Cleaning the gutters is a necessary task for fall. Homeowners want to be sure all debris and falling leaves are out of the way so the gutters can continue to do their job throughout the upcoming rainy and snowy seasons. Following some chiropractic advice when cleaning the gutters is the best way to ensure the job gets done safely.

Stretch Before Climbing

Climbing the ladder is the first step toward getting the gutters cleaned. No one should make the attempt until they have done a pre-step first, stretching out their arms and legs to ensure their bodies are adequately prepared to make the climb safely. Wear Non-Slip Shoes
