absolutely AWFUL experience! I cancelled my membership TWO WEEKS before my billing date, confirmed and everything, yet they STILL charged me. When I called to get a refund, they said that i have 2 months commitment and i cannot get a refund and no one will ever tell you this when you sign up for their membership I only wanted two sessions but they convinced me that i can take the membership and cancel before the end of the month cycle. They refused to acknowledge my cancellation and wouldn't budge on the charge. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed blind and ignored. They're a scam disguised as a healthcare provider!" I've been having pretty severe pain for the last week. I've run into three different Joint clinics and it's helped, but this time was even better. Been going for over a year, it’s great. Fast, convenient, effective, and very affordable. I tried it on a recommendation, was very satisfied with the $29 new customer special, so much that I signed up for the monthly plan. Highly recommended. Great side benefit, you can use your 4 visits included in the monthly plan at any location of The Joint, came in handy when I was driving back from vacation and realized I needed an adjustment. Stopped into a location near San Antonio, got an adjustment, then grabbed some lunch and was back on the road in 30 mins or so. Background: I’ve been going to chiropractors on a fairly regular basis for about 35 years, Have tried a few that I didn’t go back to, and have had others that were great and I used for years. But only two prior times in those 35 years did I find anyone who was so efficient at getting you in and adjusted promptly, and none of them were this affordable.

OMG! I took advantage of the promotional deal @ $29 for Exam, Consultation and ADJUSTMENT!! Dr. Soni is FREAKING AWESOME!! He listened, was direct on my adjustments and gave opinion on how long I should receive adjustments. Let’s just say that i IMMEDIATELY purchased a package for my wellness. Delaney was very informational and knew all package deals without having to consult with the doctor (a plus for me and important). The facility was SPOTLESS!! I also received my “key tag” HOW COOL!!! Guy at the front desk was rude. Adjuster didn't fix anything, he even told me that he only part way fixed my shoulder and that it would go back to hurting if I don't get another adjustment because it's only "half way fixed" I went to my normal chiro two hours later who said my back was all out of wack (not sure why, considering I just went to this location same day)

Let me first say that i talked MAD smack about chiropractors forever. I had a back issue and was sent to this place by my massage tech and Dr. G said he’d fix it in 4 sessions. He fixed it in 3. Dr. Guernsey is fantastic. I have trained in self-defense my whole life and have been seeing chiropractors since the mid-80s. I been seeing Dr G at the Montfort location for 3 months now and he is great to work with. I am on my feet 8-9 hours a day and I feel it when I get off. Dr G worked out a plan to help alleviate my pain and every time I go see him, the pain is gone. As well, the office is very clean and the staff is friendly. Need a chiropractor, give Dr G a go. For $29, it's definitely worth a try.

Pretty good and affordable plan. So I’ve been going here for a year or so now. The current doctor is amazing. Great service, in and out in a few minutes. Everyone is smiling. The place is clean and inviting. Updated this rating from a 3 star to a 4 star because this location has good adjusters in my current opinion. To be 5 star, they’d have to serve seltzer water and offer additional services in my opinion. That may change as my visits continue.

Doctors were always nice, but if I could rate 0 I would for customer service! I called this location to cancel, but was told I couldn’t unless I went in. Ashley Pineda said I could freeze for the time being, so I did because I was left no other choice. Nothing has changed in my situation, I still can not make it in. Now all of a sudden when I email again for form they say sure... They see I had been paying for several months and have only been there a handful of times, but STILL charged me the day I canceled. Now are saying I was before I canceled and they cannot refund. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT IN PERSON, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEN SAY SORRY... There's nothing they can do because they did not receive my cancellation form until after I was charged.

Would give better rating cause I love the clinic and the current Wed doctor rotation. But I just walked in today and the receptionist kinda blew my mind. The alternation of doctors caused my issue. I came in for a simple adjustment but the doctor I had been working with rotated to a new location. The new doctor thought it was a good idea to pull my neck without warning me causing major pain and a few weeks later I suffered muscle weakness and tingling in my arm. I’m in constant pain and when I complained the front office just gave me all the paperwork I signed. They didn’t try to offer a resolution. I came in to feel relief and left with more pain that I have ever felt.

I have been going to the Joint for about a year and half (with a short break during the height of the pandemic). I currently see Dr. Sashi every week; he is extremely friendly and always very thorough in his adjustments. He gives patients plenty of opportunity to voice issues or concerns with their pain or their treatment, and is always willing to make changes to treatment plans. He is also very open and honest with recommendations for new patients, even if his recommendation isn't necessarily best for his bottom line. He always puts his patients first, and does so happily. While I am currently seeing Dr. Sashi, I have seen a variety of staff since I became a member at this Joint location. Every staff member has been very kind and thorough. I am confident that no matter when I walk through the door, I am in the best hands. I absolutely recommend the Joint Addison to anyone needing chiropractic care.

