When I first show up to the Joint in Schaumburg I was in bad shape. From the left side of my neck all the way down to my left hand I had a terrible numbness that prevented me from doing anything really. Three months of regularly visit and I feel completely different, I feel normal, I don’t have to pop my neck every ten minutes, I don’t even have to at all now, and I have gain sensation in my left arm. I'm grateful for what they have done for me.

This is my home office so I come to this location primarily and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. We can start off with the ambience of the office it’s clean nice furniture they show the best pictures for the wall it just looks nice it looks appealing to the eye it makes you want to walk in the outside is clean just as much as the inside is clean the person sitting at the front desk is always friendly welcoming and they greet everyone all the doctors there are great love them all it doesn’t matter which one I see I never have a preference lately with my schedule I have only been seeing Dr. Russell and he is the kindest soul he cares about his patients he takes time to understand what your needs are he gives you recommendations and things to do at home to help with your wellness journey you don’t feel rushed but you also don’t feel like it’s taking too long he’s very relatable and I definitely recommend him as well as anyone else at the office take my word for it

I have been coming here for several months and my overall experience is fairly good. I love Dr. Robinson. He is amazing.
So now lets talk about the office staff: The girl that I spoke to this morning when I was questioning the cost of membership really didn't care probably due to the fact that she could not help in anyway shape or form. She came off as little let me get you off the phone because I can't do anything for you and you are wasting my time. They made the mistake and then I was told that there is nothing that they can do about. I think that if you make a mistake it is suppose to be corrected and I guess that this office doesn't believe in this! What your wallet when signing up at this location. If this is how they treat military and first responders how are they going to treat you?

Dr. Brian Russell has been absolutely fantastic! It's a newfound life & energy for me. I was facing constant pain in my arms and something or the other, sometimes my lower back, sometimes my knees kept bothering me. I recently spent a month in Chicago and was thankful The Joint had 2 locations close to me. I ended up liking your location for one big reason. Dr Brian Russell.
What a blessing to have met him and experience his techniques.
I do not take to people quickly but Dr. Russell put me at ease with his professional attitude, with my kind of humor.
His techniques were new to me but helped longtime issues that haven't been addressed before.

I sought chiro in my area, as I have been going for years to someone in the city, and although they were great it became too much to go when I moved to the burbs. What I love about The Joint is all the staff are friendly, happy, and truly concerned for your well being. Every Chiropractor I have seen has been attentive and professional and always checking to make sure I am doing well. Last but not least the membership is a perfect way to afford this necessity.

Before I found The Joint, my back and neck had been bothering me for a while but my insurance would only cover so many sessions - so I could not be seen regularly. I love paying a reasonable monthly fee and then being able to come in every week, which helps keep everything feeling good, and if something does start to bother me, the chiropractor is able to take care of me right away. I highly recommend The Joint to both friends and family.

I have been coming to The Joint in Schaumburg for the better part of two years and I would describe my experience at this particular establishment as nothing short of spectacular. It goes without saying that the adjustments have been excellent.
What makes this location stand out is the staff and their commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment. I routinely look forward to my weekly visits here because it feels as though I am catching up on things with friends. I shared stories about things going on in my life and they have not only remembered some of my aspirations but even asked for updates. I am going to start medical school in August of this year and the doctors here have been supportive and happy to answer some of my questions in regards to anatomy and physiology, as it pertains to adjustments.
This location has been simply awesome! I definitely recommend it!

The reason most come to visit a physician is because they are past the point of home/self-care. My visit brought me here to The Joint because I had intense back pain - right before I was heading out for vacation. While visiting my mom in Arizona, she was feeling unwell and wanted to visit her Joint so I went along and had to get adjusted myself! There are many places to go for chiropractic care, but I love it here at The Joint. They are extremely helpful and nice. I came in with a 10/10 pain in my back and now I’m at a 6/10 pain.
If it’s your first time getting adjusted they walk you through all the steps so there are no surprises. They have great prices and will work with your schedule!

I have been coming to Joint for just over 6 months now. Beforehand, I had never been to a chiropractor and wasn't sure what to expect. I was quickly welcomed by the receptionist and doctors. While the two doctors I had originally seen are no longer here, Dr. Aaron is very friendly, listens well, and provide excellent advice to use at home for pain. They are very personable and care about you. The luxury of coming in whenever is the best for me as well and the price per month is pretty affordable. I highly recommend visiting this for chiropractor care.
