Dr Alisia is great. Why the half star? Because this place is closed. The other places are congested. Not just the business, but the surrounding areas. Cortaro is a mess to get in and out of. North Oracle is way north and the one on Swan is fine, but due to traffic after work, it would take me an hour out of my way. The Joint keeps signing up new patients, but you can't care for the ones you have with the current staff. This is very disappointing. It seems like the doctors care about people, but The Joint only cares about the dollar. I will cancel my current plan and find another chiropractor.

Now I've made the mistake of going in on Wednesday twice now. Alicia's day off. The male Dr. Davis I think has hurt me both times. He was on the edge of rude my first time. The second time he really hurt me. I suffered even more til I could get back in.

Overall I love the joint. There are amazing chiropractors but Dr.Michelle is not one of them. She was pushing to hard on my body and was rushing the whole thing. She just jerked my neck and didn’t even try to losen it before trying. I have now sever pain on my right shoulder my neck and my back. She is very aggressive with adjusting and she actually did more harm than good. All the other doctors I love but she really hurt me today and I am very disappointed. She pushed so hard on my back I now have sever pain and I feel like crying. Like I said I love the joint but Dr.Michelle really disappointed me and hurt me. She took not even five minutes to adjust me. And she just wanted to get it over with. She didn’t even adjust everything she I kept on having to say this till hurts and she would just push really hard on it until it hurt so I gave up and said everything is good and left. I still love the joint but something needs to be changed about Dr.Michelle. I am in a lot of pain because of her.

Dr. James Suba WAS A REAL DISSAPPOINMENT!!!! He rushed through hearing my concerns and in fact cut me off. Did the worst adjustment I've experienced from the franchise in about 2 years of being a committed client. When feedback was offered to him he basically dismissed it and basically inferred see someone else if you don't like my adjustment. HE DEFINITELY IS BAD FOR THE FRANCHISE if that is his approach to patient care.

I went into The Joint on 1st avenue and I was Highly Displeased as they would not assist me and told me they could help me because of some accident I had 9 months ago back in March. I have a very bad Pain going down my back ( NOT FROM THE ACCIDENT) and it goes right down to my legs and foot. They sent me out without assisting me or giving any help. I have never been so unhappy and I will probably never go to this place again as o had high hopes of getting the help I needed and they Rejected me!!

This place is amazing! Very close to my place, is open when I need a quick fix for my back on the way home and the staff are awesome! Dr Kelly was and great when I gotten her for the first visit, finding the problems in my back, neck and hip. She is perfect for a steady and precise job.
And Dr Mark is also amazing when you need a good twist. Caught me off guard when I gotten him the other day but will go again for another good twist!
I'd give this place a 10/5 stars if I could!

I have been trying out all the different chiropractors at this location and i've had a good experience with all of them but today I was adjusted by Dr. Mike for the first time and it was one of the best adjustments i've had since going to this practice. He takes a very thorough history, hones in on what you are struggling with, and does a variety of techniques seamlessly. He is an experienced chiro and it shows. I think he is unfortunately only there on Sundays, but it would be nice if he were there more days for the people who go multiple times a week!

Initially came to The Joint based on my wife's recommendation and seems like a generally healthy thing to do. Didn't have an urgent need for it but overall has still helped. After several accidents and injuries, I went to another chiro years back but got too expensive ($40 a visit), and going four to five times a week for 4 months had to quit midway, found out about The Joint from my sons and have loved it. Feel better – walking, sleeping, and doing a lot more activities I couldn’t before. The doctors are great, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone. Great hours and open seven days a week. Very reasonable prices also.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Everyone at The Joint has been nothing but helpful and kind.
