Stress is one of the main causes of high blood pressure. Try to control it. Do not get angry or irritated too quickly. If you will do yoga every day this will keep your stress in control. A huge amount of chocolate won't help but a bit of dark chocolate definitely would -- because chocolates are rich in flavonoids. Obesity causes high blood pressure.
