    I am hesitant to find new chiropractors whenever I move to a new place. I often follow friend's recommendations, but since I moved in the area, I had to look through alot of reviews online. I heard through social media about the grand opening of the Glen Ellyn location, and saw mainly 5 stars on Google reviews. I decided to go in for an initial visit after not being treated for almost a year. From my entrance to exit, I had nothing but excellent customer service. The front desk greeted me and the paperwork was easy to fill out. I had to wait probably 5-10 minutes max before going in to see the doctor. was treated and adjusted by "Dr. Jay" (Dr. Jasbir Kocher). I told him all my issues I was being treated for previously, and his adjustment was what I needed for relief, as well as giving me a regiment for follow up adjustments, stretches (with how-to videos e-mailed to you) and ice compresses. It probably only took 10-15 minutes to talk, adjust, and discuss follow up. He was relatable, positive, and direct so I felt like I was treated with care quickly without feeling rushed. They have reasonable pricing, they give you a keycard to scan whenever you need to walk-in and get adjusted, and access to other "The Joint" locations when I need to travel or move elsewhere. I also felt safe with the staff wearing masks and cleaning all equipment, and even the waiting room chairs and putting signs on the chairs to let people know they were cleaned. You can also call the front desk to see how long the wait is so you don't waste time walking in and waiting.

I've been in pain for almost 2 years and i thought it would never end, but with only a few short weeks, Dr. Meyster stopped the constant spasming that was pulling so hard on my lower back causing stiffness and inflexibility. I'm a caregiver at a memory care facility, so I'm always using my back bending over residents to clean, change, dress, and transfer them.     I walked in almost wondering if it was closed because it was dark, barely furnished, and no music. It’s so quiet you hear everything so it’s really an awkward environment. The front desk said I was all set when I provided my phone number so I walked to the back to wait in one of the chairs (like they have me do at every other Joint). The doctor made a face and looked at me and said I could go wait up front… If I should’ve stayed up front you’d think the desk would have made me wait up front but they didn’t say anything when I went back. I ended up walking out - the vibe here is way off compared to other locations where it’s bright, staff members are friendly, and there’s a little music. I won’t be coming back.

    I’m 18 and pretty athletic, so my joints are more flexible than the average person, so I’m more likely to be mistreated. I normally don’t leave reviews unless the experience really disappoints me. I paid $30 expecting decent service and pain relief, but got neither. The chiropractor didn’t help with my issue, didn’t offer any real guidance, and honestly, I could’ve cracked my back better at home; after he treated me, we exchanged awkward eye contact because we both knew that the service was satisfactory . The biggest issue was the misleading advertising. The website said three free visits with a $29 payment, but when I showed up, I was told I wasn’t eligible unless I signed up for their plan. That wasn’t mentioned anywhere clearly. I also didn’t get a youth discount because I was told it’s only for under 18—even though I’m literally just 18. I left with no results, no advice, and feeling like I wasted my time and money. maybe don’t come here if you’re young and flexible like me idk TL;DR: Misleading offers, no effective treatment, and disappointing service.

    When I initially started going to this location, I feel that I was not properly notified that they will continue to charge your card once your initial plan expires. I've been charged for several months when I (incorrectly, my bad) assumed that, because I had paid for X treatments and used X treatments, that I had used my plan. Truly patient-centered care would present with the utmost transparency and maybe even notice, "hey- you haven't been coming in for MONTHS, we don't want to keep taking your money." But since they apparent have a "no refund" policy, it makes me think that they know what they're doing :/

    It’s only my first visit, so I’ll be sure to update as I go but overall, already a positive experience. Everyone was so nice and detailed, like they know their job well. I appreciated the time the chiropractor took with me to explain where the pain is coming from and the front desk was really nice! The alignment itself took only a couple minutes but I felt like a glow stick and I already noticed on my drive home my neck already has more movement.     I have had two treatments, so far. I served in the army infantry during Vietnam and have had numerous minor injuries from livings an active life. Recently, I have been diagnosed with COPD and I was concerned that medical condition would be an issue for chiropractic treatment. Dr. Siddique has helped vets with more difficulties than I have. The office is clean and the staff is helpful. The doctor diagnosed my situation on my initial visit. Recommended a treatment plan that we both agreed to. My home instructions include icing and neck stretches, which am doing. Since my first appointment I am feeling an improvement. Dr. Siddique also sees improvement.     I had pain on my upper back and neck that was getting worse. I called several places in the surrounding areas from my house ... no luck.     I have had ongoing pain from an old injury for 3+ years, I went through physical therapy, countless visits with a specialist, several MRIs and an EMG with no relief or solution until I started coming to The Joint where I had almost instant pain relief. The doctors here are very friendly and informative and the staff at the front desk are the same. I would highly recommend this location specifically even if you do not have any severe pain issues.     This is a general statement and is not directed toward any Chiro. I know I only pay $20 per visit but the visit time seems way too short. I travel at least 20 minutes to see a Chiro and they only adjust me for less than three minutes. Also, they don't adjust everything the way you show on your marketing videos. I don't mind fast but would like to get more adjustments (and not just the neck and back). Some Chiros acknowledge.finding an issue but do nothing about it and just say ok that's it.

