Malnutrition is a real problem. In third world countries, malnutrition means that people are literally going without any food at all. Procrastination is almost second nature to most people. We get an assignment and then put it off again and again until the very last minute. This is very stressful on the body and mind, and can lead to poor mental health. Stop! As soon as something is assigned, get to work on it. You’ll probably do a better job on it, you won’t have the excessive stress, and your mental health will be far better off.
