I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cleveland today and it was the best chiropractic care I have received in years!
I informed Dr. Cleveland of the bulging disc I have in my cervical and that it was a result of a car accident. During that time of the accident I was also in college cheer. With that information, he understood where my pain was and how to help alleviate it. Due to being in cheer, I am more flexible than the average person, therefore most chiropractors don't necessarily adjust me appropriately. Dr. Cleveland talked me through the motions and gave me instant relief after one adjustment. This was my fourth visit to this clinic and I was seen by another male chiropractor who did amazing as well. I am a grateful and happy customer! Thank you!!

I switched over to this chiropractor office after getting intensive treatment due to multiple car accidents at a different office.
I LOVE this location because of Dr. Chris (aka Dr. Christopher Cleveland)!
He attends to all my needs during my weekly maintenance adjustments.

I recently had a back spasm injury and was in desperate need of a chiropractor before I leave the country in a few days.
My pain was absolutely debilitating, and working full-time in an office setting where I deal with a lot of clients, I need to be able to move around comfortably, so, initially, I had scheduled a first-time appointment at the Mid-Wilshire location at 12-noon.
I was looking forward to my appointment because it was during the weekend and right before I leave the country. During my routine errand run, I received a vague text from that office stating that I would have to reschedule; my heart sunk. So, when I called the number, I wasn't given much information other than to call another location. That's when I called here off of Wilshire and Highland, where I spoke to Denise. Without pause, she immediately told me I could come in. Once I arrived, I was greeted by such a high vibratrational woman who welcomed me and eased my stress, showing concern for the previous mishap of the other location.
Everything went smooth with filling out the paperwork; she offered me water, treats and explained the overall process which made me feel really comfortable being at the office given that I don't normally go to any type of physical therapy. So, she helped alleviate any uncertainty. I'm happy that they're walking distance from my home as well as conveniently open during the weekends. I may just add them to my weekend routine as needed.

I was in so much pain it hurt to breathe. Dr Christopher has an acute understanding of how the muscles work and interact. I learned knee stretches to do inbetween visits. I have had a membership here for 2 years now, and think after today I am going to cancel it. The receptionist (who said he is also the owner) is so incredibly rude and insulting. There have been several times when I’ve gone into this location and had to wait very long times (over 30 minutes) - and there is only 1 or 2 customers ahead of me. I go here because it’s supposed to be a quick 5 minute in and out adjustment. I’m in so much pain and today went twice - had to leave the first time after waiting almost 30 minutes because I was going to be late for work. When I came back later, there was another wait and the rude receptionist refused to put me at the front of the cue (despite knowing I had already been there earlier waiting and had to leave). He was belittling and beyond rude. Sadly, I would not recommend going to this location. Worst customer service I’ve ever received after being a loyal customer for so long. Horrible experience.

My girlfriend received treatment from Dr. Christopher Cleveland at The Joint Chiropractic - Wilshire & Highland on the afternoon of May 11th. However, he subjected my girlfriend to verbal and behavioral sexual harassment, which made her very uncomfortable. As the treatment only lasted for 10 minutes, it is difficult to provide solid evidence. In such a situation, I would like to ask how you handle these cases? I do not want to escalate the matter, but we have many media friends. Please pay attention to your own reputation.

I’ve recently decided to cancel my membership. The new receptionist is undeniably rude and always on the phone . She’s not pleasant to anyone . Her customer service sucks and she doesn’t listen. I hate to be “ that person “ buts she’s terrible and i get a weird misleading vibe from her . I waited a few minutes and saw her interact with others . She’s rude and down right weird . Bring back the other girl that was here , because this one is running off good paying loyal patients .

I’ve been a member here for almost 2 months . I can say from the moment i step in I’m greeted . Sometimes BROOKE is busy , busy she always acknowledges me. She’s quite the beauty, pleasant , funny , stylish , and extremely patient . Then I saw Dr. Ben , who was a little scary and awkward at first but he’s now been a total delight . His adjustments are a bit firmer but they do the job ! He’s knowledgeable and cool . Dr . Gill has been a life saver ! She’s extremely knowledgeable . I was standoffish at first because she’s small but she gets in there and gets the job done also ! The office is very clean and has good energy I’d recommend this to everyone . The BEST chiropractic ever!

I called into work last month because I was having neck and shoulder issues again. So I once again used google to find a good chiropractor. Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answers all my questions in a way that I will understand things. It's easy to make appointments with him. Great staff and great overall experience.

I don't think you'll find a better chiropractor in the Hancock Park area. I've already recommended several friends and family members, and if I ever need to see a chiropractor again, I'm definitely coming back here!

Amazing place! went with a stiff back, couldn't walk at all and left The Joint feeling like a new person. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! I had a minor issue with something but the friendly patient intake lady helped me out, she was super cool as well. The doctor knew was he talking about, he gave me some everyday tips on how I can avoid hurting my back any further. I will be going back, for sure.

Dr. Iwanoff is an incredible Chiropractor! I've gone for adjustments on and off for over 13 years. My last Chiropractor retired over year ago and I am so greatful I found this amazing guy. My old chiropractor used to charge me 70 dollars per visit. Now with the Joint membership I get 4 visits a month. I am very happy with their service and will be continuing the membership as long as they are here.

I travel a lot, and always use uncomfortable airplane seats, though I should be adjusted on a regular basis to prevent neck pains. This place is convenient for me, it's not far from my home and prices are great, especially if you go on a regular basis. Doctor - knows what he is doing, after every procedure I go home like fully replenish and fresh, even though it is just neck and back adjustments.

I was having constant backaches and neck pain due to sitting for long periods of time to work on art and bending over this way and that to play with my daughter. After my adjustment from Doctor, I felt instantly lighter. I haven't gotten any lower aches since! Will be getting another adjustment soon!
