But there are a few traits that need to be consistent in everyone if real change is going to happen. What are they? Improving your health is a long and sometimes pained endeavor. It's not something that happens overnight, not by a long shot. If you want real change to happen, you have to learn a little bit -- or rather a lot -- of patience. You have to learn that weight loss happens incredibly slowly.