    There’s one chiropractor maybe 2 that actually take their time to work on you. I see Dr. O at glen Ellen (so sorry I don’t know How to spell his whole name) but he is amazing and actually takes time to work and mobilize. The other ones in my opinion could care less, they just crack you as fast as possible and send you on your way.

    UPDATE please dont tell me every Chiropractor is different ive been goin to the joint since 2018 and every doctor does the same Techniques and ive seen so many doctors since then. if your paying for services you expect the same results.     I was a bit disappointed with my experience. After my usual chiropractor retired, I decided to try Joint as I also live in Ohio for part of the year, and they have many locations. When I went in for my initial visit, I waited for what felt like a very long time (at least 25 minutes) but I do not know how long exactly. After waiting, I was brought back and felt rushed in my conversation like I could not explain my answers because there wasn't enough time to listen. The chiropractor then began the adjustment and only did about 8 movements, none of which cracked my problem area (the lower back). I understand that going to the chiropractor is something that should be done rather regularly to really see an improvement, but for me I was still disappointed as it felt like I wasn't heard or taken care of. I am sure that other locations are different as well, but I don't think I will return, and I will try to find a different practice.

    Like the fact they ask first if you want your neck cracked. They do a great aligning my body and helps with carpal tunnel. No appointments needed is wonderful. The most I’ve ever waited was 10 minutes. Highly recommend it.

    Oowais is a passionate tactician and healer. I have a bulge in one of the discs in my neck and a year ago I was going through episodes of pinched nerves and at times -major pain. After routine visits, usually ever two weeks, I rarely have an issue with my neck. I used to wear neck braces in bed and was a candidate for neck fusion. I had a minor issue with my lower back, sitting too much- work and home. Oowais keeps me in alignment and the tenderness in my lower back is no more. Currently working on an injury I have in my trapezoid that seems to show promise, I only sleep on my right side- f I slept on my left I could have a variation of pain for days…. Chiropractic treatments have been a blessing. Oowais is a standout of all the practitioners I have gone to for being thorough and in depth when it comes to bringing about healing f the body. Update- I still usually go every two weeks. The pain in my upper traps is basically gone or usually gone…. I can now sleep on my left side,maybe not the majority of the night…. My neck might feel a little off every blue moon… My experience has always been positive and well worth the time and money….

    I have had lower back and neck problems for awhile. I've gone to The Joint since June. WHAT a difference, I am able to rotate so good my golf swing has improved 100%. When backing my car out of the driveway or a parking spot, I can now turn all the way back around and see out the windows. You KNOW how that feels. No longer have to rely on the back up camera.     I have been in pain in one way or another for more than 12 years. I had a flyer on my car a couple weeks ago, so I went in, got adjusted, and like my friends are mad at me because I'm so amped to be out of pain. I am not a doctor, I only know what my issues are and I've already had a back surgery, L4 L5, and I saw this guy for maybe 20 minutes and this is... There are no words, I have not been without pain in so long I didn't even remember what it felt like. Go check them out. They have good deals BUT also talk to your primary before you go get adjusted (or your neurosurgeon or whoever would be operating on your back it's the only advice that I will offer on that matter). I don't or didn't believe in chiropractors and they've changed my mind. I AM NOT A DOCTOR I CAN ONLY TELL YOU MY OWN EXPERIENCE AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH IT THANK YOU

    I think the doctors here were very good - when you can get in to see them. The last 2 times I was in they turned me away because there were too many people waiting and closing time was approaching. The front desk was very unhelpful in resolving this situation so I ended up cancelling (unfortunately).

    Due to my change in occupations, I went from being active to sitting at my desk for long periods of time causing a development of poor posture practices. During my consultation/exam Dr. O was able to pinpoint the areas of focus by preforming specialized techniques, not only did he execute my initial adjustment process but he created a special stretching and adjustment plan to correct my posture and alignment issue.     Everyone in this location is very friendly and welcoming. Jackie always greets you with a welcoming smile and is always pleasant. I’ve suffered migraines and back pain for years and have seen multiple chiropractors. Since I started going to Dr. Oowais, that’s a problem of the past. Other chiropractors will take 3-5 min for a quick adjustment but not Dr. Oowais. He will take the necessary time to make you feel better and will not make you feel rushed.

