This place is one of my favorite Joint Chiropractic locations. Leslie is always friendly and welcoming. After you see Dr. Fish, he fixes your spine after you really want to fall asleep. It's a great place. I recommend it for the price you pay and for getting an adjustment. They have different plans for different prices.

I’m not happy with their service! I got a 2 month wellness plan. After several visits, my lower back started to hurt and that was the second time that it happened, so I wanted to cancel my membership and not getting charged for the second month as I was not going to continue my treatment there, but they didn’t let me to cancel my membership because it was a plan with 2 month minimum. So I was charged for the second month ($69), but I didn’t use it!

Zero stars. I drove a half hour to get an adjustment. I am new to the joint, a new client.
I arrived @ 5:50pm. I walked in and told the receptionist that I was new and she informed me that because of the extreme amount of paperwork i needed to fill out i would not be able to be seen. Cut off time is 6pm for new patients. Well it was 5:50 so technically not 6pm. Apparently the joint does not need the business because they just lost a client that would've definitely used their services often. Maybe you should mention this on your website so you can save the next person the trouble. Fyi i should've been able to be seen, that was plenty of time. Thats just had business. Needless to say i will not be giving the joint mine.

This place is full of b.s, a few of the doctors caught Covid and they couldn't even think to call the patients the doctor adjusted that week and let them know to get tested. They don't care about their patients only the money they get from them. The way they treat their workers are unfair. They let me go because I stood up for myself even when I asked for unemployment they laughed in my face so disrespectfully and the managers smoke and get high with some of the workers leaving the other workers out and then arguing with them over something they could have just talked about. The one managers (Nayelee) smokes with the coworkers and hangs out with them (so unprofessional ) so when her friend didn't finish her work she was taking it out on me then made me lose my job like if it was a joke. The joint isn't going to go far with people like that. These messages I saved from the "reason" I got fired and the ones I have when the doctors had Covid and they lied to the patients about it are also going to be sent out to let everyone know how this place really works

I have led a sedentary lifestyle for too long. My lower back, knees and ankles are arthritic and my neck is still and range of motion is limited.
Ive have four treatments so far (2/week) and am regaining mobility in my neck and leg joints and feel much improved with my lower back.
Dr. James and Dr. Vic are really skilled practitioners. My bro-in-law recommended me to The Joint- Northbrook and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of these services

I've been going to chiropractors for decades (I won't say how many!). What I love about the Joint is that no appointment is needed, and yet I rarely have to wait. For years, I've gone to chiropractors where I made appointments and routinely waited anyway. In addition, I am always greeted cheerfully. In particular, Anat knows who I am and asks all about my family. I have seen three regular doctors here and they -- all do outstanding work. There have also been substitutes who have done good work as well.
