He earned his bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences/Dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in 2016. He also holds certification from the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK).

Dr. Byard’s first 3 years of practice were spent owning and operating a holistic Chiropractic Clinic in North Dallas before joining The Joint Chiropractic in 2019.

At home, he enjoys spending his time with his gorgeous wife and 5 wonderful children. One of his most meaningful chiropractic experiences involved his son Zane, who was born four months premature. After Zane’s first adjustment, his daily apneic episodes dropped by 90%.

Dr. Ryan grew up in South Texas and moved to DFW when pursuing his career in Chiropractic. It was during school when he met his wife Kylie. Dr. Ryan and his wife decided to settle in the DFW area and currently have two kids, Rhyler and Rheed.

Dr. Ryan attended Texas A&M University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. It was during these years of study, Dr. Ryan found Chiropractic Care in order to help with his migraines which were drastically reduced from 3 times a week to 3 times a year. He realized he wanted to share his passion for Chiropractic in order to also bring this healing potential to others. He obtained his Chiropractic Degree in 2016 from Parker University with a certification in Applied Kinesiology as well as a certification in Wellness Consulting in order to continue his passion for Sports Therapy and nutritional support.

While at chiropractic school Dr. Alysha gained her certifications in Acupuncture and myofascial release cupping therapy.

Dr. Alysha's interest in chiropractic grew after she suffered a low back injury while playing collegiate soccer. After trying multiple treatments, she found what truly helped her heal was receiving chiropractic care and has been inspired to help others ever since.
