Blew my back, found this chiropractor. Walked-in filled out tablet forms got seen. Was in extreme pain couldn’t lie on my face down so no adjustment there, was able to lie face up chiropractor was able to adjust accordingly to his judgement and OH MY had it not been for this immediate attention I’d be worse off in pain on my 2nd or worse NOT BEING ABLE TO GET UP FROM BED TO LET DOG OUT this morning and extreme low mobility. I’m starting today my second visit with their recommendations of what to do at home, and WILL DEFINITELY continue my next follow up visits until I’m back in alignment and not scared of hurting myself again. So blessed to of have found this office!!!!

To me, this place represents a new level of self-care I’ve so needed to implement, but that I will no longer be putting off. If my body is put into proper alignment, more relaxed, and pain-free, then I am an asset to anyone I’ve been tasked to assist, garunteed! I paid for 2 months of service for my ex-wife. Was told that I will receive proof of payment in an email which did not come! Also, I will be out of continental Americas in a month and "i was NOT allowed to cancel the membership until about 3 days prior to the 2month mark" which, I think, is a fabricated and probably illegal rule. Personally, I would avoid this company as they are betting that you will be unable to cancel your auto-payment (mind you... it was NEVER the intent of this patient and was forced on me without a choice) and they will illegally keep the illgotten gains from consumers. A sad and sick company

i am very upset about having to make this post, i never write reviews till now, when i was called i made an appointment to be seen and the lady on the phone said she will put me down for 6pm and i told her i cant make it at that time since i work till 6pm and she said no problem you can be a little late and no worries. low and behold i show up at about 6:10pm and walk in and told her i was scheduled at 6 but i told the lady on the phone that i will be after that since i work till 6 and the response i got was oh well we need to reschudle because you are late and we had a walk in come in and we cant see you now. i told the lady that on the phone i was told otherwise and that i could still be seen even if i was a few mins late. Nope! now its we have a cut off and the paperwork takes 15mins to do and now someone else is taking your spot. i will gladly take my business elsewhere.

From the waiting room, to the receptionist, to the chiropractor, everything was TOP NOTCH! So TOP NOTCH that I signed up for the Wellness plan that same visit, where I was only going for the $29 check up deal that they had, so that should tell you something about the services they provide. The cleanliness of the facility as well, definitely is “Chefs Kiss” so I’d recommend this business 100%.

There’s always only one doctor a day working. I came in and waited patiently for the client before me and when it was finally my turn the doctor said to me, “We are going to have to be quick today I have 6 people to do in 16 minutes.” He rushed through it so fast I bashed my hand and got hurt. He should have just told me to come back later or something like that it was really rude.

Wow what a different experience at the Simi Valley location of The Joint compared to my previous experiences! Miranda was amazing the moment I walked in the door (actually even on the phone prior to me coming in!). Miranda's energy was so warm and inviting, making you feel cared for immediately. She also made sure to offer me great deals going on to help save money! Dr. Sandra Rosso (Sandi) listened and cared to my needs while also giving me pointers to help my adjustment last longer. I am limited with shoulder mobility but she made it very easy to trust her and let her do her magic (I promise that is how it felt while getting adjusted). I left feeling like a brand new person. Everything from the front desk check-in to the actual Dr. interaction has been top notch. Been going for just about a year now and it has been better than expected. Really great to be able to know that I can get weekly adjustments now and are actually ahead of the game and giving my body preventative care for once. I'm paying now for a month what I used to pay for a single visit and its an investment in my back. I have been coming to The Joint in Simi Valley since July 2023. I see Dr. Sau and he has been a miracle worker! I had shoulder surgery in 2014, and after seeing many chiropractors, going to stretch therapy and massages, nothing worked.
I was going to give up, and was introduced to Dr. Sau. Within the first month, we had increased mobility by 20% on it has just continued to get better. I continue to improve with every visit. Dr. Sau is always thoughtful and explains in detail what he is doing. He is always sure that I am comfortable with the treatment.
I am beyond grateful that I found The Joint and Dr. Sau. If you need the best chiropractor, go to the Joint! The monthly plan is the way to go - you get 4 visits a month and it beats insurance copays!
His office staff, Miranda in particular is the best! She is always helpful and has a great attitude! She always remembers me!

The Joint Simi Valley has changed ownership and let the best chiropractor go. Dr. Patrick is have down the best chiropractor I've had over the years. They brought somebody else from another location and my back/neck wellness has not been the same since they let him go 2 weeks ago.

