Upon graduation, she continued her study of the human body and its movement. She discovered the benefits of chiropractic care and enrolled in New York Chiropractic College. After her extensive training at NYCC, she spent time caring for patients at a low income treatment center and the Veterans hospital in Buffalo, NY. Then she moved to Maryland to pursue her chiropractic career. She practiced chiropractic in multidisciplinary and integrative clinics in the DMV area prior to joining the Joint.

Dr. Ryu’s expertise is treating musculoskeletal injuries. She believes that conservative care without the use of medication and surgery should be a first line treatment for most musculoskeletal problems. Dr. Ryu accurately diagnoses and develops individualized treatment plans for all her patients. She enjoys working with all ages including children, adults and elderly patients.

Dr. Moose is a certified sports chiropractic physician. He completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland where he was trained on human biomechanics and movement. He later went to Palmer College of Chiropractic where he earned his doctorate in chiropractic. Upon completion of his doctorate degree, he completed post-graduate coursework to become certified as a sports chiropractor.

Dr. Moose treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He utilizes soft tissue therapy along with joint manipulation for treating these ailments. He does prescribe exercise and stretches as well to patients.

In his free time he likes lifting weights and riding his motorcycle in the country roads. After discovering the body’s remarkable ability to heal itself without medication or surgery, she chose to pursue chiropractic care. Dr. Davis is a proud graduate of Life University’s College of Chiropractic where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

I’ve been a patient for over a year and will probably be one until the day I die. When I first went to The Joint I had a lot of lower back troubles that were paired with a migraine that would bring me to tears. Now I go once a week for a weekly adjustment and haven’t had those painful back troubles nor the migraines. Coming to The Joint has truly been life changing for me. I was super hesitant about joining another membership place where I’d just be another member number, that is so not the case here.