    I have been going to The Joint (a different location) for over 6 years and been having chiropractic care for decades. They hire the spectrum of docs from newly graduated docs to docs that have retired their practiceses. When I asked Dr. Ali at the Glen Ellyn, IL location his experience, his response was a defensive posture, crossed his arms, and said "What, is this an interview?" I believe he was a fairly new graduate of chiropractic school. Clearly defensiveness is not necessary when a consumer asks a professional, for whom they are seeking services, the professional's history of experience. Perhaps it is his style, but his treatment was rough and quick. Or perhaps he was just not wanting to treat me. He was so rough that my anklet was ripped off my ankle and I had to figure out where it was, as no one from the office let me know they found it. They get a 1 star because the office staff is nice. It is possible that they only put all the 5 star reviews up here, because behavior like this will most definitely show again. Having been a seasoned user of chiropractic care, I'm letting you know this is NOT the standard of care and there are SO MANY other EXPERIENCED chiropractors who will treat you with respect, care, and gentleness.     The Joint in Wheaton helped me through a back injury a few years ago. So when a closer location opened, and my neck was in pain (from a desk job and sports injuries), I knew where I needed to go.     I love the Glen Ellyn location. They are all so friendly. I have Fibromyalgia and Dr O always takes his time with me and makes sure that I'm feeling ok when I leave there. He is genuinely concerned for me. I definitely recommend them.

    Dr.Jay really goes in and fully evaluates and is honest with the way he does his corrections on the body and is very diligent with his work, furthermore the Staff always has a warm welcoming they make you feel comfortable, and I noticed my hips were kind of lopsided and after just 2 weeks of going in I noticed a huge different I can feel my hips moving back to the correct place and my posture is also getting corrected, because of the exercises the Doctor and the staff e-mail it to you after your visit, I Full on recommend it the pricing is not bad at all especially if you go with the Plan the Doctor has setup for you, I give them my utmost respect really good at what they do and highly recommend to everyone to be seen at this place overall 5/5. There's honestly nothing bad I can say.

    I am hesitant to find new chiropractors whenever I move to a new place. I often follow friend's recommendations, but since I moved in the area, I had to look through alot of reviews online. I heard through social media about the grand opening of the Glen Ellyn location, and saw mainly 5 stars on Google reviews. I decided to go in for an initial visit after not being treated for almost a year. From my entrance to exit, I had nothing but excellent customer service. The front desk greeted me and the paperwork was easy to fill out. I had to wait probably 5-10 minutes max before going in to see the doctor. was treated and adjusted by "Dr. Jay" (Dr. Jasbir Kocher). I told him all my issues I was being treated for previously, and his adjustment was what I needed for relief, as well as giving me a regiment for follow up adjustments, stretches (with how-to videos e-mailed to you) and ice compresses. It probably only took 10-15 minutes to talk, adjust, and discuss follow up. He was relatable, positive, and direct so I felt like I was treated with care quickly without feeling rushed. They have reasonable pricing, they give you a keycard to scan whenever you need to walk-in and get adjusted, and access to other "The Joint" locations when I need to travel or move elsewhere. I also felt safe with the staff wearing masks and cleaning all equipment, and even the waiting room chairs and putting signs on the chairs to let people know they were cleaned. You can also call the front desk to see how long the wait is so you don't waste time walking in and waiting.

    Really friendly staff and doctors! The doctors listen to your problems and apart from adjustment, they will suggest stretches to help with the problem at hand. They are also sanitizing everything frequently. Also very affordable, even for college students.

    Came to the grand opening of the Joint Chiropractor in Glen Ellyn and left a member! I've seen many of their locations all over Illinois and a few other states but never considered it because I usually prefer to support small businesses. However after a bad first time chiropractor experience somewhere else....it took a lot for me to consider coming here. Upon arrival I was greeted by extremely friendly front desk staff. They do require masks and they have seating separated along with sanitizing signs so you can ensure they are living up to the Covid standards. Now....Dr Jay! (Dr. Jasbir) he is super friendly and informative! I wanted in very skeptical as the last place I went to immediately pushed for X-rays and wasn't even able to adjust anything. Dr Jay on the other hand...was a great listener he let me explain every ache and pain I had and then provided me with a great skeletal explanation of what was going on with joint nerves and etc. Given I told him about my first ever experience he assured me he confidently felt he could help. He was able to adjust me and I left there feeling great! Since my initial visit I have been back and with each time Dr Jay not only makes me feel like his star patient but he takes notes from previous visits and follows up with additional care. Honestly the best feeling is that of trust when someone is adjusting you. All my chiropractor trust is definitely in Dr Jay and in Joint Chiropractor!!! They have great monthly memberships and other visit packages if monthly isn't something your interested in. But it's as easy as scanning in and getting adjusted and walking out!

    In one word about this clinic “exceptional service”!!!!. As a Home Health PT I have to do a lot of driving which leads to persistent neck pain. I visited the clinic yesterday since it was The Joint Chiropractic, Glen Ellyn’s grand opening. Customer service was exceptional and the place was clean and had a good ambience. I was promptly checked-in within 3 minutes and saw the chiropractor Dr. Jay who was very friendly and evaluated me and performed my neck, thoracic and lower back adjustment. I had visited other joint clinics before and I can tell Dr. Jay knew his trade. I feel the best ever after the session and will visit The Joint again this week and going to become a member. Last point, the whole shopping mall felt so clean, I got a feel that I’m in San Francisco. I visited the Pete’s (beautiful place and very good prices) and got my groceries and made my wife happy.