Came in as a new patient because I saw they had a 30$ first session as a consultation and adjustment. I've been to many chiro clinics and PT places and while the price (for a new patient) was acceptable, the service was below average. For the price I will give them 2 stars but the service was not upto standard compared to my other chiropractor in Westlake.
My consultation was around 1 minute long, the adjustment was 3 minutes long, and then we talked for 1 minute after. So I was there for a total of 5 minutes. I spent twice the time of my adjustment just filling out their paperwork. If you are cool with paying 45$ for a 2-3 minute adjustment (unless you buy their weekly or monthly plan) and being sent out right after, this is the place for you.
I've been to chiro places like this. I refer to them as fast food chiropractors. I don't appreciate paying 30$ (usually 45$) for 5 minutes of service that did not include hot/cold pads, electro stim machines, or normal massage/massage gun treatment.
This place has a lot of potential if they offered these other services and didn't push their patients out the door like a line cook getting orders out at a fast food place.
All I got was a fast rapid adjustment... they didn't ask me to brace during the neck adjustments either. Luckily I know how to relax my neck and back during these chiro sessions but it could have gone wrong if I was stiff; they didn't tell me to relax my neck.
On a positive note: the doctors were chill and seemed to have good intentions. The inside was clean and there was a lot of space. 2/5

Everyone is very polite and professional. All of the chiropractors take their time to make sure they treat the individual. Generally see Dr. Wolverton or Dr. Manfre only because they are working during my visits. I have also seen Dr. Bal and Dr. Sau. I would recommend any one of these doctors. They all have different techniques, which I like. After being on pain killers most of my adult life, Joint Chiropractic helped me to find a natural way to manage my pain and I feel blessed. I spend more time pain free now at 48, than I ever did on prescription medicine.

The Chiropractors themselves are great, however the front desk person specifically one in particular, doesn't communicate details properly. I chalked it up to I needed the visits so I would just deal with it, then I canceled services once I was healed.
I came in last week for a new issue, and did a single visit. I gave a card to pay, the person took my card for payment, returned it to me and I assumed everything was done. I got home and realized that they randomly charged the card from when I was on their monthly plan. However he didn't mention any of that and when I called to have it refunded they tried to inform me they won't refund me but will give me a credit, I persisted and told them they needed to refund as they had no authorization to charge that account. She then went on to make sure that I would be coming back to make a payment for the original visit. However no apologizes were made for having made the mistake in the first place, nor the fact that I needed to wait for the refund to occur Honestly the adjustments may not be worth the front desk Hassel. If this was the first occurrence of an issue with the front desk I wouldn't review but it's the 2nd time.

Honestly I used to think Chiropractors were over paid back crackers. Even so for the low price over at the joint for me with my scoliosis and back pain it was worth it.
Then Dr. Wolverton was there one day when I went in and I let him know to be gentle with my right knee since I had been having severe swelling and in where I could not bend it even half way, and was resigning myself to a trip to the urgent care for some x rays and a referral to a knee specialist. However as I spoke to him he was asking me all these questions while very methodically and intricately feeling my Injured knee. Then that wonderful man did some pull pop twist thingy to my Knee( sorry for my lack of technology terminology) and I kid you not that thing has been on the mend ever since!!!! HE LITERALLY 100% TOTALLY FIXED MY KNEE. Even though it took a day or so for the swelling to go down. I was shocked and ecstatic!!
it's back to normal and I am doing my regular trips to " Dojoboom" the trampoline park with my kids and I am still fine. I HAD NO IDEA CHIROPRACTORS COULD LITERALLY FIX THAT KIND OF THING I AM A GREATFUL patient for this incident plus the way Dr. WOLVERTON ALWAYS ASKS and genuinely listens to any and all concerns each time I come in.
He does not do the usual 5 generic chiropractor moves on every patient.
He does not do one or two different moves or treat any two clients the same because we ARE NOT!! He literally customized and tailores it to you and i could not be more happy and feeling any better than I do without my ongoing sessions at my convenience with the joint chiropractic.!! Plus the front desk girl is as sweet and friendly as they come I can't wait for my weekly visit here. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!!!

The chiropractors are great! I was having shoulder pain and less mobility and also lower back pain and they are helping with that tremendously. My pain is gone and am able to use my shoulder more than before. It continues to get better each time I go.

If you want Quack doctors to care for you then this is the place for you. X-rays of your spine? Forget it! Why be thorough when you don't have to. Ancillary care provided? No way! They don't care about you. Are you kidding me, all they care is if you sign up for the monthly plan for $79. try this, tell them you'll have to take a couple of days to think about it and see what kind of treatment you'll receive

Excellent service and friendly staff. Dr. Aaron spent the time listening to you and working with you. He explained what he was doing and how it would help. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They were not pushy. Dr. Aaron gave a good deal for just opening up. I will be going back on the plan I bought.

This is hands down best Joint Chiropractic location. The staff and Doctor are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Aaron helped with my neck pain in matter of 2 visits. To be honest if it wasn’t for Dr. Aaron I would’ve canceled my membership and went with my insurance approved chiropractor. I recommend everyone that has back pain to go see Dr. Aaron.