Brenda at the front desk was professional and thorough as she walked me through the process on my first visit. Dr. Upadhyaya did a great job explaining what techniques he would use to help me. Did not seem to be in a hurry, but answered my questions. He did the proper adjustments and set up a plan to help me. I will return for another visit soon.

The entire team was so courteous and professional. The young lady at the front desk (Brenda, I believe) was friendly and helpful. I had my assessment and alignment done by Shashi. He was very communicative and made sure that I always knew what was going on. On top of that, the alignment was incredible, and he was hilarious. I have been using chiro maintenance for awhile, and without skipping a beat the staff at the joint is on point. I just relocated to the area and drive trucks cross country. I am an old athlete, military veteran with rigorous training right out of high school, (Army , Artillery...), have been driving 25 years, so alot of sitting, so I need maintenance treatment regularly. I drove past a location, dropped in to inquire, and for a reasonable price and schedule was treated and on my way within an hour. With out having to google nearest chiropractor near me and hope for quality, presto!!! I Am a patient just like that.

Dr. Ghassan Zein adjusted the left side of my jaw but denied he did it. I have been suffering since March of 2018 because of it. It hurts when I eat, drink, exercise. Anything I do, this pain on my left jaw has been painfully uncomfortable and it is painful every single day. Why would this chiropractor adjust my jaw and now I have to suffer for the rest of my life. You have no idea what you did to me, Dr. Zein. It's good that you can wake up every morning and not feel guilty of what you did to me. I don't know how a doctor like you can go on with your life knowing that you have injured someone like me. It has been painful. I wish you know exactly what how that feels like. And I wish you will never do this to anyone.

Dr Foshee is very nice and personable and seems to care. I recommend him if you have minor pain and need quick care. Dr Lopez is rude, has poor bedside manners and told me “have a good day see ya next time” after cracking my back once for no more than 20 seconds. Both doctors offered me zero relief after 5 adjustments and around $110 in total. The Level of chiropractic care They offer to patients seems to be meant for ppl who wake up with a crick in their neck and have extra money to spend. They spend on average about 1 minute with each patient from my experience. When I asked Dr. Foshee if he could focus a bit more time with me, he did do so... but nonetheless the entire practice is revolves around the idea of super quick in and out care. Front desk receptionist also forgot to cancel my membership and seemed to have disorganization of patient files when I asked to make verify i am off autobill. Overall, Dr Foshee is a nice dude I’d have a beer with but the adjustments themselves did absolutely nothing for my back/neck discomfort.

So we want to try this because we had some back pains, we had to fill a lot paperwork (because first time) then wait, when we arrived there was just 1 person before us, then more people started to come and they were taking care of them first but not us. I do not know if having a membership has something to do with it but I thought it was first come first served. So basically the first timers doesn't have priority and you have to wait 1 hour or so.

Dr. Foshee is a life saver. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and decided to choose this location since it's really close to our place. We loved our last chiropractor just fine but according to my boyfriend(who we have the account for), Dr. Foshee works more carefully with his back. Today he was having the worst pain of his life so we went to see Foshee again and he worked wonders and was able to explain everything that was going on. It's such a relief to know he knows what he's talking about when you come in with pain. Definitely grateful for him! Receptionist is very sweet and kind. Love this location.

Went in got my first time, last Friday the Dr explained the process of what he was going to do, felt amazing after, I have had back and neck problems and pain for years. I had a crook in my neck from riding rides at Six Flags and I went to the joint to get an adjuatment and I had relief almost immediately. I could still sense some pain after the adjustment but it went away completely by the next day! Dr. Zein was competent and efficient.

We have been going to this place for more than a year now. My wife and I go every week, the monthly payment is worth it. Health is wealth. It was a clinic and good at being a maintenance clinic. 20 min consultation a quick 3 or 5 adjust. I would say if you have deeper issues go to a chiropractic office. I will say they are good at what they are.

The front desk staff and everyone are very nice. They are welcoming even when I bring my puppy Bella with me. I think Dr. Zein is great! I make sure to come on the days when he is there because the other chiropractor cannot seem to adjust me. In the other dr’s defense, I am hypermobile and difficult to adjust sometimes. I have been seeing Dr. Ghassan Zein for about 1 year now, when I first started seeing him I was in such pain, I almost stopped working due to the level of pain I was in. I came practically crawling in, after going once a week for a few months I finally was out of severe pain and slowly started to get better and better. Now when I miss a visit I feel it in my body, it helps with my seasonal allergies, along with just general wellness in my body. I love him, he is compassionate, caring, and takes time with his clients. I have only tried a few chiropractors with this company, but he is the best by far. Unnecessary roughness, it was done so fast that it made me anxious. I’ve had it done smoothly and Rhythmically like a massage in the past. This one catches you off guard make a person wondering if you going to be hurt with the manipulation. Rough shaking of the hips made my tailbone and hips hurt the next couple of days. My I had neck pain and joint pain that mostly feel better. I would suggest a easy flow than a fast jerking and popping situation.

