This company is a complete rip off. The exam isn’t an exam all they talk about is a wellness program for you to sign up for. If you decline you don’t get an adjustment and they still want you to pay for the initial visit. Don’t waste your time, go to an actual chiropractors office if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I am thoroughly happy with the way I have been treated. The receptionist and Dr. Perez & Dr Adei, are always cordial and explain every thing very well. I am recovering from a chronic lower back issue that recently got worse on a Friday a month ago, and my former chiropractor was leaving for vacation and I knew I couldn't wait until he returned. After calling many other chiro's in the area & not getting an emergency visit I remembered seeing The Joint sign at Westgate Plaza and went there after calling & finding I didn't need an appointment.

Nothing better.. This is an awesome walk in clinic. I started there this past Tuesday. DR Cavanaugh did a great job, especially with my neck.. I had to walk in today because i hurt my Lower back lifting something. He took me right away and adjusted me so now i can at least sit and walk as opposed to 10 minutes prior. I feel that they Genuinely care and i am comfortable going in when I need to at MY convenience.. Thank you for helping.. Sincerly, a forever customer!
