Although it is a process , and i have to keep up my stretches to keep the neck from "reverting back to it's old self, " he was able to get my neck much more comfortable and even restored better movement to that stubborn sacri-iliac joint, the one that is at the bottom of the lumbars.

***FRAUDULANT CHARGES PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING*** My wife went here twice. On the second visit, Adana told my wife that if she signs up for the "$79 a month" subscription it would save her money since my wife was there for her second visit. My wife gave no verbal or written consent to sign up for any subscription service. Adana proceeded to charge my wife's credit card and told her to "sign for this visit's charges." My wife signed the receipt. After my wife signed the receipt, she was handed a form with instructions to sign up for $79 a month with a 2 month minimum. At this point my wife said "I do not want your subscription", I gave you my credit card for the services rendered today. Adana explained that she already charged the credit card for a monthly $79 a month subscription service which is approximately $950 a year. That is fraud. My wife was then told "sorry" and a refund is possible if you return in 48 hours to sign a cancellation form. Why would my wife need to sign a cancellation form if she did not need to sign a "sign up" form that approved the initial transaction? Fraud. I will follow up with a review in 48 hours and update you with how the franchise handled this fraudulent situation.

I have had two treatments, so far. I served in the army infantry during Vietnam and have had numerous minor injuries from livings an active life. Recently, I have been diagnosed with COPD and I was concerned that medical condition would be an issue for chiropractic treatment. Dr. Siddique has helped vets with more difficulties than I have. The office is clean and the staff is helpful. The doctor diagnosed my situation on my initial visit. Recommended a treatment plan that we both agreed to. My home instructions include icing and neck stretches, which am doing. Since my first appointment I am feeling an improvement. Dr. Siddique also sees improvement. The doctor and I have short conversations. Dr. Saddique has explained many things not just about my situation but chiropractic treatment in general, his training, and experience. He’s willing to spend time answering my questions. I look forward to completing the entire treatment plan.

It’s only my first visit, so I’ll be sure to update as I go, but overall, it's already a positive experience. Everyone was so nice and detailed like they knew their job well. I appreciated the time the chiropractor took with me to explain where the pain was coming from, and the front desk was really nice! The alignment itself took only a couple of minutes, but I felt like a glow stick, and I noticed that on my drive home, my neck already had more movement. I have had two treatments so far. I served in the army infantry during Vietnam and have had numerous minor injuries from living an active life. Recently, I was diagnosed with COPD, and I was concerned that my medical condition would be an issue for chiropractic treatment. Dr. Siddique has helped vets with more difficulties than I have. The office is clean, and the staff is helpful. The doctor diagnosed my situation on my initial visit. Recommended a treatment plan that we both agreed to. My home instructions include icing and neck stretches, which I am doing. Since my first appointment, I have been feeling an improvement. Dr. Siddique also sees improvement. The doctor and I have short conversations. Dr. Saddique has explained many things, not just about my situation but chiropractic treatment in general, his training, and his experience. He’s willing to spend time answering my questions. I look forward to completing the entire treatment plan.

So glad I found this place. Love that I don't need an appointment I can just swing in when I have a few minutes and get my adjustment. I can be in and out with a fantastic adjustment in typically under 10 minutes. My range of motion on my hip and shoulder have increased dramatically since I started back in December. Love that I don't need to mess with insurance; in fact with the monthly membership it costs less than what I would pay with my copay at my old chiro. If you need a great adjustment without all the extra fluff like x-rays, electro stim or vibration/traction tables this is the place for you.

I began at The Joint with a fairly debilitating sciatic issue. It only took a couple visits and some exercises at home to get the issue under control. I felt so much better in general, that I decided to keep going weekly for â€˜maintenanceâ€™ adjustments. It has changed my life - I feel so much better overall. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes and my treatments are always directed to whatever is going on with my body that day. I go this Joint 3 to 4 time a month to get aligned. The doctors are amazing, the place is clean, and the service is top notch. I had horrible mid back pain for over 7 months, being in my late twenties it is terrifying to face such a problem. I was very frustrated with myself with my life quality because having constant back pain is horrible and it takes a huge mental toll on you. Dr Owais is one of the top two best chiropractors I’ve ever had (this is from the past 15 years of experience). He’s trustworthy, kind, funny (which is just the icing on the cake because you leave feeling better emotionally too because he’s pleasant to be around and makes the appointment enjoyable and quick). I hurt my back again by lifting something too heavy. Dr Larry saw me first then I saw Dr Jay. Everyone in the office is so friendly. Really quick and fast adjustment. You basically tell the doc what areas are bothering you specifically and then he gets right to work. In and out and you feel great afterwards. If you've had a chronic problem for a long time, get it fixed and get back to normal. Stop living through the pain. I've been searching for a place like this forever and finally found it.

Not in to long reviews but here goes: I'm not new to The Joint, I've been useing on the west coast for a long time. I've been looking for the right location in Chicago and this here is it. Its brand new, the staff are friendly and most importantly the adjustments are great. I got so much relief! Thank for for being open during Covid, much rather be here than the ER with back pain..

Very nice place. I went their and greeted well by the representatives. The place was clean and they were sanitizing it all the time. All were with mask which is very good. The doctor was very clear about the approach of my wellness program. Very friendly behavior. I immediately enrolled for my prog. Itâ€™s 69$ per month for 4 classes. They are giving 3extra classes for early bird for first month. Highly recommended.