Dr. Zein is wonderful. I’ve had back and neck pain consistently for months, I’ve tried pain clinics and rehab facilities and nothing worked. The Joint in Addison changed my life! For the BEST! For over a year, I was having pain in my shoulder, elbow, and wrist! Over time it started making my hand go numb! Dr. Zein is knowledgeable and effective. I’d let the lower back and neck pain get really bad before I started coming in. Now coming weekly (on the monthly plan—great value!). The adjustments are helping my stiff neck (desk job in front of computer all day), and Dr. Zein has given me lots of suggestions for things I can do at home between visits. I love being able to walk in on Saturdays, no appt. and little-to-no wait. Highly recommended.

I was always apprehensive about chiropractic care. I started going to this location if you months ago. I am a salon owner and it behind the chair hairdresser as well. My days are consist of 12 to 13 hours standing up. I truly believe that getting adjusted on the weekly basis has helped my posture and my overall health. After about a month or so of having different doctors at the clinic the new doctor (dr Zein) Permanently took place in this location. I look forward to seeing him weekly. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I reviewed this location a few months ago has five star but I felt like I need to do an update on the review and add details. I highly recommend this location and More than anything Dr. ZEIN.

I was having problems getting out of bed and just functioning daily. The decline started 4 months earlier. I kept thinking tomorrow would be a better day (it never did get better), but it progressively worsened. I'm so grateful for this place. Chiropractic care can be very expensive and often not covered by insurance. For $69, I get 4 visits a month which is perfect for my once a week maintenance. It's been a great experience from the beginning to the end. The front desk staff are always so helpful and greet me with a friendly smile. Lala has been great in the short time she's been in this location. I've had normal back aches and pains for years as well as horrible migraines from my past military life, but in the time I've been here i have realized that regular maintenance is all it takes to keep the pain away. I'm in and out in 5- 7 min, rarely ever having a wait, i love the flexibility with my schedule. Dr Graham is AMAZING & a life savor! He knows my problem areas and addresses them in haste. I walk out of this place each week a new person! Many thanks.

I work behind a desk and have upper neck and back issues due to being rear ended in car accidents along with mouse shoulder from my job. They did a great job getting me out of excruciating pain that I'd been in for over a month, and I didn't need a doctor's visit or addictive pills. Great experience. I visited Dr Zein because I was having neck and shoulder pain. My previous doctor moved his practice to Allen. Too far for me to go from the middle of Dallas. I was in acute distress-having headaches and dizziness- two things which are virtually foreign to me. After my first visit I was completely back to normal. Now I go in to maintain my health. As a Dallas Fireman/Paramedic, being in pain is not consistent with being good at my job, so I had to get better. My workouts are back to normal, I sleep great, and work is awesome once again. I cannot say enough about Dr Zein. i look forward to going knowing how much better I fell afterward. He is skilled, he listens, he is patient. Highly recommend this clinic for your health care needs.

I have seen Dr. Wooten over the last few months and I am simply astonished by his level of professionalism and overall detail. I love listening to him coach patients/clients on the benefits of chiropractic care. He is upfront and honest if he thinks chiropractic care is right for the patient. He has over 15 years in rehab experience as well and not only helped my uneven hips and tight back, but has also helped me rehab some tendon issues as well. The Joint is extremely affordable, quick and efficient. There has not been a time when I have waited over 5-10 minutes to be seen, and at only 69 dollars a month for 4 visits - its a quarter of what I was paying at Dr. Glass at Addison Chiro. They even take my work FSA. If you have any doubt or concern about chiro, go see Dr. Wooten and his team at the Joint.

I was a skeptic. I honestly was extremely fearful of the even the idea of seeing a chiropractor. Dr. Wooten allowed me to watch my boyfriend being treated, explaining everything he was doing, even down to the amount of pressure needed to cause the joints to pop. I was in severe pain with my back and hip, so my boyfriend convinced me to try it, for one month, and if it did not work, then I could try other options. Well, I am here to tell you, I am in no pain, it was gone within 24 hours. I going on month two and I look forward to seeing Dr. Wooten every week. He is compassionate and understanding. He is gentle and very informative of the procedures. I have recommended The Joint to several friends and co-workers and will tell you, if you are afraid, go see Dr. Wooten, he is patient and calming. He made me a believer in the practice and that is a miracle.
