So, you want to be happier, do you? Well, it's obvious you need to make some changes and do some things differently, but what exactly would those things be? You have a great job, your friends are amazing, and you couldn't ask for better when it comes to your family members, so what exactly could be missing? Good question! Maybe the things you are missing are the attention you should be paying to yourself and the things you like to do. Now, don't start worrying. There is nothing selfish about giving yourself what you need. You are merely bringing in a little extra sunshine to your days. Here are some suggestions on how to fill your life with what's missing.

Get Some Sun

We weren't kidding about bringing in some extra sunshine. If your workspace or home doesn't offer a lot of natural light, it could affect your moods and the way you feel. If possible, try to sit next to a window as much as possible, but if that's not in the cards, just make sure you step outside as often as you can. Go for a walk on your breaks or eat your lunch under a tree. You'll be surprised by how much of a difference it can make.

Whether it's a morning coffee on your way to work or that new outfit you have been eyeing, treating yourself to something nice every now and then is perfectly OK!
