Use a Wall Slide with your doctor and chiropractor’s approval to relieve shoulder and back tightness.

  • Line up your head, shoulders and tailbone against a wall.
  • Put your hands on the wall at shoulder level with elbows bent at 45-degree angles with palms facing forward. Slowly extend arms up the wall, raising hands while keeping the tailbone, shoulders and head in touch with the wall.
  • Then slowly return to your starting position.
  • Repeat three to five times.

After you work on posture, you and your family may want to work on computer workstations or your use of screens at home. You may also line up practice sessions for the kids’ fall sports, and line up some new workout spots on your schedule.
