Staying Healthy for the Start of School

The carefree days of summer are just about to end and we all know what that means, right? It means that in the near distant future, we get to look forward to the hustle and bustle of a busy school year and unfortunately, this year may come with its own set of challenges. Since many schools are turning to online and remote learning, many parents may be pulling double-duty. And as much fun as that sounds (not!), it's usually during these busy, stressful moments in our lives when we tend to get sick. A healthy immune system is critical for the months ahead so take a quick glance at the following suggestions on how you can keep yours functioning at an optimal level.
