Dr. Thomas earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Her interest in chiropractic began during her undergraduate years while interning at a chiropractic and physical therapy clinic. There, she witnessed firsthand the powerful impact chiropractic care had—not only in relieving pain but also as a preventative healthcare solution. That experience confirmed her calling to pursue a nontraditional, holistic path within healthcare.

Growing up in Shreveport, Louisiana, Dr. Thomas was exposed early to different aspects of the healthcare system while accompanying family members to medical appointments. Observing both the strengths and limitations of conventional Western medicine inspired her to seek an alternative approach—one that prioritizes whole-body wellness and empowers patients to take an active role in their healing.
