I was in so much pain.walking or standing. I had been in unable to walk for a very long time and couldn’t move well. I saw Dr. Clark who treated me on my first visit. First, I thought it wouldn’t how much. After treatment, however, I realized I wasn’t as sick as I thought I was. The pain reduced by 70% and I know that I will continue to become perfectly well working with Joint Chiropractic and Dr. Clarke. He is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Austin is Fabulous. I was just visiting CA with my son's volleyball team and I hurt my low back. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't barely move. I had a 10-hour drive home the next day and I knew it was going to be miserable. I went to the joint and the staff was kind and Dr. Austin was super busy but he did not turn me away. He was able to adjust the spot I needed and spent more time with me than he probably had time for. I wouldn't have made it home without him. My husband is a Chiro in SLC UT and I know a good chiro, Dr Austin is fantastic.

I have literally been sitting in the waiting room while the chiropractor gives nutritional counseling to a patient. Now she’s with a new patient who seems ready to go, and she’s still talking. Three people have left since I arrived because of the wait. I have serious back pain and am in a crisis, and I’ve been sitting here for an hour while this chiropractor chats. There’s only one doctor on duty and it’s now lunch hour. Two people are still waiting behind me, one on his lunch hour. The Joint needs to rebrand if it’s no longer aiming to he an efficient drop-in place. This is derailing my entire day, as the wait stretches beyond an hour for two patients who were before me when I arrived, one clearly already having been adjusted.

I cannot recommend this business more highly. From the warm & helpful front desk staff (June & Tinisha), to the expertise of the doctors, I feel that I am in great hands. As a regular customer for 3 years, and a life-long chiropractic client, The Joint Chiropractic offers me excellent value & care for my persistent issues (I’ve lived an active life!). Now in my 60’s, this membership allows me to get more care than I could ever afford before, I appreciate the gentle expertise of Dr Jenna, the direct, informative help from Dr Dina and the thoughtful sharing of general health information from Dr. Wong. You are in good hands here. Note: I am shocked at the negative comments, I have never experienced what some reviews focus on - perhaps the reviewers need an attitude adjustment themselves.

There are so many great things about The Joint - it will be hard to keep this short! I played many sports in school and always been very active and prone to bumps and more. Therefore, I am very familiar with chiropractic and a huge fan. The Joint's convenience of several offices is like a membership to a spinal health gym. You can go to any location, scan your key-tag, and up pops your information for the doctor to quickly know. I advise to visit different offices. You will find that each doctor is great and that they also have some techniques that works better for you in different clinics. One may be awesome with lower back issues, like Dr. Richard Reiss in Santa Monica. All the office staff is genuinely friendly. Great for all your chiropractic needs.

I developed a pinched nerve in my neck due to work related stress. The pain was so severe that pain killers and massages didn't work. I Love The Joint in Santa Monica! I've suffered from back pain for awhile and rely on chiropractic care for relief and upkeep. I have been a fan of chiropractic care for nearly a decade. I would normally visit the doctor when I needed a periodic tune-up throughout the year.
